What you do today inevitably affects what happens in your tomorrow, although at the time you can have little idea of the extent of that impact. We spend much of our lives planning for our future, imagining what we would like to achieve and hoping that we attain our goals and live our dreams. I spent a very happy day with friends yesterday golfing at the Presidio in San Francisco. As we travelled home, one friend asked "When you were a child, growing up in Ireland, did you ever imagine that you would be driving along this road today with three Asian ladies in a car, on the way back from golf?" No, not in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to be where I am today! But I am truly blessed to be where I am today. My friend has lived in many different parts of the World, and she commented on the various times she would suddenly ask herself how she got to be where she was. She would look around at her friends in Japan and ask herself how she got there from California, or how she ended up in New York, or in London. The further afield one moves from home the more dramatically you notice the differences. My friends question coincided with a message sent to me via Facebook from a girl I went to school with in 1972 and had not seen since 1979. She sent an old school photograph, showing thirty-two little girls and boys aged from four to fourteen. This was the entire school, not just one class. The school had just two rooms, one teacher and an assistant. How did I get from a remote and beautiful spot in Southern Ireland to San Francisco and Silicone Valley? The chain of events is far too detailed to even begin to write the steps down. In fact, I'm sure that I would overlook the impact of some key events, even if I tried to carefully identify each and every twist and turn. The fact is that every little thing that you experience, or that you are exposed to, has the power to impact greatly upon your tomorrow. Each person you meet, each song you hear, each decision you make shapes your future reality. Not only that, World events, or the norms of society also have Apple 9L0-620 exama huge bearing. How tall you are will have great impact upon whether or not you have the potential to be an Olympic swimmer or professional basketball player. Your parent's style of parenting will have a huge influence upon your dedication to schoolwork, specific favored subjects, how interested you are in sports or music and how you make friends and socialize. These are just a few examples of how events from yesterday create the today in which we live. Each event or happening is likely to predispose us to make choices one way or another. But this still does not mean that we will make the most likely choice. We still have the ability to choose unlikely and unusual routes through life. If you are unhappy where you are it is important to look closely at how you got there so as to be able to understand what changes you will have to make so as to make tomorrow better. The most essential factor which liberates a person and enables positive change is to grasp the fact that no matter what has happened in your life, no matter what circumstances are presented to you, you do have the power to make choices which will change your future experiences. The biggest obstacle to positive change is when one thinks that they cannot change or that they are powerless to change their reality. If you think that you are stuck, then you will remain stuck. If you instead accept that you have felt stuck up until now but anything can happen from now on, then anything can indeed happen. If you feel unhappy in any way, and would like to open your mind up to making positive change, then hypnosis is a very useful means of expanding your potential. At one time or another in every person's life they come up against difficult or distressing situations. This could be for any number of reasons. Perhaps they have lost a loved one and are grieving. They may be experiencing stress at work. They may feel bad about themselves and have low self esteem or self worth. Something may have happened in their childhood which has left them feeling angry or abused. Or they may have experienced something traumatic as an adult which they are struggling to come to terms with. Whatever the reason these can be times when someone may consider having some counselling. Whenever someone makes the decision to look for a counsellor it means that they have realised that they are unable to cope or deal with their situation on their own. In other words they need some help. This is often a very big step for them to take and it can take a lot of courage to do. The next step is to find and contact a counsellor. This too can be a daunting task as how to find the right person. Sometimes they may have a recommendation from a friend, family member or their doctor. Sometimes it comes from looking on the internet. However it happens it is always important to check out the counsellor's qualifications, accreditations and experience before committing to working with them. When they first go to see the counsellor the person will then tell them about their situation and the background as to how it arose. The counsellor will help them to explore their problems by asking questions and feeding back to the client what there understanding of the situation. This helps the client to feel that they have been heard and understood by the counsellor. This is often a very healing thing in itself. As the client'sApple 9L0-402 exam difficulties are explored they may begin to express how they feel about their situation and the counsellor will listen to these, accept them and again reflect them back. Hearing how they really feel can help the client to accept themselves and help break down any conditioning about how they should feel. The counsellor will also be open and honest with the client about what they are feeling about the client or their situation. This can be quite challenging to the client as it often brings a different perspective. This perspective may be very different to the clients and it may help them to think differently about their situation. Over time the trust between the client and counsellor can deepen and the client can open up more and more. As a result really distressing feelings can be worked through and accepted. The client may change the way they think and feel about themselves. They may come to decisions about what they want or need to do. They may change the way they behave in certain situations. Eventually this can build to them approaching life in a way which means they feel better about themselves, more accepting of their feelings and better able to approach050-v66-SERCMS02 their difficulties. At this point they may decide that they no longer need the help of the counsellor and the counselling may come to an end.

