    I'm sure you've heard of Eckhart Tolle's books, one of which was included in Oprah's Book Club a few years ago, with 3.5 million people reading it together and discussing it over the internet! And I'm sure you've heard of The Secret EMC E20-335 (book and DVD) that millions were talking about just a few years ago....
    So what's going on? Why all this recent interest in these spiritual, even esoteric, topics?
    The easiest way to explain it is that humankind is undergoing a sea change - a massive growth spurt in our consciousness, our awareness. We are evolving once again! You didn't REALLY think we, as a species, were finished evolving, did you?
    In this case though, instead of walking more upright or experiencing an industrial or technological revolution, we're experiencing an expansion of our consciousness.
    So what does that mean? Well, we as human beings are learning to differentiate between our ego (or personality or mind) and our soul (or inner knowing, internal GPS, spirit, Holy-Spirit-within, higher self).
    We're learning to listen more readily to our soul's desires (our internal GPS, which is one and the same with divine will), and to listen more skeptically EMC E20-018 to our ego's (mind's) desires. And in doing so, we are choosing to live more from our essence, our divinely-created nature.
    So, you might ask, "How do I know if I'm listening to my ego (mind) or my soul (internal GPS)?" Well, you would be in good company, for this is the million-dollar question!
    First, please refer to another article titled "Your Internal GPS". Second, here are a few tips for discerning which aspect of you is speaking:
    Your ego speaks loudly and demands to be heard; your soul speaks softly, quietly, and is willing to pipe down if asked to.
    Your ego demands; your soul suggests.
    Your ego shouts; your soul whispers.
    Your ego threatens, cajoles, wheedles, whines; your soul reminds, offers, gently nudges.
    Your ego panics; your soul accepts.
    Your ego distorts, manipulates, dramatizes; your soul reflects, guides, simplifies.
    Your ego convinces, bargains, sugarcoats; your soul encourages, asks thoughtfully, presents truthfully.

    And when all is said and done, your soul will NEVER steer you wrong; whereas your ego will regularly take you on painful detours. Here are a few more ways to tell the difference:
    Your ego lives for the future or in the past; your soul lives only in the present moment.
    Your ego is constantly striving for more; your soul is satisfied with what is.
    Your ego thrives on pain and chaos; your soul thrives on peace and happiness.
    Your ego judges and doubts; your soul notices and trusts.
    Your ego throws you into fear and worry; your soul cradles you in peace and acceptance.

    So the next time you hear an inner voice or urging, take a moment to reflect on what aspect of yourself you are listening to - your ego (mind) or your soul (internal GPS). By listening to your soul's quiet nudges more and more frequently, and learning to ignore your ego's loud insistence, you will be actively participating in humankind's greatest evolution S90-08A yet!

    Nine out of ten times every negative feeling we have was a result of a past negative experience. If it wasn't an experience, we probably saw it happen to someone else or we were influenced by TV or a movie. For example, men usually fear approaching EMC E20-591 beautiful women. Most either had a bad experience in the past or have seen their friends rejected by a girl. Some even say that evolution wired men to naturally fear women. They say that in ancient times men were killed when approaching the woman of another man. Another example would be getting sick from eating something. I remember my sister throwing up after eating a batch of eggs. She associated that experience with the eggs, and till this day she does not eat eggs.
    Resurface the Negative Experience
    There is a lot of controversy with this advice. One might not wantEMC E20-515 to resurface a past traumatic experience. And I wouldn't want anyone to suffer those feelings again. But if it means to finally be free from that experience, than the technique deserves consideration. Most experts say that the best way to lose your fear is to confront it. A negative experience could work the same way. Most people keep those experiences locked up in their brains hopefully to never feel it again. As a result, they now have a belief that relates to that experience. Sometimes the best way to set yourself free is to realize your negative experience and say its ok. Accept the past and forgive others or yourself.
    Usually experiences are how we associate them. Some people associate the same experience either positively or negatively. Some view sex as a way to bond and build a relationship with someone. Others view it as a sin and feel extremely guilty after having sex. The emotional attachment that was conditioned by society is what makes a negative experience a negative experience. If something bad happened, why do we have to say it was a bad experience? Why can't it just be what it is, and let us move on with life. If I approach a girl and she rejects me, than she rejects me. Actually, she didn't reject me she doesn't even know me. She just rejected the offer, not me as a person.
    Physical Feelings

