LISBON'S LAPA PALACA and the RITZ FOUR SEASONS are amongst the world's finest hotels, according to Forbes Traveler Magazine, wich compiled a list of the 400 best hotels from around the globe. Also on the list, wich was put together by 79 international luxury travel specialists had to fill two criteria : to have slept in 20 or more five star hotels over the past 18 months, and not to have economic connections with any of them. Room service, bedrooms and bathrooms, decoration, food, leisure activities and locations were a few other key points evaluated by yhe specialists, who in total visited 800 four and five star hotels all over the world.