Have you ever had fear about something that just would not go away. You are not alone. Just last week I was awakened in the middle of the night with amazing fear. I was sweating and thought maybe it was just a bad dream. I fell back to sleep and got up a few hours later. To my huge displeasure, my fear was still there. The only thing worse than fear itself is fear that you can't pinpoint. It was so strange, I have no clue where or why I was feeling so fearful. I know you know what I am talking about, its crazy and very confusing. Anyway, I tried to go about my day and keep my mind focused on positive thoughts, but I wasn't having much luck. The fear at times seemed to get worse. Some of you reading this may liken this to a panic attack, where you lose control over yourself and seem to have no confidence in anything. This is not a real good feeling for someone like myself in recovery, if we don't use the proper tools immediately our mind may convince us to pick up and use again. This is not the road we need to venture down. So what to do,Apple 9L0-623 what to do? Keep reading, I have an answer....lol I was right in the middle of my day when I remembered someone telling me that if you remove your ego, then there will be room for peace. Not quite understanding that at the time, I did now. What it meant for me was to stop trying to solve this issue on my own and reach out to another human being. My ego was telling me that this feeling would pass and I could get through it alone. I listened and reached out and made a call. This is what I call "telling on your fear" You are expressing the truth so it can be released from your inside. Once I finished my truthful conversation, the fear subsided. So much that I could not believe how fast it dissipated. I must say that there was prayer and meditation involved as well. Once I got control of my mind back,050-720 the fear had left. We all face some type of fear on a daily basis. Some more deep and powerful than other times. But remember to tell on your fear, let it out, leave your ego on the outside where it belongs. You must express your insecurity's, it may save your life. E.G.O - Edging-God-Out The Choice Is Within~
Family comes in several flavours: our parents, our kids, siblings, and the wider world of cousins, uncles and aunts, grandparents and grandchildren. As it's our parents, children and sometimes siblings that typically provide the greatest opportunities for an increase in our happiness levels, I hope you'll forgive me if I focus on these. Some people have very strong feelings about their parents, either positive or negative, which is hardly surprising, because most of us spent many years - our formative years - hanging round with them. Not only that, but parents are often more than happy to try to influence our lives, for better or worse, after we leave the nest. Sometimes we also continue to try to influence them, taking on the parent role in the process - a potential minefield! The key to a happy parent-child relationship is simple: A willingness to fully accept another person's world, and to do so with love. Parents and children may share a home, but they don't always live on the same planet. The question is, are you willing? I ask because you're probably willing to fly to a faraway country where the people have a different language, different clothes, different food, perhaps a different religion. You may be willing - Apple 9L0-510enthusiastic even - to respectfully join in their customs and traditions. You may be willing to read up and do your research to get the most from your trip. You do this because, probably, you want - and expect - the best from the experience. But are you willing to make the dangerous journey to the tribe that lives in another world across the breakfast table? Or does that place seem like a pitiless desert, inhabited only by dangerous savages, a place so inhospitable that you're sure that no guide book could have been written about it?Because that could truly be the trip of a lifetime. Now, although it's traditional to improve our relationships with others by listing the challenges that need to be solved, I'm a bit of a rebel, so I ask coaching clients to start by listing the strengths of their relationships. And because we've built up an awareness of that solid foundation beforehand, when the time comes to consider possible challenges we have a whole ton of goodwill to build on - if we choose to. There was a time a couple of years ago when, as it happened, mothering turned out to be my coaching "flavour of the month". Of course, I'm no mother, but I had a very 050-719important role - making sure those clients gave themselves enough credit for how well they were doing the #1 most important job in the world. Interestingly, seeing the good parent in themselves made it a lot easier to appreciate what wonderful kids they had, and seeing their wonderful kids helped them confess that, somewhere along the line, they'd been awesome mothers.