    There are a lot of people who would like to have personal coaching, but can't or aren't in the position to pay for it with today's strained economy. The good news... you don't have to have a personal coach to get things in order.EMC E22-275 In case that's your situation, I'm going to show you how simple it is to "coach" yourself!
    Here are some steps you'll want to follow:
    1. Find some clarity in your goal
    This is one of the main reasons many people don't move forward. We haven't yet discovered a goal that inspires us. What do I mean specifically? How much money do you want to make in the next 30 days? Stretch yourself on this, but be realistic. Did you come up with a definite answer? If not... that's a problem. Take a few minutes and toss some ideas around until you have an answer. Don't get hung up on it, just pick something that's real, true, then move forward to step 2.
    2. What's the plan to make it happen?
    Now that you have a goal, you need a strategy to meet it. If it's to make an exra $1,000 every month, will you go for a promotion on your current job? Will you look for a new job? Do you need to learn more skills? Will you start a new business? If you want to make changes in your income, you'll have to make some changes in your life. The same system goes for whatever you goal may be. Switch some things up... maybe get rid of some things and add on others.
    3. It's Time To Take Action
    Now that you have a goal and you know what the plan is, you need to have specific action steps in place. A good place to start would be to listEMC E22-220 out everything that would need to be done to carry out the plan you've come up with. And be very, very specific. What needs to be done within the next 3 days... 7 days... 30 days. Once you know what actions need to happen, DO IT! Then step back and evaluate the outcome. Take a minute to breathe, then come up with the next action steps.
    4. Structure
    So, do you have a good idea yet? Having the idea is one thing, but achieving it is yet another. Unfortunately, quite often these goals are never accomplished because the steps toward them are never performed. So you know... what makes change really happen is "structure". And... it's next to impossible to accomplish change without having some form of structure in place.
    Let's use another example here. Do you want a career in public speaking? Then you should surround yourself with other public speakers. Do you want to breed dogs? Find a great dog breeder, pick their brain and learn about it. Another great option is getting involved with a master-mind, or accountability group for support. You'd be amazed at the difference this can make.
    There's a lot more to "self-coaching", but it's always good to have a place to start. Now that you've got your four main steps in place, simply continue the process. Using visuals, displays, and writing it out can be helpful, as well. And lastly... tell somebody! When you make an announcement, even if its on your Facebook wall, you've now made a commitment to the process. Everybody knows and there's something about human nature that makes us not want to disappoint.
    Now let's get back to where we started. If you're really serious about your goal, finding a good coach can never be bad. You simply speak to them at S90-06A regularly scheduled times which will help you stay focused. Believe me, it does help, so if you can afford it, and you know of a good one... go for it!

    Some hurdles that we run up to in life are higher than others. In track, there is the sprint, the low hurdles, and then the high hurdles. We all confront similar situations every day. Sometimes life's a breeze and we sprint right on along. Sometimes we hit the Exin EX0-104 low hurdles and we have to figure out how to overcome these hurdles. And then we can run into the high hurdles. Only the best learn to master these. With training and practice, one can learn to leap over any hurdle that is put in front of them and still stay in stride.
    Everyone can overcome challenges when they learn to see them differently!
    Do you seem to focus on how high the hurdles in front of you are, or are you one that focuses on how you have been able to learn to leap over hurdles that you once never thought possible? No matter what your beliefs, there's something out there, something valuable, that's bigger than the hurdles you're facing today.
    Focus on what you're capable of, not on what's holding you back.
    Seeking Solutions Effectively
    Ensure that you take some time every day to reaffirm your own value. Even if these self-affirmations seem silly at first, remind yourself what you can do. These thoughts will begin to resonate within your spirit and give you strength and comfort.
    At some point during the resulting rise in your self-confidence you will begin to truly believe in yourself. You'll also realize that there are ways to get around life's challenges, no matter how difficult they are.

