Jeff Hardy & Smackdown/ECW in Manila

Here are some photos and also fan uploaded videos of the recent WWE house show held at Manila, Philippines.

Start of Show
Triple H is walking down the ramp and immediately attacked by Jeff Hardy!! They fight on the outside of the ring hard as Mike Chioda tries his hardest to stop them!!

Within seconds Vickie Guerrero is out on the stage ordering Chavo Guerrero to go down and stop them! Chavo reluctantly goes down, pulls Triple H off Hardy. Triple H immediately knocks Chavo down with a big right hand and continues right where he left off!!

Vickie now signals for more referees to come down. Even Dean Malenko is out there! They separate the two men and Vickie comes down screaming for them to listen to her but Triple H pushes through the referees and Vickie gets knocked on her rear end in the process!! Chavo Guerrero is laughing at her!!

The referees now have them completely separated as Vickie gets up screaming this is her show and to save it for the Main Event! Triple H pretends like he’s going to the back and quickly attacks Hardy again!! The referees insert themselves again and Triple H goes to the back as we go to a commercial break!

Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy

The bell rings and Hardy immediately gets in Triple H’s face with punches and they scuffle into the corner until Scott Armstrong pulls Hardy off! Triple H comes out of the corner and gets hit with a kick to the midsection, followed by a big right hand and another kick, knocking him down! Hardy was then bringing Triple H across the ring to bounce his head off the top turnbuckle but Triple H goes down and leaves the ring!

Hardy quickly goes outside and nails The Game with a forearm. Hardy hits some big right hands before bouncing his head off the barricade! Hardy kicks Triple H in the midsection and Triple H goes into the ring. Hardy follows and gets hit with a big right hand from Triple H! Triple H bounces Hardy’s head off the top turnbuckle and hits a HUGE right hand that floors Hardy. Triple H then stomps him a few times and Hardy rolls out of the ring.

Triple H goes to the outside and throws Hardy back in. Hardy goes into the ropes and hits a baseball slide into Triple H’s face, sending him back into the barricade! Hardy gets on the apron and takes Triple H down with a flying clothesline! Hardy kicks Triple H in the midsection but Triple H quickly retaliates with a knee. Triple H gets a whip into the stair reversed on him and he goes chest first into the steel steps! Triple H slowly gets up along the barricade. Hardy now runs and jumps off the steps with a form of Poetry in Motion and he lands hard on the floor, as does Triple H!!

Both men are down on the outside for about a minute. The fans are chanting for Jeff Hardy. Triple H crawls into the ring and Hardy follows. Hardy charges and gets knocked down by a big clothesline from Triple H! It’s time for a commercial break!

We come back from the break to see Triple H hitting a hard Irish whip to the corner on Jeff Hardy! Triple H hits a right hand and hits another hard Irish whip into the corner! The Game covers and gets a two and a half count! Triple H sends Hardy into the ropes but lowers his head and gets kicked in the face! Hardy then clotheslines him over the top rope! Hardy follows this up with a Plancha and both men are down on the outside!

Hardy is the first one to his feet and hits Triple H with a stomp. Hardy puts Triple H in the ring and charges Triple H in the corner but Triple H moves! Triple H covers for a two and a half count! Triple H now goes for the ground and pound and in a show of realism Hardy tries to cover up! Triple H then powers his arms down and continues punching. I like when they throw in those things to make it look like a real fight rather then them just taking punches which no one does in real life.

Triple H now hits a picture perfect stalling vertical suplex a la the great British Bulldog! Triple H tells Hardy to suck it and drops a knee to Hardy’s face! Triple H covers and gets a CLOSE two and a half count! Triple H now buries his knee in Hardy’s spine and gets a chin lock on. The fans are still chanting for Hardy!! Triple H has him grounded with the chin lock now, wrenching it in every so often. Hardy eventually is able to get to his feet, punches out of the move, sends Triple H into the ropes but lowers his head and gets hit with the jumping face buster! Triple H covers for another CLOSE two and a half count!! Triple H is in disbelief!!

Triple H picks Hardy up by his hair. Hardy responds with some punches but gets taken down by a big right hand and thrown out of the ring! Triple H then bounces Hardy’s head off the announcer’s table! Triple H does it again and puts Hardy back in the ring!

Hardy quickly goes into the ropes, ducks a clothesline and takes Triple H down with his modified swinging neckbreaker! Both men are down but get up at the same time. Hardy ducks another clothesline and takes Triple H down with a running forearm! Triple H pops up so Hardy repeats the move and succeeds! Hardy has a whip into the corner reversed on him but he comes out with another modified neckbreaker! This gets Hardy a two count! Hardy takes Triple H down with a double leg sweep and then hits a double leg drop to the abdomen followed by a low dropkick to the face! Hardy covers for a two and a half count!!

Hardy gets the crowd into it. Triple H blocks a kick but Hardy counters with his flipping mule kick! Hardy now charges Triple H and gets hit with the Double A Spinebuster!! Triple H covers for an EXTREMELY CLOSE two and seven-eighths count!!

Triple H gets up, goes to pick Hardy up but he rolls off and gets Triple H in position for the Twist of Fate! Triple H pushes him off and gets Hardy in position for the Pedigree but Hardy gets out and hits Whisper in the Wind!! Hardy covers for a CLOSE two and a half count!!

Hardy hits a forearm to the back and whips Triple H into the corner. Hardy charges but gets a boot in the face. Triple H comes off the second rope and gets kicked in the midsection! Hardy then hits his Inverted Falcon’s Arrow! Hardy removes his shirt and climbs to the top rope but Triple H catches him with a punch and bounces his head off the turnbuckle! Hardy is on the apron throughout all of that. Triple H approaches him and gets hit with a right hand and a shoulder thrust! Hardy goes for another shoulder thrust but inadvertently gets himself in position for the Pedigree!! Triple H drags him into the ring and Hardy counters with a back body drop!! Hardy now goes to the top rope and goes for the Swanton Bomb but Triple H rolls out of the way!!

