    I recall the first time I experienced my closet and started putting on clothes which i hadnt had the opportunity to squeeze into in a long time and having them fit.     Mentality . I had a little motivation , especially wanting to conceive a child with my husband and distant to be of a certain size and looking for a way dream. But mostly the reason why I started getting healthy . . . good. .. this is what you do when you 're heavy - you do lose weight and be thin, but never really think you want.

    What is your favorite way to work ?
    TH: My absolute favorite exercise is running. I enjoy many lingzhi 2 day diet different types of workouts , strength and cardio, but I find that nothing gives me results and the same satisfaction endorphin -boosting running . I run on the treadmill and outside , and at the beginning of this year I are committed to run at least one road race a month, my longest to date is a 15K .

    What is your weekly exercise program ?
    Sunday, Tuesday, Friday , I do a workout that combines strength training with some high intensity interval cardio ( treadmill generally or elliptical ) . Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, I finished 45 minutes 2 day diet strong to an hour of cardio right , usually works outdoors or to the elliptical , and will add some core work ( crunches, etc. ) at the end . Thursday is my day "off" , and that does not mean vegetate on couch doing nothing ! I'll go dancing or go for a nice walk, but nothing too intense, and I will also foam roller to work on muscles and enable them one day to recover .