    Perception is reality; in other words, if you think the task at hand is manageable, then it will be manageable and if you don't, it won't be. It's important to keep your eyes, mind, and heart open to that possibility.
    Focus your thoughts on:

    By focusing on what you can do, what the next logical steps are, and how taking those steps will bring you rewards in the future, it will become difficult to have negative thoughts about what will happen next.
    Consider this: If it was not for the challenge that you are currently facing, you would have no reason to work to strengthen your talents. If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got!
    Moving Forward
    There are thinkers, and there are doers. Thinking about taking action is not taking action; you have to do something about it. The problem is not leaving on its own so avoid turning and running from it. Challenges are there for a reason: to separate those who are committed to moving forward from those who are not.
    Show your commitment today by laying out a plan to handle your obstacle. Envision what you want to accomplish, what is your big goal? Break that big goal down into sections. Then, break those sections down to small, manageable steps.
    By following this strategy, you'll be able to identify the major and minor steps that need to be taken to accomplish the goal be it in a day, a week, a month, or a year.
    Not only will smaller, more manageable goals show you what needs to be done, but you'll also avoid overwhelming yourself with A00-280 everything on your plate.
    Recognize that some challenges can be brought to a successful conclusion in a short period of time, and others cannot. The bigger the task at hand, the more one should expect setbacks and pitfalls along the way. However, staying committed to moving forward will allow you to conquer any obstacle you have in your path, no matter what it is.

    I first read this quote a couple months ago. I like it a lot. Ever since I read it, I've tried to take it to heart. Let me tell you something. There is a Exin EX0-101 lot of truth in this little bit of wisdom.
    Ever since I read it, I've taken it to heart and observed it in my own life. I've been trying with all I have of late to let go of control. In all things, I have vowed to just trust what is and come what may. I have tried to believe in "trust." I have found that the more I follow this quote, the easier it has become to follow and the easier my life has become.
    I've frankly lost count of the number of times over the last month that by simply letting go and ceasing efforts at control that I have witnessed serendipitous events unfold in favorable ways for me. You know, if I will get out of my own way and let things unfold and hold on to trust (trust of others and of events in general), I will see that, as Bob Marley said, "every little thing's gonna be alright."
    Please try this. Give it some time to prove itself to you. Even when things seem at first not to go your way, give it time to see that either a) it will have a way of bouncing back in your favor, or b) you can indeed be okay even if it doesn't.
    At first, you may find this a difficult exercise. If you are like me, you might wish to revert to your default setting and attempt control. But keep yourself in check -- just let it be. Continue to do this even if it seems illogical. Then just watch what happens.
    My friend, this has been of immeasurable help to me. I want you to experience the same thing I have. Give this a little time and you will come to agree with me. You will find yourself enjoying this experiment as much as I do.
    And sometimes, even the seemingly impossible A00-260 will happen. Again, I've witnessed this firsthand over the last couple months. Please try to trust me on this. This is one of the best pieces of advice I've been given in a long time. Free yourself to what is at every moment -- just breathe -- just wait -- slow the mind -- let go.

Normally it is not the challenges but our attitudes towards them. Because we are in the world of opposites where things are good or bad and so many other opposites; we are always valuing ourselves by the opposites. Neutralise your world where things are just are, no happy or sad but just is. There is no attachments in neutrality and hence less suffering in life.
    Kids love to teach us the lessons in life by the way they leave. Have you ever seen a child that touches fire again after being burnt once? Why are adults so adamant on staying in circumstances that compromise who they truly are? That violent relationship you have stayed in for that long because you are C_TFIN22_05 scared is not for you. How violent can it get before you leave? And where have you put the true you who is naturally happy and abundant in all this. Life is for living so start NOW.
    Life is what you make it. As they say we see the world through our own pair of eyes (perceptions). What have you allowed yourself to see today?