All of a sudden Edge runs into the ring and Spears both men down!! The referee throws the match out much to the chagrin of the Bridgeport crowd!

Tag Team Gauntlet Match
Triple H & Jeff Hardy vs. Hawkins & Ryder

The rule of this gauntlet is Triple H & Jeff Hardy have to keep facing teams until they lose.

The bell rings and Hawkins immediately attacks Jeff Hardy with a kick and some punches. Hawkins lays some heavy hands into Hardy in the corner. Hardy reverses a whip into the opposite corner and follows it up with some kicks and punches of his own. Hardy now has a whip into the opposite corner reversed on him but Hardy is able to scale the ropes and hit Whisper in the Wind!! Hardy covers but before he even gets a count he pops up, kicks Hawkins and gets in Triple H’s face!! Triple H then makes a blind tag!

Hardy shoves Triple H before Ryder pops up out of nowhere and attacks Triple H! Ryder tagged in off camera. Ryder hits some punches and kicks to Triple H but gets an Irish whip reversed on him and Triple H capitalizes by hitting the Double A Spinebuster! Triple H then turns towards Hardy angrily. Ryder gets up, gets kicked in the midsection and Triple H hits the Pedigree on him!! Triple H covers but gets off when he sees Hardy on the top rope! Hardy hits the Swanton Bomb and goes eye to eye with Triple H. Hardy then attacks Hawkins who was coming in for the save while Triple H covers Zach Ryder for the three count!!

The Gauntlet continues…

Triple H gets up and immediately shoves Jeff Hardy! Jeff Hardy shoves back and both these men get into a shoving match before going nose to nose which results in Triple H having a black smudge across his forehead from Hardy’s makeup!

Their next opponents will be Miz & Morrison and we’ll have that match right after the break.

Tag Team Gauntlet Match
Triple H & Jeff Hardy vs. Miz & Morrison

We come back and this match is in progress already. Triple H takes The Miz and punches him down to the canvas. Triple H Irish whips Miz into the ropes and takes him down with a big back elbow! Triple H picks Miz up, bounces his head off the turnbuckle and hits a nice suplex! Instead of going for the cover Triple H gets up and stares at Hardy! Triple H then comes off the ropes and drops a knee across Miz’s forehead! Triple H covers for a two count. Triple H twists Miz’s arm and tags Hardy in hard!

Jeff Hardy enters the match and clubs Miz’s shoulder blade! Hardy bounces Miz’s head off the top turnbuckle, whips him into the opposite corner and follows it up with a big corner clothesline! Hardy covers for a two count. Miz stuns Hardy with a punch and tags in John Morrison!

Morrison comes in and hits a kick to the midsection of Hardy. Morrison then goes for a neckbreaker but Hardy counters it into a backslide pin for a one count! Hardy twists Morrison’s arm and tags in Triple H! Triple H comes in and punches Morrison in the head. Triple H twists Morrison’s arm and wrenches it hard, sending him down to his knees! Triple H twists again and wrenches hard! Triple H does it a third time and succeeds but this time gets a standing arm bar on as well! Morrison struggles in this for a bit before Triple H lets him up, puts him in his corner and tags in Jeff Hardy.

Hardy comes in and hits some kicks to the midsection in the corner. Hardy then hits a scoop slam and follows it up with a nice leg drop for a one count. Hardy twists Morrison’s arm and tags in Triple H with a knife edge chop! Hardy puts Morrison halfway through the second rope and gets on the apron with Triple H. Triple H punches Morrison and stares down Hardy for a moment.

Triple H has an Irish whip reversed on him and Miz gets a knee into the lower back when Triple H comes near him! Morrison capitalizes with a forearm to the back followed by an Irish whip but Triple H is able to hit a jumping face buster! Triple H punches Miz off the apron and goes to clothesline Morrison but he ducks it, jumps onto the second rope and hits a roundhouse kick to the face! Morrison then makes the tag to The Miz.

Miz comes in and hits some punches to Triple H’s head! Miz gets Triple H in his corner and hits a flurry of punches before Charles Robinson inserts himself and forces the clean break! Meanwhile Morrison is punching Triple H from the apron while the referee is arguing with Miz! Miz then comes back with his interesting corner clothesline! Miz covers for a two and a half count!

Miz tags in Morrison and they hit a Double Gut Buster on Triple H! Morrison shoots a half nelson and covers Triple H for a two count! Morrison then gets a chin lock on Triple H. Hardy is on the apron getting the audience into it. Triple H gets to his feet but is unable to break the hold and Morrison tags in Miz. Miz kicks Triple H down and hits some elbows to his trapezoids! Miz then puts a chin lock on him while Hardy gives Triple H the thumbs down! Hardy then gets the audience into it! Triple H then gets to his feet and hits a back suplex on The Miz and both men are down!

Miz is the first one up and kicks Triple H down. He sends Triple H into the corner and goes for another interesting corner clothesline but Triple H gets out of the way and Miz crashes and burns! Triple H then stumbles by his own corner and Hardy makes the blind tag in!

Jeff Hardy hits a kick to the midsection of The Miz and has an Irish whip reversed on him but he rebounds with a diving clothesline! Hardy hits another kick to the midsection and hits his Inverted Falcon’s Arrow! Morrison then enters the ring and gets it as well! Hardy hits a clothesline to Miz in the corner and then hits his slingshot dropkick!! Hardy covers but Morrison breaks it up at two!

Triple H now enters the match and punches Morrison! Triple H picks him up and punches him again. Morrison falls out of the ring and Triple H follows. Hardy has a kick to the midsection blocked but he hits his flipping mule kick and Miz goes out of the ring where Morrison and Triple H are! Hardy then hits a Plancha to the outside taking down Miz, Morrison AND Triple H!!

