These days, everybody
expects so much from you; they ask you so much that sometimes the pressure gets
too high. Thats why we sometimes need some relaxation. Also, next month, the
first exams of the year are coming. Thats why Ill give some methods that I
like to use to reset my brain in order to get back to work.
Drink a cup of tea and
warm your hands to its cup. There isnt another drink that will calm you down
like a good old cup of English tea with two lumps of sugar. That will bring
your body in some kind of trance, but how to calm down your mind? Music! Of
course no metal or speedrock, but simple, quiet, alternative music. Almost
every Amatorski song does the job for me. If the combination of these two
tricks doesnt help you, try adding a scented candle to this scenario. If your mind
is too troubled and none of these methods are helping, youll have to use drastic
measures: Powernap. A good powernap has just a few ingredients: a timer, a bed
or a couch and a silent and dark room. Set your timer to 20 minutes and let
your battery level charge while your stress level is descending.
