Sources are reporting that Eminem is in talks to star in a new crime thriller called Random Acts of Violence, for 20th Century Fox.

No word yet what role Em would play, but the plot reportedly centers around an ex-con, who tries to stay on the straight and narrow, despite the temptations from his old friends and the FBI, who try to recruit him to bring down the syndicate.

If they put him in the lead, people are just going to call it 8 Mile 2, but we think he would do well in a bit part as one of there old friends of the ex-con. Just a little something to get his feet wet in the acting game.