Hardy throws Miz into the ring and gets on the apron to go back in but Triple H gets up, pulls him off the apron and begins punching him!! They slug it out until Triple H sends Hardy into the steel steps and bounces his head off the barricade!! They go back and forth some more as some referees try to come out and break it up. Hardy sends Triple H hard into the steel stairs and continues the assault!! In the ring Charles Robinson counts them out!

Winners by Count Out: Miz & Morrison

Security comes out to help the situation but to no avail as Triple H just pushes them aside and clotheslines Jeff Hardy over the barricade!! The referees now hold Triple H and Jeff Hardy back and they stare down one another!!

Still to come tonight – Undertaker vs. Big Show in a Steel Cage Match!

We come back from the break to see replays of what just transpired at the end of the Gauntlet Match. I like where this is all going so far!

Backstage in Vickie’s office Edge is talking about how great it is that Hardy and Triple H can’t see eye to eye. Vickie then books Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy for next week!! Edge says that’s why Vickie is so brilliant. Vickie says she missed Edge and his encouragement and they go to make out but Jeff Hardy bursts in! Hardy gets in Edge’s face and asks why he wanted to see him. Edge says he wanted to clear the air because he’s tired of Jeff blaming them for what happened before Survivor Series! Edge tells Hardy to think about it – who had the most to lose going into Survivor Series? Edge says Triple H was the one that attacked him!

Triple H then comes in the office asking why Vickie wanted to see him and Hardy attacks him viciously!! Security and referees rush in to pull them apart. After a struggle they pull them out of the office! Edge and Vickie then start where they last left off and begin disgustingly making out!

Beat the Clock Challenge
Jeff Hardy vs. The Brian Kendrick w/ Ezekiel Jackson

Ezekiel takes off The Brian Kendrick’s nifty red jacket and leaves the ring. Charles Robinson rings the bell and this match is on! More than 15 seconds pass before Jeff Hardy goes to lock up but The Brian Kendrick just ducks him and taunts a little bit! The Kendrick runs around the ring for a few, avoiding Hardy. The Kendrick then goes for a kick which Hardy ducks and Hardy does a quick roll up for a two count! The Kendrick pops up and goes for a clothesline which Jeff Hardy counters into a backslide pin for a two count! Hardy kicks him in the midsection and gets him in a small package for another two count! At the 59 second mark The Kendrick gets out of the ring for a breather which doesn’t make Jeff Hardy happy!

Jeff Hardy gets out of the ring and Ezekiel Jackson gets in his face as The Kendrick taunts from behind. Hardy gets back in the ring at 1:20 and waits for The Kendrick. The Kendrick finally gets in the ring at 1:38 and finally locks up with Hardy who gets a few punches in before bouncing his head off the top turnbuckle! Hardy hits a nice suplex and covers for a two count!

We’re at the 2:00 mark and The Kendrick tries to get out of the ring but Hardy pulls him back in and drops a leg on him! Hardy covers and gets a one count. Hardy picks him up, hits a snapmare and covers but The Kendrick kicks out before a count is made. Hardy now has a nice chinlock on The Kendrick as JR points out the bandage on Hardy’s neck from the “attack.” Hardy now picks him up, kicks him in the midsection and has an Irish whip reversed on him. The Kendrick leap frogs him and goes for a monkey flip but Hardy grabs his legs and hits the painful looking compactor on him for a two count at 2:45! Hardy now hits an inverted atomic drop and does his trademark double leg drop to the midsection! Hardy covers at the 3:00 mark for a two count!

The Kendrick is now pulling himself up on the ropes so Jeff Hardy grabs him and starts punching and kicking him! Hardy sends him into the ropes and hits a nice back body drop! The Kendrick then rolls out of the ring at 3:27! Interestingly enough they show a big shot of the arena and we see a cage hanging over the ring even though there isn’t one advertised this week! Could that be for the next taping that took place immediately after this one?! The Kendrick complains to JR and Tazz but Jeff Hardy has had enough and punches The Kendrick from behind and throws him back in the ring at 3:53!

Hardy hits a body slam and covers for a two count at 4:04! Hardy hits a falling scoop slam for a two count again! Hardy goes for a whip in the corner but The Kendrick reverses and its Hardy in the corner but Hardy gets an elbow in The Kendrick’s face when he charges! Hardy now goes for Whisper in the Wind but The Kendrick crotches him! The Kendrick then hits a sick neckbreaker with Hardy still on the top rope at 4:44!! Ouch!! The Kendrick is letting the clock tick down as we go to a commercial break!

We come back from the break at 7:34 to see Hardy being put in a neck vice! During the break The Kendrick kicked Hardy right in his bandaged up neck! We get to the 8:00 mark and Hardy is starting to gain momentum. Hardy gets up and starts punching but The Kendrick gets a knee in the midsection and attempts a suplex but Hardy reverses it into an inside cradle for a two count! The Kendrick now pulls Hardy face first into the second turnbuckle. The Kendrick lays Hardy’s head across the bottom rope and starts illegally choking him, which he breaks at the four count! The Kendrick now taunts a little bit as Hardy appears loopy, selling the attack from Sunday. The Kendrick puts his foot on Hardy’s throat for a few seconds before getting him in a rear chin lock at the 8:50 mark.

We get to 9:00 and there’s no sign of a Hardy comeback yet. At 9:15 The Kendrick transforms it into a Cobra Clutch! Maggots! We’re at 9:30 and Hardy gets The Kendrick on his back and backs him hard into the corner a few times, breaking the hold! The Kendrick now charges and Jeff Hardy flapjacks him throat first onto the top rope! Unfortunately Hardy is too weak to go for the cover and we’re at the 10:00 mark! Hardy ducks a clothesline at 10:18 and gets The Kendrick on the top rope and puts him in the Tree of Woe position before hitting his slingshot dropkick!! Hardy covers at 10:39 for a two and a half count!!

