    So, I write all my programs under windows dev tools and needed access to my development VMs.

    As I grow to like kubuntu, I'm trying to keep it as my main OS, so I wanted to take over the desktops using tsclient.

    Note: I am very new to this.  I write my findings here, so I don't have to spend hours trying to find the stuff I already found before.

    Using the GUI adept installer thing, I didn't find an entry for tsclient, so I tried the following from a console:

    sudo apt-get install tsclient

    But that couldn't find it either, so after a little googling I found that maybe I had to refresh the sources list:

    sudo apt-get update

    Then, I tried the
    sudo apt-get install tsclient
    again, and it worked...

    Beginning to like it more and more...