    I'm having some car problems at the moment. Actually, my almost 5-year-old car has had a series of serious hiccoughs in the last 12 months, and when I'm 'carless' the usually simple act of getting to EMC E20-591 and from work each day becomes a nightmare. I live in an area that is not serviced by public transport, and is just remote enough to make catching cabs to and from work financially prohibitive.
    Now, being a rather resourceful soul, I came up with what I thought was the perfect solution to my transport difficulties. At work we have a 'site vehicle' that, as a sales rep, I have access to during work hours. However, when I asked if I could make use of the site vehicle to get to and from work while my own car was in the workshop, the response from my Business Manager was a curt 'no'. When I quizzed her as to why, she stated that it was 'Company Policy' and that the insurance on the vehicle does not cover it or me for private use.
    So after an exhausting and frustrating week of bumming rides from workmates, and being creative with the site car rules, something wonderful happened. One of my work colleagues overheard me talking to my dad on the phone, declining his generous offer of $110 per day to pay for my cab fares to and from work. She stopped in front of my desk and mouthed the question, 'Do you need a car?' Within two minutes I learned that she had a family 'bomb' that was currently sitting unused in the driveway. It was mine for the week if I wanted it. Which of course I did!
    My work colleague, Mary is her name, offered me EMC E20-515 her family 'bomb' for no reason other than that she is both kind and generous - two qualities that are often devastatingly underrated in our world today. It made no difference to her whether or not I could get to work. She would have carried on with her role and duties regardless of my presence or absence. My BM on the other hand, would be seriously compromised by my absence, as would our site and our business results.
    It was then that I realised, with a ferocity that took my breath away, that it truly is people policies that matter. And while companies are made up of people, and would not exist without people, it seems sadly acceptable that company policies do not serve the people.
    Company rules made without heart, without consideration of kindness or generosity, can never be implemented with either of those qualities when they are really needed. Mary, on the other hand, reached out to me with both these qualities in abundance, and I was reminded of an invaluable Truth: People Policies Matter, Company Policies Don't.
    And while most of us don't give a moment's thought to enforcing or abiding by a 'company policy', how often do we give thought to our own 'personal policy' on any given issue?
    So where do you stand? Is your 'personal policy' like that of an impersonal company, or like that of my friend Mary? Do you expect more than you give, criticise more than you praise, enforce 'rules' when you could practice kindness, are you judgmental instead of being forgiving?
    As an experiment, try the following for three weeks and see what a difference it makes in your own life, and in the lives of those around you:
    1. Say 'thank you' to at least 10 people her day.2. Say 'sorry' to five people you've hurt or upset.3. C_BPX_70 Forgive five people who have hurt or upset you.4. Practice one random act of kindness per day for 21 days.5. Name five people you are grateful for each morning, and another five each night.
    Think of this as spiritual exercise for your heart. And in the process you may even rewrite your very own 'personal policy'.

    No matter what you do in life.No matter what your job/function/career.From CEO to stay at home mom/dad.From high level engineer to clerk at the local store.No matter what, to be successful, you have to sell yourself.
    Face it.Believe it.Grasp it.Make it part of your life and watch what happens.
    Success in all things comes to the person who is able to sell himself/herself and their ideas, desires, wants and needs.
    If you really want that job, then you have to sell yourself. The most important skill for the job seeker. The most important thing I can share with those who have been out of work for a while. Study selling, learn how to sell yourself. Then watch what happens when you apply it.
    Successful entrepreneurs get it. They know that they have to sell themselves. Not just their product or service either. They have EMC E22-220 to sell their concept to investors. They have to sell their credit worthiness to vendors. They have to sell their company to the people they really want on their team.
    People in successful marriages get it. They have to sell each other, all the time. You might not like the concept, but ask any successful couple and see if it is not true.

    Successful ministries have to sell. I know most ministers hate when I say that, but look at the ministries that work? The ones that are growing. Look at why so many mainline churches today are in decline. They have not sold people.
    If you cannot sell, you are going to have a hard time finding the success you want.
    Once you grab this concept of sales, your life will completely change.
    The first step, you have to accept the concept that you have to sell you.Yes, you have to be good at what you do.Yes, you have to work hard.Yes you have to do all the other things.
    But guess what, you can do all that and still not be successful because you have failed to sell anyone on the concept that you are the right person at the right time. That what you think is critical. That your ideas are the ones they should go with. Just look at things around you and tell me I am wrong?
    Coming out of the software industry I will tell you there are thousands of great products that never got to market. Products that are actually better than many things on the market. So why C_BOSUP_90 did they died on the hard drive. Simple, because the developer was unable to convince anyone of how good the product was. They may have had the greatest product, but so what. They were unable to sell anyone.

