ahh finally a computer that works. it feels like drinking a cherry coke after youve been on a desert island for a year- or whatever. the around the world tour was amazing. should see some funny reading and leeds photos and video around the net soon. alos we WON two teen choice awards. we were on a twelve hour flight and werent able to be there- but let me tell you we were jumping up and down in the aisles when we heard the news! until the flight attendants were like "um sir that is not acceptable behavior". our acceptance speeches were cut short by the seat belt sign coming on. it got us talking about how far weve come. i mean patrick is a full on producer, clan and dkny jeans partnership, joetrohs riffs, and andys drum company. we are so proud. its rare when we actually have moments where we stop and think about it. truly thank you for letting some scummy asshats from chicago the chance to do all of this. up next is the vmas! we are pretty excited for that too. we are back in full on writing mode right now. dunno when if ever a new record will come out but keep your fingers crossed.
finally saw an edit of the "me and you" video- it actually hurt my head watching it. its heartbreaking. currently it is way too long but we cant think of what we can edit out. maybe we will put out the video in two forms not too sure right now.
anyway, get back to searching the internet for andy/joe slash- i apologize for the interruption.
p.s. keep checking us out over at trl- i have a little birdy in my ear that tells me that all of the label litigation is finally over and well be able to do some stuff with fuse on the new video! also, some tour dates have gone on sale so go grab your tickets for the fall tour now before scalpers get them and jack the prices up!

Fall Out Boy frontman Pete Wentz is being honest for the first time in his relationship history after falling for Ashlee Simpson.
Previous partnerships saw the emo rocker impatient with his squuezes and untrustworthy in his behaviour. But now he believes he's met his match with gorgeous Ashlee. He told me: "This is the first relationship I've been in when I've been honest with the person. There's something that has to be said for two people who are doing something creative. Lots of time you can feel like you're baby-sitting someone in a relationship. I've been in relationships when I've signed autographs for fans and the person would get really jealous. There is a rumor going around that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are engaged! Nothing has been confirmed yet, but I will keep you updated! So don't go all crazy until we get the confirmation.
From Pop Crunch : Ashlee wasnt expecting it at all, it was a total surprise, a mole reports. Pete whipped out a big engagement ring, dropped down on one knee, and asked Ashlee to be his bride. Ashlee says it was romantic, sexy and that she said yes right away.

Pete Wentz for DKNY jeans: first look
Pete Wentz already designs hoodies and t-shirts for his own label, Clandestine Industries.
The Fall Out Boy bassist has also been a face of The Gap, but it seems the fashion industry can't get enough.
This Fall, Pete and Clandestine launches a capsule collection for DKNY Jeans. The line retails for $39 - $298. It won't be out until August - right when Fall Out Boy's tour with Cobra Starship wraps - but of course we couldn't wait that long.
Instead, we've got some exclusive photos of the line, plus some details worthy of Tiger Beat:
*Pete had a makeup artist apply his black kohl eyeliner, which was from Duane Reade
*Pete and the models ate Kobe beef burgers, which were not from Duane Reade
*The graphics on the clothes were inspired by Pete's tatoos
*Pete was extremely involved in the styling of the clothes and the model casting.
When we heard that Sugar mag was doing a photoshoot with Fall Out Boy, we had to get ourselves a piece of that yummy pie! Check out our super-saucy behind-the-scenes video of the shoot right here...

This has nothing to do with Pete, but it has something to do with a friend of Pete's who is Tony Lovato lead singer of the band A permanent Holiday and former band Mest. I just want to show my support on here to Tony if you all didnt know Tony was arrested on murder charges on March 25th 2007. Tony was attacked by his current Girlfriends Ex-Boyfriend. Tony was fighting for his own safety and acted in self defense. After the altercation, Tony immediately called 911 to get help. Tony was treated at a nearby hospital prior to getting locked up.