We’re at the 11:00 mark and Jeff Hardy hits his sitout falcon’s arrow for a two and a half count!! Hardy taunts to the crowd to let him know he’s ok and goes for a Twist of Fate but The Kendrick pushes him off! Hardy punches him and hits Whisper in the Wind at 11:35!! Hardy covers and The Kendrick gets his foot on the ropes at the two count!!

Ezekiel Jackson now goes to pull The Kendrick out of the ring but Hardy hits a baseball slide on him, knocking him away!! Hardy hits an alley-oop bomb on The Kendrick at the 12:00 mark and goes for the top rope!! Hardy hits the Swanton Bomb and covers The Kendrick for the win at 12:13!!

Later that night, Matt Hardy put everything on the line for the sake of his brother, battling tenaciously with the mighty Moscow Mauler, Vladimir Kozlov, while keeping one eye on the clock. The Extreme champion’s endurance paid off, as time expired without a winner, thereby sealing the door shut on Kozlov’s opportunity to be part of the Armageddon main event.

After a grueling match, Triple H hit the Gold Standard with a Pedigree. However, WWE Official Mike Chioda had been knocked out, and struggled through glazed eyes to finally deliver the three-count. However, after raising The Game’s hand in triumph, indicating that he had beaten the clock, a second WWE Official, Charles Robinson ran down to dispute the outcome. The two officials came to the consensus that Triple H and Jeff Hardy had earned their win in exactly the same amount of time, 12:13, leading with the decision of a Triple Threat Match between Edge, Triple H and Jeff Hardy for the WWE Championship on Armageddon.

Backstage Reaction To WWE's Jeff Hardy Survivor Series Storyline

There were a lot of rolled eyes backstage in WWE on Sunday as employees began to find out the truth about the WWE.com Jeff Hardy stunt.

Many WWE workers and management initially had no idea what was going on (they were not told ahead of time) and had to make worried phone calls to check on Hardy, only to find out it was a storyline. Even some of Jeff’s closest friends inside and outside of wrestling initially thought the worst. Hardy himself didn’t know how serious the article would be written on the website and probably assumed they’d throw something in there to give away that it was a storyline.

The fact that they played off Hardy’s real life “demons” to create an exploitative storyline that not only seemed real but had the possibility of being real going by Hardy’s admitted problems makes it a cruel and shameful act.

At the start of the Survivor Series PPV, Jim Ross and Tazz bring up the worked Jeff Hardy situation where he was found unconscious in his hotel in Boston. They said they are "investigating" the situation. And later before the WWE Championship Triple Threat match is about to start, JR informs us that Jeff Hardy will not be competing tonight.

WWE Championship Match
Triple H (c) vs. Vladimir Kozlov

They did ring introductions for the challenger Vladimir Kozlov and the champion Triple H.

The bell rings and here we go. Kozlov attempts a takedown and Triple H dodges it. Lock up, Kozlov with a takedown, Triple H gets to his knees and back to his feet. Triple H with a side headlock takeover on Kozlov. Kozlov tries to send Triple H into the ropes, but Triple H keeps the headlock locked on. Kozlov flips back breaking the headlock. Lock up and Triple H with a takedown on Kozlov. Lock up and Kozlov takes down Triple H into a wristlock. Crowd starts a loud "WE WANT HARDY" chant. Triple H counters into a wristlock of his own into a modified abdominal stretch. Kozlov with a fireman's carry into a wristlock. Triple H counters out of that and works on Kozlov's wrist. Kozlov misses a charge in the corner and Triple H goes to work on Kozlov's left arm. Kozlov with shoulder charges to Triple H in the corner. Kozlov follows that up with a few forearms as well. Triple H catches Kozlov with a flying knee. Clothesline by Triple H on Kozlov in the corner.

Another clothesline by Triple H on Kozlov. Triple H with a knee to the face and DDT combo on Kozlov. Triple H with a few rights to Kozlov. Some "TNA" chants even start to break out as Triple H lands a few more rights. Triple H then catches Kozlov with a big spinebuster as Kozlov charged from the corner. Triple H attempts a Pedigree, Kozlov pushes him away and catches Triple H with his headbutt to the sternum. Both Triple H and Kozlov fall back after this takes place in the middle of the ring. Both men are back to their feet. Kozlov sends Triple H with force into the corner causing Triple H to fly over to the outside. Kozlov follows Triple H out and hits a shoulder charge into the padded guard railing. Kozlov throws Triple H against the ring and hits some more shoulder charges. Kozlov sends Triple H back inside. Kozlov catches Triple H and hits a big fallaway slam as Triple H came off the ropes. Cover by Kozlov, but Triple H kicks out after two.

Kozlov with shoulder charges on Triple H in the corner. Kozlov locks the arms of Triple H and hits another headbutt to the sternum. Kozlov with a powerslam on Triple H from the corner, cover and Triple H kicks out after two. Kozlov applies a modified bearhug on Triple H on the mat. Triple H begins to stand up. Kozlov hits a shot to the lower back and drops Triple H with a backbreaker. Cover and Triple H again kicks out. Kozlov with another backbreaker, cover and Triple H still kicks out. Kozlov then again applies pressure on Triple H's body. Fans in Boston are not liking this match at all. Triple H with right hands to Kozlov to break it up, hits the ropes, but Kozlov catches Triple H with a big powerslam that results in a close two count. Kozlov again applies more pressure to Triple H's body. Kozlov with a belly-to-belly suplex on Triple H. Kozlov misses a right on Triple H hitting his head on the top turnbuckle. Triple H with a kick to the gut and Pedigree.

Vickie Guerrero then walks out with a mic and said this match will after all be a triple threat match. Vickie says, "He's here. He's here. Here he is!" Edge's music hits and he walks down the ramp.