    I'm going to make two points in this blog, I hope. The first point is this. Have you heard this statement before? "This moment is not just the present moment, but also a present to you". What it means is that this very minute EMC E20-329 of your life is a gift to you in which you can do whatever it is you please. Of course I would hope that it is something good and positive. By living in the present, in this very moment, it not only shapes your future, it can provide you with a "no regrets" past.
    Isn't it amazing how much control we have over our lives and yet we complain about all sorts of things, and people and become a victim. Every moment you get to 'Choose'. You get to choose to be; happy or sad, good or bad, a giver or a taker, funny or grouchy, loving or hateful and any other way you choose to be. Yes, you get to choose to not be a victim and create a beautiful past and future.
    You see all exist at the same time. As I write in the present my writing is now in the past and being created in the future. And so our words, written or spoken affect so many, which can create something helpful for those in the future and as well to be proud of as we look back at them from the past. So live, really live in the present choosing wisely what you do and what you say.
    My next point is this as we live in the present. Are you listening, and understanding what I write and what EMC E20-517 you hear or are you really somewhere else? Could it be that you are you thinking about something from your past or thinking about what you need or want to do next, or later today, or next week, or next month, your future? Yes, most of us have a very difficult time staying in the moment, in the present. It's amazing that we actually hear or listen to anything that's being said.
    Do you know that listening is an acquired skill and that there are courses in listening? Right now, as you read this, you are contemplating so many other things and unless this subject really intrigues you, you may or may not finish reading it. And even if you do will you have digested the information and use it to your benefit in the future? I'll bet that you are trying to multi-task even as you read this. For sure there are distractions around you like the phone ringing, another person wanting your attention, the TV or music playing in the background and who knows what else. Well, is this true?
    If you read my blog on "Communication, the Foundation of any Great Relationship" you'd really understand the importance of listening. So why is it so important to pay attention? Because you just don't know when you will read or hear something that will provide you with just what you were looking for or change your life. And if you really want to get ethereal you will pay attention to everything that comes into your life because it came to you for a reason. Unfortunately, unless you listen and pay attention you'll never discover why this article came to you, why I was the person who wrote it, what the meaning of this message is for you, or what you need to learn from it. Sound cryptic? Not really, you see even when you are writing there is a message there for you C_ISR_60 as well, and in this case for me. Think about it, contemplate it, hear the message, and find the clue or answer for you.
    So tell me how do you handle the present? Are you present or not? And did this have any meaning for you?

    But what career is right for you? What should you be doing with your life? Your experience to date will have given you some idea of what you like and dislike, though if you are considering a change it's probably taught you EMC E20-501 more about what you don't like. What people normally do is sit and look at what they can do. Most of the advice would go as follows;
    1) Take a blank sheet of paper and a pen.
    2) Make a list of your qualifications
    3) Make a list of your work experiences
    4) Make a list of your strengths

    It's a bit like going into the same room again and again to look for your keys. The chances are that if your car keys weren't in that room the first time you looked, it's unlikely they will be in there the third or fourth time either. It's probably best if you look in another room.
    So when you are looking a job change then you should embrace the word "change". After all you are not looking for a EMC E22-315 "career similar" you are looking at a career change. And this is where your personality comes into play. Depending on your personality type you could either be quite comfortable with a job change or you could become very anxious. Many people hold their careers back because of this simple personality trait. Other succeed beyond their capabilities because they do not. Knowing your personality and how to manage it so that it works for you and not against, no matter what your personality type, is the trick to not only knowing what career is right for you but also how to make the change.
    So here is the important thing to remember when considering a job change. It's all about personality. Your decisions should be based around your personality not your skills. This is why we have so many unhappy accountants. They picked a career based on a skill they were good at in school; maths. How many people are in jobs because they happened to like a specific teacher? When you are thinking about what career you should be doing you need to make the decisions with a deep understanding of your personality type and what's right for it.
    Do 050-696 not look to your skills or your qualifications or your previous experience for a true description of your ideal job. You have to ensure it is compatible with your personality type otherwise it will be unsustainable and you will soon become fed up with it. This may be inconvenient but remember the lost car keys analogy. It may be inconvenient but it is the right thing to do.

