For swimming you can't call it outdoor, but in a swimmingpool. I did today 30 laps from 25m. That makes that I did 750m. In a triatlon we have to do 1500m. That makes 60 laps in a swimmingpool. So today I did the half off it. And my time was 30min. So for the total I would need between 50min and 1 hour. For my first time trying this out, I would say that it's a good time. It will get better once I do it more. I loved to be in a swimmingpool. I really enjoyed my time there and I'm looking forward to the next time in the pool.
When I got home I took my bike and I went for a trip off 40km. But the computer that counts the km wasn't working. So I didn't know how far I went. Back home I calculated that I did 30km in 2 hours and 20min. It can be more km because I did here and there some backroads. So that time has to be better once I'm getting better. But I also did some stops to take some photo's and for buying something to drink. At crossroads I also had to stop for the cars. And there was one place where I didn't find the way to where I wanted to go. So I drove around there looking for the place and afther some minutes and asking somebody I found it. But I mind that I live in the wrong place for doing this. Probably good for everybody else who's biking around, but not for me. I don't like hills so much. It's hard to write up too. And there are a lot off hills here.
Normally I wanted to go running too today. Because triatlon is also running 10km. But it was already 5 o'clock and I found that I had a good workout already today. That's for another time.
So what I found out in my training today is that I need a lot of time to do everything. So I would say: keep on training!
So with good intentions I went today to the Library. To find some books about trainings for Triatlon. But when I got there, it was closed. Lucky I didn't drive, only some walk time for nothing but I don't care. Now I did some sport today too . So I think I have to go tommorrow again. So I'll be updating this blog tommorrow.
So second day to the library. And today it was open. So I found my way to the sportsection and found the books that I needed. Now I have some reading to do. It's mostly about triatlon. I also rented out some books that are only going about I sport of the triatlon. I hope I'm gonna find in there everything that I need.
So whenever I get the time to read in one of the books, I'm gonna do that and learn something about triatlon, swimming, cycling or running.
Today I did my first fitness training. Trying to find out how much time I would need to do 3 sports. My calculations were that I would need 1 hour and a half to ride 40km, 30min to swim 1,5km and 1 hour and a half for 10km of running. And that's just in the fitness. So that's more then 3 hours to do the 3 sports. And that's really too much time. I need to take of that time at least 1 hour and a half. And this is only just the fitness test. Don't know how it's gonna be when I'm on the road and in the swimmingpool. That I'm gonna know on saturday when I do my first on the road test. But for now I know that I need to take a lot of time off that time.