Edge hits the ring and stands in the corner. Edge takes out Triple H with a big Spear. Edge goes to cover Triple H when Jeff Hardy runs down and takes out Edge. Jeff Hardy grabs a steel chair, tries to hit Edge with it, but cracks Triple H with it instead when Edge moves. Hardy takes out Kozlov with the steel chair. Edge then takes out Hardy with a Spear. Edge crawls over, covers Triple H and gets the pinfall.

Winner & NEW WWE Champion: Edge

After the match, Edge bails from the ring with the WWE Championship over his shoulder. He walks up the ramp and celebrates with Vickie Guerrero. We then see highlights of the match leading to the finish. Back live, Edge has his arm around Vickie while holding up the WWE Championship. Edge kisses the title and smiles as referees attend to Triple H, Jeff Hardy and Vladimir Kozlov.

WWE.com posted the following early Sunday morning:

"BOSTON – Jeff Hardy was found unconscious in a stairwell at his hotel in Boston today, and was rushed to the nearest emergency room.

Due to privacy issues, WWE is not releasing the name of the hospital.

WWE.com will have more information if it becomes available.

update:
WWE Senior Vice President of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis has been in contact with Jeff, who has been released from the hospital. Laurinaitis is investigating the incident. It is questionable as to whether or not Jeff Hardy will perform tonight."

Multiple reporters have contacted sources and it appears to be a work to perhaps hype up tonight's WWE Survivor Series PPV. Several sources have confirmed this as a storyline and that Hardy will be selling the injuries during tonight's Survivor Series PPV when he takes part in a triple threat with Triple H and Vladimir Kozlov for the WWE Title.

The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online reports that there is some speculation this storyline could lead to a feud between Edge and Jeff Hardy with Edge acting as the culprit. While nothing is confirmed at this point, there was talk of Edge vs. Hardy at the Royal Rumble PPV and Edge did fly from Tampa to Boston last night for the PPV.

Jeff Hardy defeats Triple H to qualify for Survivor Series 2008 Triple Threat Match



Jeff Hardy vs. Triple H

This is a non-title match. If Jeff Hardy wins then the WWE Championship match at Survivor Series will become a Triple Threat Match involving him!

The bell rings and they just stand at opposite corners of the ring. Jeff Hardy gets the fans into it a little bit before offering his hand for Triple H to shake. Triple H goes for it and Hardy pulls him into a kick in the midsection and punches him into the corner!! Referee Scott Armstrong backs him away and Hardy returns with some kicks. Hardy goes for an Irish whip but Triple H whips him instead. Hardy goes to catapult over Triple H however he’s caught but Hardy uses this to his advantage and hits a head scissors takedown on the WWE Champion! Hardy clotheslines Triple H in the corner and hits some more punches until Armstrong backs him away again!

Triple H rolls outside to take a breather. Jeff Hardy won’t allow this as he gets on the apron and hits a diving clothesline!! Hardy gets him back in the ring, hits a double leg takedown and hits the double leg drop to the groin/abdomen!! Hardy hits a basement dropkick for a two count!! Hardy goes into the ropes and clotheslines Triple H down! He does it again for the same result! Triple H crawls wildly over to the corner and Hardy stays on him with punches! The referee backs him away again. Hardy goes for his slingshot dropkick but Triple H rolls out of the way and Hardy crashes to the mat hard!

Triple H goes for a Pedigree but Hardy sweeps the legs and hits a catapult into the turnbuckle! Hardy follows this up with a Russian Leg Sweep and goes to the top rope for a Swanton Bomb! Triple H rolls across the ring so Jeff Hardy gets off the top rope. Jeff Hardy charges for Triple H, ducks a clothesline and goes for a diving clothesline but Triple H ducks and Jeff crashes to the mat and the momentum takes him out of the ring!

We come back form the break to see Triple H kicking Hardy’s head and dropping knees on it! During the break Triple H bounced Hardy’s head off the steel ring post and has been concentrating on the head ever since! Triple H picks Jeff Hardy up and hits a huge punch to the face, sending him back into the turnbuckle. Triple H then hits a really hard Irish whip into the corner and Hardy collapses to the mat! Triple H picks him up and does it again but this time he covers and gets a two and a half count! Triple H picks Hardy up and hits a nice backbreaker for a two count! Triple H picks Hardy up again but Hardy comes back with some punches and goes into the ropes only to get taken down by a HUGE clothesline from Triple H! Triple H covers for a two and a half count!

Triple H now picks Hardy up and locks him in an abdominal stretch. Hardy stays in it for a bit before punching out, going into the ropes and getting trapped in it again! Triple H really wrenches it in this time! Hardy punches out of it again and Irish whips Triple H who comes off the ropes and hits a face buster on him! Triple H covers for a very CLOSE two and a half count!!

Triple H picks Hardy up and Hardy reverses the momentum with his signature sitout jawbreaker! Both men are down now and the referee isn’t counting for some reason... They get up and Hardy goes into the ropes and gets absolutely KILLED with a Double A Spinebuster!! Triple H is now sizing Hardy up and goes for a Pedigree but Hardy hits a back body drop!! Hardy picks himself up and scales the ropes and comes off with Whisper in the Wind!! Hardy crawls to the other corner and hits another Whisper in the Wind!! Hardy covers for a two and a half count!! Hardy now comes back with a whole bunch of right hands!! Hardy whips Triple H but he gets reversed but Hardy comes off the ropes with his swinging neckbreaker!! Hardy covers for a CLOSE two and a half count!! Hardy goes for a kick but it’s blocked so he hits his patented mule kick, sending Triple H into the corner in the seated position allowing Hardy to hit his slingshot dropkick!! Hardy covers and again gets a CLOSE two and a half count!! Hardy whips Triple H into the corner and he flips over the top rope!!

