or elliptical ) . Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, I finished 45 minutes 2 day diet strong
to an hour of cardio right , usually works outdoors or to the
elliptical , and will add some core work ( crunches, etc. ) at the end .
Thursday is my day "off" , and that does not mean vegetate on couch
doing nothing ! I'll go dancing or go for a nice walk, but nothing too
intense, and I will also foam roller to work on muscles and enable them
one day to recover .
