Ik herinner me die vrijdag of zaterdagen nog, terwijl mijn ouders sliepen, zat ik alleen naar "V" te kijken.
We woonden toen in oud en groot huis. Ik sliep op het tweede verdiep.
Talloze keren verwachtte ik dat er zo'n reptillian alien me bovenaan op de trap stond op te wachten.
Waarschijnlijk zou de tv-serie niet dezelfde verwachtingen kunnen opwekken
vanwege het tragere tempo of ouderwetse special effects.
Voor mij zou zo een deel van de magie verloren gaan.
