Baccus went up for his first Working Test in Sweden this weekend and got a 1st place!!!! Congratulations!! And daddy Odin got a 2nd place in a mocktrial the day before and qualified with a team for the Norwich Championship at the end of August between Norway, Sweden, Finland & Denmark!!! And Wiebe from Holland got his 3rd B-diploma and Kaya from Austria, first got 1st place in Obedience a few weeks ago and now got 3rd place in her 1st WT, so congratulations to all.
Leaf and rest of the gang wentwith their owners for a hike in the mountains and it looked very cold still, but beautiful pictures!! Odin and son Baccus and their owner went on a vacation in Finland before Odin starts in competition at the UCLA Game Fair in England and then ofcourse the World Championship Search & Rescue in Holland at the end of September!!
Baccus also went to the seminar of Oliver Kiraly from Hungary and did well as Ester , who also went and I am sure they all learned a lot!! And a relaxed Ester, rolling in the grass and watching the water and Lotus and Lara, brother & sister playing together!!
Pictures of Liv enjoying to play with the grandkids!!! Eli and daughter checking out the new member and Eli cuddling with him/her, we still have to gie it a name
Look what Eli received for Mother's day from the Austrian gang, Leaf, Lotus & Lara!! She will love it!!! Thanks in her name. ALso some special teeth cleaning cookies and the special card of all three!!
A friend took a whole lot of pictures of Liv from Switzerland and also of her owner getting started on their training in the woods. And Ester has also started some dummytraining, besides her obedience training!
Liv and her owner Milos from Switzerland drove Bruno & Germaine here to pick up their new Gibbs/Odin Puppy named Matcho> It was so good to see Liv back, who will be a year old in a few days!! And an obedience picture of Leaf!!! Something different then hanging up in the air
Leaf was in a demonstration of the search & rescue group and was going way up high and it did not seem to bother her. What an awesome training for her and pictures of the whole group. Ester is training in obedience and also some retrieving also!
Just something I realized last saturday when I had the company of Herman, Helma & Annemarie, who own 3 "Whispering Oaks" dogs and came to cuddle the new puppies, that this litter and the last male specific, is the 50th"Whispering Oaks" puppy that is born!!! All but one are still alive and doing great!!!They live all over the world, from Alaska, Atlanta, Bernville, USA, Hungary, Switzerland, Germany, England, Sweden, The Netherlands,Belgium and Slovenia, so an international bunch!!
I would like to thank all the owners for taking great care of them and keeping up to date and sending pictures, results or just stories about their dog!! Please keep it up , I so enjoy hearing about all of them!!!
Besides Obedience, Ester has started with retrieving also and as the pictures show, she seems to be good at it!! and enjoying it, which is really the most important issue!!
