Een gestoorde halfgod ziet het als zijn taak het heelal te verbeteren en te perfectioneren. Dat is te veel macht voor één man en alleen de Avengers en de Guardians of the Galaxy kunnen hem nog tegenhouden! Daarnaast moeten de Avengers het ook nog opnemen tegen buitenaardse wezens, Atlantiërs en robots! Met gastrollen voor Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Doctor Strange en vele anderen!