    Does therapy really help people to change or is it only a placebo, a substitute relationship, providing comfort for those who are unable to form relationships on an equal basis in the outer world?

    How is a therapist able to do that when we might not know who we are underneath our character ourselves?     But therapy that proffers hope is not really enough for someone who wants change and is motivated to succeed, or who is depressed and seeking a way out, or suicidal and desperately seeking an answer to their angst. The first aspect of therapy we should understand is that therapy is not a commodity. You don't buy it like you go to the chemists, the grocers or the 7-Eleven. It is essentially a relationship and it is the relationship that makes it work.
    The second aspect of therapy that we need to understand is that it is crucial to maintain focus. The therapist should keep you on your path and the client needs to be able to discern the relevant material and be prepared to work on it.
    The relationship is crucial, because it is in early, formative relationships that we have become protected and defended. Through our relationship to the world we have learned to hide ourselves and restrict our creativity, joy and pleasure in life, as well as the realization of our potential. It follows 050-691 that a healthy relationship, one that is supportive and nurturing, expansive and challenging, is the way forward to change and personal transformation. The therapy journey is a process that unfolds over time. With the right guidance, quality of relationship and mutual respect for the inner journey, transformation is possible, and indeed probable.

    He looked like Bradley Cooper but he didn't have a job. At cocktail parties, I'm used to receiving a show stopper response when I reply that my profession is "therapist" or "shrink," but this was a new one. "Psychotherapy," he said. "That was EMC E20-455 cool in the '80s, right?"
    It's true that today's mainstream culture encourages shallow pursuits. Eighty-one percent of today's college students state that getting rich is their number one priority. The media attempts to continually brainwash us that physical appearance, possessions, and leisure are the most important things in life. Yet there's also a 50-80 million person subculture evolving who state that their highest values include authenticity, helping others, being involved in creating a better way of life, and psychological and spiritual development. These longings may not be nurtured by the society at large, but they are timeless human ideals.
    Certainly there are types of therapy that are out of date. You don't see EMC E20-465 much demand for the nude encounter groups of the '80s any more (unfortunately?), or for meandering treatment that goes on for years and doesn't produce any tangible results. I believe that therapy will move to the phone and Skype as people choose to work with therapists who don't live in their town, although many feel that the in-person connection is all important.
    Some think that psychotherapy might be out of date because of the plethora of self help information available on bookshelves and the Internet. All one needs to do is Google their symptoms to find advice on what to do. If that solves your problems, great - in fact, I often encourage people to do just that. Then again, this is often how people find out that they can't do it by themselves. There is no replacement for building a relationship with someone who has had years of experience facilitating personal growth, who knows how the transformative process works, and who's been there herself.
    What "Bradley" was talking about was that back in the '70s and '80s, the counter culture was very vocal about the benefits of working on oneself and experimented with various techniques to do so. Some of the charismatic therapists of the day achieved rock star status and people were not shy about saying they were their patients. Today, as then, it actually is very "cool" when 050-891 someone becomes free from parental and mainstream programming as a result of therapy, when they individuate into their own unique true self, because each person who becomes free helps the whole planet evolve. Getting help from a skilled psychotherapist to become your best self is actually more relevant today than it ever was.

