Ok, so I'm trying to restore an Ghost Image file to extract some files. I thought that it would be possible (using Norton Ghost 14) to read those .gho files, but NOOO what was I thinking...
So, ok, I read somewhere that vmware converter could read those .gho files and convert them to vm's straight away. Think again on that one too...
So, just boot a new empty vm, put bootcd in it and restore the bloody thing. But nooo, after booting the cd, it complained to not be able to access the cd again, aargh.
The solution, finally is when Bootcd asks to load the cd drivers, just select atapi and press 'no' to all the rest.
