Together with friends I went to Slovenia at the end of April.  Our destination was Dreznica and it is situated near Kobarid.

Along with an Austrian paraglidingschool (Airsport.at) and a mix of German and Austrian pilots, we stayed at the Jelkin Hram guesthouse.  Our guide was Daniel Loritz, he is designer, constructor and testpilot from Team5. 

Daniel made us discover the starting places of Kobariski Stol and Matajur near Kobarid, Kobala near Tolmin and Lijak near Nova Gorica.  We found plenty of spacy landing fields and wonderful opportunities for XC-flyers in this beautiful country.

For those who wish not to fly there are multiple activities like kayak, rafting, hydrospeed, mountainbiking, mountain excursions or speleology.  I won't tell more about this wonderful European region, I'll just let you discover the Slovenian beauty with some pictures.