Triple H is on the outside crawling around when Hardy comes out, punches him and bounces his head off the table!! Triple H gets back in the ring and Hardy slingshots himself over the top rope and hits a leg drop!! Hardy covers for a two and a half count!! Hardy signals for a Twist of Fate but Triple H punches him into the ropes but Hardy ducks the clothesline and hits his sitout Falcon’s Arrow! Hardy goes up to the top rope and comes off with the Swanton Bomb but Triple H rolls out of the way!! Both men are down and hurting!

The crowd is booing now as Vladimir Kozlov is making his way down to the ring! Kozlov gets on the apron and Triple H punches him off!! Hardy follows up with a senton over the top rope on Kozlov!! Triple H pulls Hardy up to the apron, goes to suplex him into the ring but Hardy drops down and rolls him up for the HUGE win!!!

The WWE Championship Match at Survivor Series is now a Triple Threat Match involving Jeff Hardy!! Triple H is a little stunned at what just happened but he shakes Hardy’s hand. They both turn around into a big double clothesline from Vladimir Kozlov! Kozlov now has Triple H in the corner and is killing him with elbows! Hardy tries to fight Kozlov but he gets caught with a big fallaway slam! Triple H then comes into a huge Battering Ram Head-Butt!! Kozlov then throws Triple H into the ropes and hits a powerslam with ease!! Kozlov looks intense as he poses for the crowd!!

As reported by wrestlingtruth.com Hollywood actor Freddie Prinze, Jr. had signed with the WWE to be on the creative team. He is a lifelong fan and has wanted to be involved for years. But never really had the chance until now.

He actually was one of the main guys behind Jeff Hardy’s new attitude, which is perhaps the greatest thing to happen to Hardy in years and could be a sign of more good things to come.

Wrestlers have nothing but good things to say about Prinze Jr, saying he is very accessible and receptive to ideas and input, which a lot of other creative team members are not.

Its said to be a strange situation where the other writers “suck up” to him because of he’s famous, but he doesn’t abuse this, instead using his power to actually do good by the wrestlers.

Prinze currently works on the Smackdown brand alongside Michael Hayes.

This is showing fans that he is a great writer and can bring more to the table than just a being a consultant. Which is something I was worried he would do. I was hoping the would get out there with a good storyline, and he did.

Although it happened very fast for me. Some writers don't get main event type stuff until years into the company, but Prinze Jr. has exceeded that. That is something he can hang his hat on.

A video recaps us on what transpired last week with Jeff Hardy asking Vickie Guerrero for another shot at the WWE Championship because he was so close and he knows he can beat Triple H. Vickie says she doesn’t think he has what it takes and he isn’t that extreme anymore! This leads to Hardy getting him and Triple H disqualified against Miz and Morrison because he assaults them with chairs. Vickie says this is good but not good enough so Hardy comes out and hits Kozlov with a chair, giving him the number one contendership, and he subsequently hits the Undertaker! Jeff Hardy then tells Vickie to put him in an Extreme Rules Match against the Undertaker!!

No pyrotechnics tonight as we enter the arena in Manchester, England with the lights all blue with monk music playing and in the center of the ring is a casket! The Undertaker speaks but we don’t see him.

Undertaker says, “Some men are born into the darkness in all it’s purity – they are the world’s punishers. Others foolishly seek out darkness, sick with malicious ambition. Big Show, I am the punisher born of darkness and you have foolishly found me. This is how your story ends. Here in this cold dark emptiness. You will hear no sound. No sound but your own muffled screams. You will feel your pulse quicken. You will have no sight for that is what darkness takes from those unworthy and in that abyss I will punish you for all of your sins. That is your fate – sealed by your own hands. Death forgives no man. And when that casket is buried with you six feet under, I’ll drag your soul down – down to the depths of Hell!” At this point the casket lid opens and Undertaker sits up! He cut the whole promo in the casket!

All of a sudden we hear someone mocking Undertaker by saying that was very scary but he should be concerned about tonight! We see on the titantron someone with their head down. Undertaker should be concerned with him – Jeff Hardy! Hardy now lifts his head and he’s covered in pretty weird looking face paint accented by a black light. I recommend looking at the pictures on WWE.com.

Hardy questions if he should be sorry for interrupting him. He asks if he should be sorry for being himself, for being human. Hardy says he’s tired of being sorry. He says Taker may see the world in light and darkness, black and white. It’s not that simple for he lives in a world of gray. That’s what allows him to do things others can’t do. It’s what allows him to fall and get back up! He’s lived his whole life off pure emotion and tonight that emotion, rage, recklessness and insanity will beat him! He has nothing to lose because tonight is extreme! This was really good.

Undertaker coldly looks at him and says “So it will be, Jeff Hardy. Tonight you will REST… IN… PEACE!” The thunder hits and Undertaker rolls his eyes back.

Triple H and Kozlov signing

Vickie Guerrero begins her introduction of Vladimir Kozlov and the crowd boos loudly. He is one of the most dangerous men in WWE; he is the undefeated Moscow Mauler – Vladimir Kozlov! Kozlov ditched his granny panties and comes out wearing jeans, a shirt and a sports coat. He actually looks human.

Vickie now introduces the twelve time champion, Cerebral Assassin, King of Kings, The Game – Triple H! Triple H comes out in jeans, his Triple H shirt and his trusty leather jacket that every manly man should wear. He is also wearing glasses because it’s bright in the building.

Triple H starts off by saying that being in the ring right now is special to him. It’s like the United Nations – a representative from Russia (Kozlov), a representative from Mexico (Chavo) and a representative from Fat-labia! Vickie is not pleased. Triple H laughs, apologizes and corrects his error – she’s from Bulge-garia!

Vickie yells to get back to business and excuses herself again! Triple H then says he’s just kidding and says she’s from Chunky-slavakia. Ok… Triple H says we can now get to business.

Vickie asks both men to take a seat. Neither moves for a moment and then Triple H sits down. Kozlov eventually follows. Vickie explains the contract for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Since Kozlov is the challenger he can sign first. Kozlov signs and the match is official on his part. Kozlov begins speaking but I seriously can’t understand what he said.

