The weather was fine today and it took some convincing to stay indoors and do my hour on the Tacx Satori. I finished reading The Shining - which is a lot better in book form than what Stanley Kubrick made of it in his movie. I can understand why Stephen King wasn't thrilled with the plot and the happenings in that movie, which are more about Kubricks' obsession with Apollo 11 than with Stephen Kings's psychological filetting of his characters.
After the ride I spent some time stretching and doing Core Stab exercises.