With the fall season at our doorsteps many people, including myself, are slowly saying goodbye to the carefree summer months and preparing for the changing season of cool weather and hectic work and school schedules The fall season is the perfect time of year to implement change and set goals for ourselves as a way to keep us focused, and motivated during the long winter months, which tend to keep us locked in a perpetual 9-5 grind that can drain us both emotionally and physically by the end of the work week. Any changes we make to our daily routine do not have to be over the top or cost you a lot of money. Simply changing, adding or removing things from your usual mundane routine can produce positive results in our social and professional lives, as well as increase our inner confidence and productivity levels when we are asked to complete a challenging task at work, school or at the latest PTA meeting. Here are a few exercises and activities I have personally incorporated into my routine as a way to keep myself energized, motivated and focused during the fall/winter months. 1. Feel Great Look Great Not the other way around! As a certified image consultant I always encourage my clients to live an active and healthy lifestyle no matter what their reason's are for hiring me as their personal image coach. To completely experience the full benefits of a full image make over you must first begin with your body from the inside out. How do you physically feel on the inside? Are you actively participating in classes at your local gym, do you take at least 5-10Apple 9L0-619 minutes in the morning for a quick walk around the corner before starting your day, and do you take (quality) time to eat breakfast or dinner with the kids and husband, or are you constantly in go, go, go mode from the time you hit the snooze button on the alarm clock in the morning until you go to bed in the late hours of the night? Simply tweaking how we begin or end our day will definitely produce a positive and energized feeling within us that will enable us to work smarter, not harder. 2. Create The Space Creating a private, quiet space in your home or office has proven to be a great method for de-cluttering the mind when it is in overdrive during the busy working day. If you choose to create your bubble space at home, find an area where there is low traffic, such as the attic, guest bedroom or basement. If you are not a home owner this will take a little imagination - make a bold sign and post it on your bedroom door stating "YOU WILL BE IN YOUR BUBBLE FOR THE NEXT 15-20 MINUETS" grab yourself a glass of wine, hot chocolate or fruit smoothie, your favorite magazine and simply soak up your bubble time until you feel you are reconnected and charged. Understandably, if you are at the office doing this exercise will not be appropriate - but you can always go for a walk on your lunch break, read a book in the park or try that new pumpkin spiced latte you have been meaning to get your hands on. The point is to implement subtle changes into your routine as a way to keep yourself energized and motivated! 3. 050-696Spice Things Up Lets face it; every now and then we need an image revamp to keep us looking our best. Remember to always walk in the presence of your authentic style.
The most significant action you can take to change your life is to simply decide you are going to make the change. You can decide to make your life better in so many different ways that it really is an unlimited power. You can decide to improve yourself in any way you can imagine. You can decide to be more supportive of others. You can decide to be better at anything. You can even decide that something is just no longer worth your time and effort and that it needs to be left behind. You can decide anything you want, but once you have made the decision how do you incorporate the choice into your life? Sometimes you just need to fake it 'til you make it. For instance, I have decided to be happy today (and I hope you have too!). I promise this is not always an easy choice to stick with - not nearly as easy as it might at first thought seem to be. Things, people, and even pets can challenge this choice - and they often do. When things start to get to me I take a minute to remember that I have decided Things such as my computer won't connect to WiFi for no apparent reason, or my coworker flaked on his part of a project, or even if my neighbor's dog leaves unwanted gifts in my yard - I have decided I got my teen son to correct the computer situation because he is so very good at those things. I addressed my issue with my flaky coworker and put together aApple 9L0-621 plan to resolve it. Then I made certain I don't get assigned to projects with him again in the future. To deal with the problems delivered by the neighbors pet I programmed my sprinkler system to be watering at the very same time my neighbor lets her pet out to relieve himself every morning. Apparently dogs don't like to relieve themselves faced with streams of water shooting from the ground. Problems solved - issues managed - made it, no longer faking it. Effective faking it until you achieve the creation of your calm is OK - even necessary sometimes. To judge how effective your faking it really is simply consider the amount of time you spend faking as opposed to really being it. If your choice is relatively new then you may find yourself faking it more often than not. Don't give up. If the choice is worthwhile 050-691(and we will assume it is) you will find that as time passes you will incorporate the choice into your life more and more naturally as time passes. Soon you will find you are faking it less and less as time passes. This is because you have made it. Congratulations! What challenges do you face in bringing your decisions to reality? Could you fake your way through it until you make it?
