My principal came to the international trade fair in Wijnegem shopping center to sign our application form. What an exiting moment! He send it today personally. Although it's a holiday I was very happy that he put it in the mail box.
Now we will keep our fingers crossed and we can finally relax!
Jieha! We did it... At midnight, on Thursday evening, February 2012 we completed the whole application form. We skyped the last fortnight nearly every two days... What an amazing effort... but necessary... and now we have finished it!
I'm so proud of this project: E-motion, the way to work together in Europe. The E can stand for a lot of things: entrepreneurship, enterprising but also other important skills and feelings which brings processes in motion: engagement, education, effort, eager to learn, to participate, to develop, empathy, emotional, employment, enabling, enchanted, encourage, enjoy, enlightened, enoble, enornmously, enthusiasm, ethical fiber... All of these things necessary to work together in Europe.
This project intends to focus on exchanging (again e-word) experiences and working together to promote entrepreneurship in education on upper secondary level. The aim will be to enhance and develop the student's entrepreneurial skills so that they can be able to face the challenges of a future labour market in Europe better and create new opportunities!
I'm so relieved that it is finished! I underestimated this work a lot! It was intensive but worth every effort. Even if we don't get an approval I already learned a lot and my students are enthousiastic too... We will see how we will deal with a negative answer but then we will evaluate again and start at making it even better!