    Welcome to the second article of this four part series of Is there an app for that?
    The measure of compassion is love. The measure of love is kindness.
    When we are on the road to change, one of EMC E20-361 the first steps is to acknowledge and embrace where we are and who we are. Life is like a road, and travelling on that road we sometimes hit a few potholes. Those potholes can throw us out of alignment - not just our cars, but our beings - ourselves. When we are out of alignment, we can realign with self-compassion.
    It's easy to have compassion for others, its time you do more of it for yourself.
    The greatest gift that you can give yourself is to be forgiving of yourself. To have self compassion. Instead of beating ourselves up for the potholes in life, give ourselves a bit of slack.
    Dr. Kristen Neff - Having compassion means you offer understanding and kindness to others when they fail or make mistakes instead of judging them EMC E20-405 harshly. Self-compassion involves acting the same way toward yourself. You may make changes of yourself to behave or act in ways that are more healthy, but this is done because you care about yourself not because you are worthless or unacceptable as you are.
    Change starts with loving ourselves and taking that compassion and turning it inside. The gift of self-compassion removes the desire to compare ourselves with others - if I had as much money as Brad, as much happiness as Sally, as much freedom as Tom. Life isn't about comparing, its about "who am I". Its about showing up as you are. I can't be who you are and you can't be who I am, but you can be you and I can be me. That's it. That's all.
    I have a client who explained to me that he wasn't able to forgive himself or give himself slack when he messed up because that would be lowering the bar of his expectations. However, he had cornered himself with is mighty expectations. If he wasn't 100% confident that he would succeed, he wouldn't start. If he didn't start, he wouldn't fail and then he wouldn't need to scold himself. Where did this put him? No where.
    We discussed self-compassion, and he, like so many people in the world described himself as his own worst critic. Isn't it bad enough to have a bad boss at work? To be ones' own self-critic means you 050-710 take the critic with you everywhere. Everywhere.
    Where could you own up to more self-compassion? More love. More kindness.
    In order to start the cycle of change, it is important to know that you have a safe place to land should you fall.

    Welcome to the final article of this four part series of Is there an app for that?
    Congruency - the crucial moment where our beliefs, thoughts and attitudes align with our actions.
    I meet a lot of people EMC E20-120 from training and coaching. Many people tell me that they are not good at manifesting change into their lives. My main question for them is this "are you not getting any manifesting or just not the things you want?" Most likely it is the latter.
    Everyday there are potholes that we hit in life and they throw us off the past and out of alignment. Self-compassion helps us to get back on track and back into alignment. Our own internal dialogue, especially any negative self talk can often act as a major pothole. When you notice negative self-talk, counter it immediately; don't let it fester. Be passionate and compassionate for yourself and tell yourself the truth - this is how we can get back into alignment.
    The truth is, to stay in alignment, some of our beliefs, attitudes and behaviors are going to have to shift. If what we are after is more good, better relationships, more happiness - then some of our beliefs, attitudes and behaviors are going to have EMC E20-351 to shift when our actions shift. We have this opportunity.
    How can you tell when you are incongruent? Often these beliefs, attitudes and behaviors are so unconscious they are not brought to the forefront of the mind and we are unaware of them; especially if they have become habits and just a way of life. One great opportunity we have as we travel along the path of change is we get to let go of the things that are no longer working for us.
    When we can continue with unconditional love, we can love ourselves no matter what happens. When we are congruent and in alignment
    In NLP we like to believe that there what is really satisfying is to have a dynamic balance between congruence and incongruence and a full appreciation of both. Congruence allows us to concentrate fully on one experience in the moment and to either fully appreciate it and learn from it or to get something done. Whereas, incongruence allows us to consider the infinite possibilities and consequences that life fully offers us.
    Without incongruence, we cannot fully appreciate congruence.
    There is a belief that some people have that say that successful people are congruent all the time. We know that isn't true. Incongruence serves us just as well as congruence because it opens us up to infinite possibilities and options. This simply means, when you catch yourself in a state of incongruence - what can you do or be differently that will help you to make a change and find congruence?
    We also know in NLPland that there is no such thing as failure - only feedback. Let that 050-701 feedback help us to create congruence.
    Be compassionate toward yourself, be committed and be congruent with where you are going. Align yourself with these three components and you then have an app for any change.

    Be more creative.
    Thinking of your objections for achieving what you say you want, ask yourself if these are really true and if not then rephrase them to be more positive and think of new ways you could achieve them.
    Be open to new possibilities.
    When you leave the medical profession you have a lot of transferable skills such as being a good communicator or a thorough knowledge of illness and health. You will discover new ways you could use these in your life after medicine.
    Look around and find out what others are doing
    Others have done it so you can be motivated and inspired by others who succeeded in finding plenty of opportunities after leaving the medical profession.
    Look after your own health and well-being
    Whatever you decide to do, your own health and well-being is paramount. You 050-708 know what to do: eat well, exercise regularly and keep a positive mindset.
    Move forwards emotionally
    When you leave the medical profession move on from regarding yourself as 'a doctor.' You will become someone with a new identity, even if others insist on referring to you as a medic. Discover who you are without the stethoscope.
