    My mother is a staunch fatalist.

    Her favorite saying has always been: "If it's meant to be it will be"

That we do have choices it's not all up to fate. We can control our circumstances and more importantly, we have a choice on what we want our lives to be like.
    Buddha's teachings state that our present circumstances are a direct result of our past thoughts and that if we want to change our future we need to change the way we think and project only positive vibrations out into the world.

    Then every night, just as I'm going to sleep I recap on my day and my life. I thank the universe for everything good that happened to me that day. I remind myself of how blessed I am and what a gifted life I live.

    The choice is yours.

    This month has kind of felt like I've been walking through sludge! I've been experiencing some growing pains and bumping up against some really deep inner barriers.     Make a list of the areas of your life that don't feel good. Even if it feels just a little bit "off" write it down.
    Starting with that which feels the MOST "off" write down what exactly doesn't feel right about that experience. Be very clear about how the experience feels for you. Put yourself in the middle of the experience, activate the emotions of BEING there and write it all down. (Don't worry if you get emotional - that's good! Because that will help you be even more clear with the next step!)
    Now look at step #2. Begin writing about the exact opposite experience. Again, get as detailed as you can. Activate the exact opposite emotions and really feeeeeel what it's like to have that experience. This should conjure up very positive emotions that raise your vibration and align you with Universal energy.
    Be on the look out for inspired actions. Because you are aligning with Universal energy, you may begin to see solutions to help you move closer to that which you now know you desire. Write them down and TAKE ACTION.
    Once you have completed steps 1-4 begin again with the other areas of your life that are not in alignment.

    I know it can be challenging to be grateful for 1D0-510 the things in our life that don't feel good. Yet once you see how they are really hidden gems positioned to guide us closer to our purpose, you can leverage these unwanted experiences to help you become more of who you are meant to be.

I was working so hard, I was getting so tired and I was not generating any significant cash. Yet, according to the experts, I was doing everything right: social media, newsletter, public speaking, networking, blog, SEO, etc. Of course, my thought was: I should work harder (does that sound familiar?) Gosh! Now I know: 'More' is never a solution to 'too much'.

When I felt that the difference between life and death is defined in just one second, I couldn't continue lying to myself. I couldn't continue focusing on survival. I felt the urgency to start BEING, to start living NOW, to start building my legacy NOW. Live is finite. I could die any time. I knew that I needed to act immediately. Magic happened: as soon as I committed, before I took any action, perfect customers started to show up. Out of the blue my business got blessed with the presence of the people who I am meant to serve.
    Was it all magic? Of course not, I had to roll up my sleeves and take a lot of action: change the copy of my website and business card, lovingly fire my less than perfect customers, outsource, automate and surely keep investing in myself. And guess what... all that action was effortless and inspired - what a difference from the early action season.
    So, in a nutshell: Be unreasonable!
    Switch off your reasonable fear, your reasonable view of scarcity, your reasonable vision of competition, your reasonable business rules, your reasonable experience....

    Other than the word can't, the word "how" has probably sabotaged or even killed more goals and dreams than any other word in the English language.