Whether it is standing in front of the mirror rehearsing a speech, recording yourself for a presentation or performing in the living room for your family; we all want positive feedback and praise. But what about the feedback we don't want to hear, but often times need to hear. The bottom line is no one is perfect. But, we all could use a little trimming around the edges. With that said, often times we overlook our own flaws, or choose not to see them. That is where feedback comes in. The key here is to remember there is no such thing as negative feedback. What you will often times hear will be the negative. What you need to learn to do is filter through that negativity to the advice or help that is being offered. In order to improve ones self it is vital that we see the full 360 degrees and as 3D as most mirrors are, the truth of the matter is; what we see looking back at us is bias. Let go of that fear; train your ears, your mind and your heart to hear the helpful advice and tips that come from feedback. Whether it's standing in your living room rehearsing to a spouse and three children, a professor or potential employer. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. And what is one of our biggest secret fears? Failure. Failure is the one thing most Americans fear the most. Of course, that makes sense right? We are afraid of feedback because it means failure right? Wrong! Feedback is the threshold to success. When you know how to use it that is. Feedback is a tool that many people overlook or misjudge. Something that many people need to re-evaulate and see the potential that lies with the opportunity. We are not sitting here saying that sitting down and listening to the feedback is going to be easy, and on the other side of this often times giving the feedbackApple 9L0-620 is never fun, but the bottom line is: if the opportunity is there, utilize it. You can choose to be someone whom gives in to their fears, stays where they are in their education, personal life, or profession. Or you can seize the day, practice, rehearse, and ask for feedback from those you love, trust and respect. Once that part is done, use what they have told you. And most importantly, swallow your pride (and yes there will be times that you will need to do this) and thank them. This is NOT easy for them either! There is a difference between hearing what one tells you and truly listening to the feedback. Here in this instance is it crucial you hear what they are telling you, evaluate it, learn from it and utilize the tool to your advantage. It is a step on the ladder to success. The bottom line is feedback is not a sign of weakness, a sign of failure or anything negative. It is a true sign of confidence, education, optimism and a characteristic of a person who knows what they want from050-891 their life, takes the reigns to get it and will utilize all the tools necessary to do so. It takes strength to face your fears, confidence to overcome challenges and heart to learn from the advice, mistakes and recognition. Take control of that promotion, job offer or school grant you have been avoiding. Feedback will offer the skill, confidence and charisma you need to advance in your personal and professional goals. Accept the feedback and grow as an individual.
Everything You Want In Life Is As Simple As Saying Yes More Often
In fact, it's kind of funny I'm writing this because several months ago the actor Jim Carrey was in a movie called Yes, which was about a man that used to always say no to everything, and he changed his life by having to say yes to everything, which led him to a greater more fulfilling life. There's a lot of truth in that movie. I would challenge you to start saying yes to more things in your life. I think by you starting to say yes more you'll start to invite more into your life. Here's why YOU were not born with the ability to CREATE. For example, you're not ever going to be able to sit at home and have little thoughts of you saying to yourself, "I am rich," and watch hundred dollar bills rain out from the sky. Curious-have you ever walked down into your basement and created money? Damn! Neither have I. But, damn it would be fun. wink wink By saying yes to more things, you'll invite people into your life that already have what you want. The WORD YES is what will start to create change in your life. It's the ability to open your mind and see what's possible if you allow people to enter your life. I have a friend here in Denver and I hope he reads this, his name isApple 9L0-402 Reggie. He used to give me a hard time for going to seminars and learning from "GURUS." I would travel across country even if I didn't have 5 BUCKS to my name, but I simply just said yes. If Reggie only knew that the people I would later meet opened my life to huge possibility. By me saying yes to going and never letting current circumstances get in my way, I met the people that would push and assist me to the level I'm headed now. So glad I said YES to so many things. You hear people talk about, "Everything you want is already around you." To me this is what they mean, you really do have so much wealth already around. Other people conditioned you to work for less than a million. Other people's EGO taught you that there wasn't enough money for everyone and somehow being $20k in credit card debt in some perverted050-710 way was common and normal. blah that! You must now learn to change tides, SAY YES MORE, and begin the journey of reconditioning yourself NOW, and it's going to be a process let me tell you, but I'm Brian Zimmerman