Triple H asks if anyone picked that up which elicits laughs. Triple H mentions that there are 15,000 people in the arena and no one knows what he just said! Kozlov tells him to shut up and listen carefully! Triple H says that he listens to him. He can sit there with that angry look on his face and the Soviet Union eyes but he knows the real story. This isn’t his first bar-b-q. He’s been on a worldwide stage before, he’s main evented a Pay Per View with the WWE Championship on the line but Kozlov never has. Triple H begins talking about butterflies but stops and moves away from the table.

Behind Kozlov we see Jeff Hardy climb to the top rope! Kozlov turns and Jeff Hardy flies off and clotheslines Kozlov through the table!! Hardy then takes the contract, rips it up and throws it in Triple H’s face!! He then leaves the ring with his crazy face paint from before still on!!

JR questions if this is a sign of things to come when Jeff Hardy takes on the Undertaker tonight in an Extreme Rules match!

Jeff Hardy vs. Undertaker

The bell rings and this match is on! Undertaker quickly tries to corner Jeff Hardy but Hardy is way too quick for that. Hardy goes into the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits Undertaker with a flying forearm, which staggers the Dead Man!! Hardy goes into the ropes and does the same thing!! Hardy goes a third time but this time the veteran Undertaker takes his head off with a big boot!! Undertaker hits the ropes and goes for an elbow drop but Hardy moves out of the way!

Undertaker is against the ropes and Hardy clotheslines him over the top rope and Undertaker lands on his feet!! Hardy then hits a slingshot dropkick, knocking Taker down on the outside, and goes to the outside himself! Hardy gets on the barricade, runs around on it and then comes off with a big clothesline on the Undertaker!! Hardy gets on the barricade again, runs and jumps but is caught by the Undertaker, who slams him into the ring steps!!

Coming back from the break we see Undertaker bounce Hardy’s head off the top turnbuckle before hitting some big body shots on the Extreme Enigma!

During the break we saw Undertaker have Jeff Hardy in a bear hug and slam him into the steel ring post back first! How do you train for that??

Undertaker throws Jeff Hardy out of the ring through the first and second rope and follows. Undertaker whips him hard into the barricade and Hardy lands on his head and shoulders!! Undertaker kicks him in the face while walking by. Undertaker now picks Hardy up and bounces his head off the announcer’s table! Undertaker now positions Hardy on the apron and a few right hands! Undertaker takes a steel chair and puts it on top of Hardy! Undertaker then gets on the apron and hits his trademark leg drop onto the chair on Hardy!!!

Undertaker picks Hardy up and bounces his head off the steel steps. Undertaker walks away and Hardy emerges with a Kendo stick! Undertaker turns and gets a HUGE shot to the head!! Hardy hits him twice in the body and stops while the Undertaker staggers in pain!! Hardy then hits him with the tip of the stick and hits him across the back before throwing the Dead Man in the ring!! Hardy follows and hits him with another shot across the back!! Hardy approaches again and Undertaker retaliates with a big boot, knocking Hardy down!! Undertaker now grabs the stick and waits for Hardy to get up. When he does Undertaker slams it against his back and Hardy falls through the ropes to the outside!

Taker picks Hardy up and head-butts him twice! Undertaker punches Hardy and leaves him standing against the barricade. Undertaker now charges but Hardy moves out of the way and Undertaker crotches himself on the barricade!!

Undertaker slowly gets up and Hardy counters with some incredibly fast punches and kicks, stunning the Dead Man!! Hardy is really taking it to him!! However, once he stops it only takes one punch from Taker to knock him down!! Undertaker gets Hardy on his shoulders and goes for Snake Eyes on the steel steps but Hardy slides off, ducks a clothesline and bounces Undertaker’s head off the steel steps, staggering the Undertaker to the barricade!! Hardy now positions the steps and runs, jumps off the steel steps and hits Poetry in Motion on Undertaker but his upper body misses so the force dumps him on his head on the concrete floor!!!! WOW!!!!

Somehow Jeff Hardy finds a way to climb back over the barricade. Hardy hits Undertaker with a kick and a punch. Undertaker hits a head-butt and throws Hardy in the ring. Undertaker covers for the first time this match and gets a two and a half count!! Undertaker now gets on the top rope and starts walking looking for some Old School but Hardy pulls the leg and crotches Undertaker on the top rope!!!

Jeff Hardy now goes to the outside and under the ring! He emerges on the other side with a ladder!!! Hardy enters the ring with it and Undertaker kicks it in his face!!! Undertaker now picks it up and throws it at Hardy, crushing him!!! Undertaker is now setting the ladder up in the ring. Undertaker whips Hardy into the corner and Hardy hits Whisper in the Wind on Undertaker!!!

Big Show now runs down and throws Hardy out of the ring!! He then delivers a Showstopper to Undertaker!! Big Show is looking to knock Undertaker out but Jeff Hardy flies off to intercept him but Big Show easily catches him!! Hardy struggles with Big Show until Undertaker comes with the chair and cracks him in the back with it!! Big Show falls out of the ring!!

Undertaker drops the chair and looks at Big Show. Jeff Hardy grabs the chair and annihilates Undertaker when he turns around!! Hardy now positions the ladder and goes to the top rope. Hardy leap frogs the ladder and hits a leg drop on the Undertaker and PINS HIM FOR THE WIN!!!!!

Matt & Jeff Hardy v. MVP and “The” Brian Kendrick

MVP and Jeff started things out. Hardy grabbed a go behind and eventually flat backed MVP and hit his double leg drop. Hardy gathered MVP and tagged in his brother and together they hit a tandem elbow drop.

