Thereve been a lot of headlines recently about Taylor Momsen supposedly apologizing to her parents after she blamed them for her current state. I finally got around to reading it today and they have to be joking. This doesnt even come close to an apology. Via Popeater:
After facing backlash from both the public and her parents, who felt horrible about the interview Momsen told Kerrang, Dont believe everything you read about me in the press. I think my parents have learned by this point that none of [what they read] is probably true, and words can be put in your mouth, she said.
Whoever started calling that an apology needs to let me shoot directly them in the face then say the media made it look like I did it because thats exactly what just happened there. Kids tossing their baby in a dumpster took more responsibility for their actions than Taylor Momsen just did. Okay, maybe that examples a tad extreme, but then again, its not like they dont assume someones eventually going to find the baby. I mean, how else does do so many make it on the news? Usher canceled a concert in Berlin, Germany yesterday after coming down with what is being called an upper respiratory illness, according to the singer's rep.
That's too bad and we wish him a speedy recovery. The odd thing about it, though, was that he was on stage at the time he determined he could not sing.
Ush, who has now canceled two subsequent shows as well, ended his concert early on a subdued note, apologizing to his fans for having to pull the plug ...
"After consultation with doctors, he has been advised to reschedule the dates in order to get the rest he needs to ensure a complete recovery," his rep said.
Usher personally released a statement adding, "I deeply regret having to reschedule the shows. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused my fans."
"My fans are the best in the world and I am looking forward to getting better so that I can give them all the show they deserve."
Our beloved Biebs took a quick trip to the hospital while filming his second guest appearance on CSI this week. E! News reports that Justin suffered a minor allergic reaction which made it difficult for him to breathe. Justin spent under an hour at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA.
A statement issued by Justin's rep says:
"He is fine. He had a mild allergic reaction while they were wrapping up last night on the set of CSI. His doctor met him at the hospital to make sure everything was OK. He was released within the hour after his doctor declared him fine. He is back on set working today. All is well."