"Long ago I figured out that everyone is right according to his own beliefs, maybe not in the world's plan, but certainly in his own." These words were written to Betty Bowles from her sister Eolin Bowles when Betty went off to college at the tender young age of fifteen. How much world strife can be avoided if we were to all abide by this wisdom? As it is, we have religion battling other faiths; Thousands have died in the pursuance of one belief system over another; Jews are fighting Arabs; countless numbers of women were burned at the stake during the witch hunts of the fifteen hundreds; and six million Jews, gyspies, homosexuals, and Christians were senselessly murdered during the second world war. This all came about because of a pervasive sense of separation. How much happier we would all be if we could recognize our basic oneness and openly ackowledge both individual and corporate strengths. Instead of the division that permeates the world, we could have so much more unity if we recognize the validity in all of the world's great religions; if we could embrace all the rainbows of preferences and life styles; if we could honor the right of each individual to worship God in his own fashion; if we could retain national identity as opposed to being absorbed in a world system of government; and if we could honor and respect our uniqueness and individual strengthsApple 9L0-403. Eolin's words were written sixty eight years ago. She passed two years ago, right after Christmas. I was in Betty's home when my brother, Jack Altman, came down the steps and told a weeping Betty that her sister had just passed. Betty is now eighty three years old and still exhibits the personality traits that beloved sister Eolin tried to instill in her. Eolin's words are timeless. If only we could all acknowledge the power in them and live by "Everyone is right according to his own beliefs." According to American poet, Ralph Waldo Emerson, "all creation is one" and we should try to get along with others and live in harmony with nature. According to author Daivd Cameron, "science has also proven that the mind has no boundaries. All minds are connected into one mind field." If we are all connected, we are all indeed right according to our own beliefs. Let's put down the swords of enmity between Jews and Arabs; heterosexuals and homosexuals; believers and non-believers;050-708 Democrats and Republicans. This doesn't erase the empowerment of disagreement. A world in which complete harmony would be placid and boring. But it does eradicate the subhuman need to crucify those who happen to have a different lifestyle; who happen to belong to a different religion; or who happen to think independently. It's time that we all agree to disagree agreeably. Let's honor Eolin's words to Betty.

Organisation is essential in your home, and/or office, if you are to function at maximum efficiency and productivity. If every time you sit down to do some work you have to move everything off your desk or struggle to find a place to sit then it is time to get organised. Some will claim that if they clean up and organise they would never be able to find anything; but this is rarely the case. These people waste a lot of time saying, "I know it's here someplace." Most of the following suggestions hold true for organisation in both the home and office. Find a place for everything and put everything in its place. This will mean filing and storing. If you have a home or office that's overwhelmed with clutter, divide the task into individual areas. Have plenty of file folders and storage bins on hand before you begin. You could even get really creative with the colour of the boxes or how it is set out. A good rule is that if you've not read or used a piece of paper, a file or a notebook filled with remarks in the last six months, you can probably trash it. But, if you're still not sure and think you may need to keep it for legal or some other reason then prepare a long-term file bin. Try not to handle each piece of paper or file more than once. Don't get bogged down with in depth reading of an article, or something else you have picked up, or you'll never get finished. Save it for later. Right now your goal is to get clearAdobe 9A0-137 practice test of clutter and get organised. Once the top of your desk is clear and everything is in its place, start with the drawers. Clean desk drawers provide more storage space. Keep your filing system simple. Don't make it so complicated that it's hard to retrieve an item. If you're afraid you might lose track of an article, store it in a clear container or label it in bold letters. Keep only the essential items on your desk top such as a phone, calculator, computer and office supplies you need daily such as tape, pens and paper clips. You might want to keep a little space for a photo of your family or significant other. You tend to get much more accomplished if the environment is user friendly. Create an action list and keep it where you see it constantly. Keep your appointment calendar up to date and check it often. The top of your desk should have only one project at a time, to keep you focused. Reward yourself once you've completed your organisation. Now, keep it that way. When a project is finished, put it away. Straighten your desk and work area at the end of each day so you meet the new day with a clean desk and a clear mind. Where are you 1T6-530going to bring organisation into your life this week?