Matt whipped MVP and Jeff hurled himself into him off a leapfrog for a two count. Hardy went for a high risk move and crashed and burned only for Kendrick to tag in and hit some stomps for a two count. After some boots to the back, Kendrick mounted Hardy and pounded away on his face. He lined up a drop kick to his face and connected for a two count. Kendrick tossed Hardy to the mat before going for the Sliced Bread #2. Hardy flipped out and hit an inverted suplex on Kendrick, allowing himself the time to tag in Matt.

Matt came in and hit his bulldog-clothesline combo before a side suplex for a two count. Hardy went for a twist of fate but MVP pushed him off and both nailed each other with clotheslines. Kendrick got the tag but he official didn't see it. While Kendrick was going crazy on the referee, Matt hit a suplex followed by a swanton bomb from Matt & Jeff that allowed them to get the win.

Kane, Mark Henry & MVP vs. Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy & Rey Mysterio

While MVP was coming out Gregory Helms popped up in the corner in the “Hurrapop” and said MVP should try something new – like winning! He’s just saying!

The bell rings and Matt Hardy is up first against Mark Henry! Henry goes to lock up but Hardy ducks and starts in with some rights and lefts! Hardy ducks a punch from Henry and keeps going with the punching! Matt Hardy then goes into the ropes and gets caught by Mark Henry, who promptly body slams him! Henry goes into the ropes and goes for an elbow drop but Hardy moved out of the way!

Matt twists Henry’s arm and tags in his brother Jeff who attacks that arm and twists and punches it a few more times before tagging Matt back in. Matt goes to the top rope but Henry powers Jeff off him. Matt goes for a crossbody but is caught in mid air! Jeff Hardy then makes the big save by chopping Henry’s knee, allowing Matt Hardy to fall on top of him for a one count before he’s powered off! Matt hits some rights before going into the ropes and getting clobbered by a HUGE clothesline from Mark Henry!

Henry tags in MVP who buries a knee deep in Hardy’s midsection. MVP then digs his knee into Matt Hardy’s midsection three more times before body slamming him. JR goes over how MVP just needs one more win to cash in that incentives bonus. MVP goes to drop a knee but Matt gets out of the way!

Matt makes the tag to Mysterio and the crowd goes crazy! Mysterio comes in and starts kicking the back of MVP’s injured knee before going into the ropes, ducking a clothesline and hitting a really nice swinging hurricanrana! Mysterio then goes back into the ropes and hits a low dropkick to the face and covers MVP for a two count!

Mysterio twists MVP’s arm and tags in Matt Hardy. Mysterio now has MVP in a headlock and Matt Hardy clubs MVP’s back. Matt has MVP in a front face lock and tags in his brother Jeff Hardy! Mysterio makes the tag on Jeff Hardy as Jeff and Matt lift MVP up for a double suplex! They hold him up as Mysterio goes up to the top rope and comes off for a combination double suplex and crossbody!! Mysterio then knocks Kane off the apron as the Hardys knock Henry off the apron!! Mysterio then covers MVP for a CLOSE two and a half count!!

Mysterio kicks MVP in the chest and goes to whip him into the corner but gets whipped instead. MVP charges and Mysterio gets a boot in his face, knocking him down! Mysterio now quickly goes up to the top rope but is caught by MVP, who gets him in position for the Electric Chair Drop but Mysterio punches him a few times and counters with a hurricanrana! MVP is now in position for the 619!! Mysterio goes into the ropes but is pulled out forcefully by Kane!! Now it’s time for a commercial.

We come back from the break to see MVP body slamming Mysterio and dropping a forearm across the chest before covering for a two count! MVP body slams Mysterio again and tags in Kane, who goes into the ropes and hits Mysterio with a running kick to the face! Kane now impressively military presses Mysterio and drops him flat! Kane then covers for a two count! Kane whips Mysterio into the corner and tags in Mark Henry.

Kane continues clubbing Mysterio as Henry enters. Henry then drags Mysterio to the ropes like a rag doll and stands on his chest! If this was taped on Halloween that would completely ruin the holiday. Henry then easily lifts Mysterio up with one arm and then clubs him across the chest down! Henry screams in his face before dropping down to deliver more forearms to the chest. Henry covers again for a two count! Henry now tags in MVP.

MVP comes in with some kicks to the ribs. MVP then gets a gut wrench on Mysterio as JR compares him to Terrell Owens. Mysterio eventually gets to his feet and begins elbowing out which sends the crowd into frenzy but they’re disappointed when MVP delivers a back suplex! This exchange gets MVP a two and a half count.

MVP holds Mysterio wide open as Kane tags in and kicks Mysterio in the chest. Kane gets Mysterio in the corner and hits a running shoulder block. Kane hits a swift kick and a nice right hand as well. Kane sends Mysterio into the opposite corner and charges but Mysterio gets both feet up in his face! Mysterio charges and Kane goes for a tilt-a-whirl slam but Mysterio counters with a nice reverse DDT! Both men are down and crawling towards their corners! Kane tags MVP and Mysterio tags Jeff Hardy!!

Hardy comes in with a huge clothesline on MVP, followed by another clothesline and then another!! MVP catches a kick but Hardy counters this with his flipping mule kick, sending MVP into the corner! Henry tries to come into the ring but Hardy dropkicks him off the apron!! MVP now charges and misses a clothesline, allowing Hardy to hit Whisper in the Wind!! Hardy covers and Kane breaks it up at two!!

Matt Hardy runs in and Kane catches him by the throat! Mysterio saves the day with a kick to the leg and Matt Hardy clotheslines Kane over the top rope! Mysterio follows this up with a top rope crossbody vault to the outside on Kane!! Matt Hardy now drop toe holds Mark Henry face first into the corner and The Hardys hit Poetry in Motion!! Jeff Hardy catches MVP charging and goes for Twist of Fate but is pushed off so Matt Hardy comes in and hits the Twist of Fate!! Jeff Hardy now goes to the top rope and hits the Swanton Bomb for the win!!
