Flash neemt het op tegen de 'Rogues', een groep superschurken, waaronder Captain Cold, Heatwave en Wheather Wizard. Met behulp van wetenschapper Darwin Elias, die aanvankelijk Flash hielp, hebben de superschurken echte superkrachten gekregen (eerst waren ze afhankelijk van technologie). Verder leert Flash meer over de 'speedforce' en maakt hij kennis met een groep superintelligente gorilla's waarvan de koning nogal agressief is.