Ciao, Auf Wiedersehen, Buona Sera: Saying Goodbye to Naysayers
"the good kind of friend not only encourages you to grow and inspires you to grow ~ the good kind of friend makes you believe you can grow." ~ terri st. cloud I love Terri's poetry (that's her artwork, too)! What I particularly love about this piece is that "friend" can apply to a wealth of different people: a family member, an actual friend, a colleague, a spouse or partner, and someone we often forget about when we're thinking about friendship - ourselves. While the individual may be different, what's the same is the support, the belief in you and in your ability to succeed, no matter how great the challenge. Wow! Think about that: what an amazing circle of light surrounds you at any given moment! As a solo entrepreneur, one of the things I most look forward to each week is my accountability call with two of my mastermind sisters, each of whom are entrepreneurs in their own right. Every Monday we share what's going well in our businesses, what's not, what our plans and strategies are, and the steps we're putting into play to make them happen. We laugh, ask questions, hold each other's feet to the fire, and give each other permission to, as my one colleague said on one of our last calls, feel "droopy." What a relief it is to know that we don't have to pretend to be positive or upbeat when we're feeling Adobe 9A0-136 practice testparticularly blue. We have a place to let our bad hair day show, and in the process end up with some amazing suggestions on how to get over the funk once we're ready. Now I realize that not everyone feels they have that kind of support. I know I didn't used to have it. Before I gave myself permission to create my best life, I was surrounded by quite a few people who were negative and controlling, who preferred to give me ten reasons why I couldn't succeed rather than one reason I would. But here's the thing - we tend to draw to us what we mirror. We might be telling ourselves and the world that we want to be successful, but in that deep, dark place on the inside we're convinced we're not worthy of the effort. And guess what kinds of people we'll draw to us then? You got it - the naysayers. Work through what's holding you back, however, and watch who begins to show up in your life; who will inspire you to grow like the amazing flower you are! Whether you're a woman business owner or business woman, I'd love to know what you've done to rid yourself of negative, unsupportive people in your life. And if you haven't, what's holding you back? Let's dish and support1T6-520 one another - share you comments on my blog...
A while back we were asked if we wanted to be a part of a new church plant and it has been a rewarding experience and a hard one. There are some things that have come up that we have learned in the process. We just wanted to write an article to share them with you. Some of the things we needed to know could have helped us ahead of time when our pastor first asked us to be a part of planting a new church. One was how much time it takes. We get up at 6:00 AM and get out at about 1:00. We have leadership meetings and personalities differ so we have to remind ourselves of why we are doing this. It is to love on the community like Jesus did and bring people to Christ with the help of the Holy Spirit. It is not to boost our ego or feel better than anyone. When a bunch of broken people come together, you need a lot of prayer in the process and every person is broken to an extent. Even with the healthiest people there will be power struggles. This we did not even consider. Another thing to know is boundaries. When to say no. We have been pretty good at it. We have watched our friends burn out serving and this is when attitudes can come across sharp or mean spirited. We are human and do not want people to feel this vibe, especially in a church, so another tip is to stay in-tune with emotions. Be careful of clicks too. It can make people feel left out and this becomes like a high school Adobe 9A0-129 practice testget together with hurt feelings and drama so it is very important to be kind and love everyone equally, even when it is hard to do so. Now that we got the inner part, the attitude part out of the way, we have learned to let God lead and be flexible with what is happening organizationally. We use a fractal system and break our teams into four groups with subgroups. For example operations in in charge of leaders who are in charge of clean-up, supplies etc... another subgroup is offering and on and on it goes. When starting a church we have to wear many hats. When we do it in love for the community it is rewarding. I guess the biggest aspect of serving is the back scenes of things. It is different than going to a service for an hour or so and just getting fed. It takes time and patience to be used in the serving of the food. We can only do this with Gods help and we would encourage people to take a step out in faith and see what God can do to grow a church and use us all to love people and1T6-323 help our communities.

