- Rob Van Dam def. Matt Hardy

- In the opening bout, Kazarian defeated Robbie E to retain the X Divison Championship. Travel issues prevented Jeremy and Max Buck from being at the PPV, so Robbie E demanded they be counted out and declared himself the #1 Contender. However, as Robbie E was leaving, Kazarian came out to say they would have the bout tonight instead! Kazarian won it with an inverted piledriver finisher.
- The team of Scott Steiner and TNA World Tag Team Champions Beer Money defeated Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy after Scott Steiner hit a top rope Frankensteiner for the win!
- The Pope faced off against Samoa Joe. The Pope took the early advantage, but Joe was able to latch on his Clutch finisher! Realizing he couldn't escape, Pope quickly tapped out to the submission. After the bout, Pope attacked Joe and hit his DDE finisher on Joe into an exposed steel turnbuckle in the corner, busting open Joe's head in the process. After, an irate Joe chased Pope form the ring.
- Mickie James faced Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne with the gold on the line. Madison tried several times early to hit Mickie with her loaded glove, but couldn't. Later in the bout, Tara came down to distract Mickie, allowing Madison to pull a pair of brass knuckles and use them on Mickie to get the knockout punch! The referee then counted out Mickie - Madison Rayne retains the gold!
- Matt Morgan came to the ring to call out Hernandez, and the Mexican Superstar obliged! Hernandez told Morgan he left TNA to be with his culture in Mexico, and he realized who he truly is - and now it was time to stick it to the gringos! Hernandez then smashed Morgan and obliterated him, leaving him down in the ring!
- In an effort to get his revenge on Jeff Hardy, Rob Vam Dam had to go through his brother Matt Hardy first. The two longtime enemies traded plenty of offensive early on, but in the end it was RVD getting the win with the Frog Splash!
- In a Street Fight, it was Bully Ray vs. Brother Devon. Devon's sons eventually got involved in the bout, helping their dad hit his top rope dive on Bully Ray. But Ray made a comeback and handcuffed Devon to the corner. Devon's sons tried to help him, but Ray attacked them! After a big boot by Ray to Devon's son Terrell, Ray got the easy pin and win. Devon was unable to help his sons as he was still handcuffed! Bully Ray then powerbombed Devon's son through the table! After the heinous attack, TNA staff and security came out to try and help and had to remove his son via stretcher.
- In an amazing (and grueling!) bout between two sworn enemies, Jeff Jarrett battled Kurt Angle with very important stipulations. If Kurt won, he would regain custody of his kids. If Jarrett won, Kurt would be forced to walk Karen down the aisle to give her away to Jarrett on March 3! The bout featured back-and-forth action, with Karen getting involved several times. Both Jarrett and Angle nearly had each other beat several times. In the end, after nailing Angle with a steel chair, Jarrett managed to roll up Angle for the quick pin and the win. Angle is now forced to give away his ex-wife Karen when the Jarretts renew their vows!
After the bout, Kurt removed his wrestling boots and placed them in the ring and walked out - which Tazz ominously said that meant Angle "was done". Did we just witness Kurt Angle's last match?
- In the PPV main event, it was Mr. Anderson vs. Jeff Hardy with the TNA World Heavyweight Title on the line in a Ladder Match! It as a truly a historic battle between both Hardy and Anderson, with both trading insane moves using not one, but two ladders! In the end, both Hardy and Anderson battled atop the ladder, but they both came crashing down to the mat. Hardy got the upper hand and tossed Anderson out the ring, allowing him to re-climb the ladder and pull down the title! Jeff Hardy is ONCE AGAIN the NEW TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