Did you know that you can "choose" to be irreplaceable within your daily work environment? If I were to have a chat with your boss today, what would he or she say about you? Would they consider you to be irreplaceable or would they be more than willing to "let you go?" Today let me share with you some of the characteristics that top notch employees have in common. It is these characteristics that allow them to stand above the rest while also, marking them as being irreplaceable. Be Enthusiastic-Nothing is worse than coming to work on a daily basis and having to work alongside colleagues that moan and groan about their work life and really, about life in general. People are naturally drawn to those who are not only enthusiastic about what they do, but also enthusiastic about life. Would your colleagues say that you are enthusiastic about what you do? Be a Team Player-Today, more and more organizations are embracing a teamwork model. More and more employers are looking for individuals who can work alongside others for the betterment of the company. If you want to stand out, be a team player! Be Passionate about What You Do-Are you passionate about what you do on a daily basis? If not, I have to ask-why are you doing what you are doing? If you are not passionate about the work you are completing on a daily basis, it shows. Not only do your fellow colleagues notice, but so does your boss. Employers will keep those who are passionate about their job. Be Motivated-Are you motivated to go the extra mile? Are you motivated to doAdobe 9A0-097 practice test everything with excellence? Be Teachable-Employers long for team members who are teachable. If you come to work with a know it all attitude, I can guarantee you that you will not last long. Be ready and willing to consistently grow - your boss will notice. Excel at Your Position-Are you excelling at your position? Are you giving your daily work assignments your everything? Are you doing everything with excellence? Make it your goal to excel at what you do-others will notice. Take Initiative-When you see areas for improvement, do you tend to chat and discuss with your colleagues "how bad" things are or do you look for ways to help make things better? If you see an area that needs improvement, do you offer using your skill set to improve the situation, or do you just complain about "what still needs to be done?" Employers LOVE those who take the initiative and run with it. Where in your work environment can you take the lead? Every day, you have the option of choosing to be irreplaceable. What will you do this week 1T6-111to stand out from the crowd?
Some of us live in the past. Everything we do is tied to our past. We think, act and speak in relation to our past. We rely on our past for our identity and for our direction in life. We blame our past for haunting us and for making us feel less than we are. We blame those who were in our lives for everything that we didn't like and for the way we are living today. It's easy to blame the past because the past cannot be changed. It's easy to blame others because we don't have to blame ourselves or be accountable for decisions that we make. It's easier to blame others instead of ourselves. Being a victim of our past takes no effort on our part. It's easiest to sit back and not take any action for our life. Sometimes we just can't seem to get past our childhood experiences. We focus on the negative feelings and emotions that we've experienced and we get stuck there. What makes us think that it's alright to let our past control our lives? We throw up our arms and give up instead of learning from our experiences. It seems that the child within us does not want to grow up. The child within us loves to throw tantrums. It screams for attention and wants others to take care of us for the rest of our lives. We have a feeling of entitlement that the world needs to revolve around us.There's no such thing as a compromise. We feel like it's our way or the highway. We didn't have certain things in our young lives so we rant and rave about the lack of this or that. We may feel that we weren't loved enough, we didn't have enough attention or our siblings got everything and we were left out.Adobe 9A0-125 practice test The list goes on and on. When are we going to take responsibility for our own selves? Some people never do but others will get off the merry-go-round and take a stand in being responsible for their own lives. The level of maturity accompanies this stance. Being mature means that we realize that our life does matter and it is up to us to move forward and learn from the past as a preparation for our present and future life. We are in control of our lives. We can choose to stay in our yesterdays or we can choose to live for our tomorrows. We can bring happiness, love and peace into our lives and improve our experiences. The choice is up to us. Emotional maturity is not tied to age. It's tied to our ability to make choices and decisions with a clarity of purpose and mind. When we take responsibility for ourselves then we won't have anyone else to blame for our lives. We appreciate the gift of life and we won't take our life for granted. We live our best life by choosing to be focused with our intentions, purpose and positive fulfillment towards and for a happy, prosperous, loving and joyous life. We look forward to enjoying what each day brings, looking forward to the experiences that1T6-521 make our lives richer and fuller. Every day is a blessing! Copyright (c) 2011 Deidre Glendon
