Today I want to tell you someting that happened 10 years ago.
My family and I were going on a trip in France.
Monday morning, on a very hot day we decided to go canoeing. After a couple of hours we were at the beginning of the kayak route. But first we had to cross over a bridge of 10 meters. My sister, Margot, was a little bit stupid and didn't took water shoes on.
So when we were at the bridge she had a little stone in her crocs, and she wanted to trow it in the water. That was very unsuccessful because she trew her croc in the water from a bridge of 10 meters. She was crying really hard, but there was nothing we could do.
After some time, we were together in a kayak and we found margot her croc at the river side.
Some people were very friendly to take her shoe and put it on the side. Margot was very happy
Today there
happened something really special. My boyfriend proposed me on a really special
way.
Normally my
boyfriend showered when I wake up but
this morning he was already gone for work. When I came in the kitchen Roger had
made a sandwich for me and there was also a rose with it. There hang a little
note on the rose. He had written: Look under your bed there is a little surprise.
So I went to the bedroom and under the bed there lay a pair of pretty shoes.
When I stepped
in the car there also lay a rose on the car seat with a little note. On this
card was written: look in the backseat of your care there is a little surprise.
So I looked in the backseat and there was a beautiful dress.
When I arrived
at my bureau there was laying again a rose with a note and on this note there
was written: Look one your chair there is a little surprise. On my chair
there was lying a menu of my favorite restaurant. And on the menu was written a
date.
So I went
to the restaurant with my new shoes and my new dress and I asked for my table. I
was led to my table and there was again laying a rose with a note: Look behind
you there is a big surprise. So I looked behind me and there was he sitting on
his knee with a little box in his hands and he asked if I wane marry him. Of course
said yes.
A week ago I read an article about
people that doing something for other people without a goal.
In this time we think so much on our
self without knowing it. And there is something big what is SO important in our
happiness. They say its that you become happy if you can make other people
happy, and I believe them. So the exactly thing they do is making
other people happy. An few examples. If you are in a pub, you can pay a coffee
or something else for an person that needs it. Then if a person that have not
much money can ask for it. Its like a present for a stranger. There are days
in the year that people knitting scarfs an binding them on trees. The people
that pass can take them. The article goes about the Netherlands. If you and I think
about it then we both know that is true. You will be happy. You can just hang a
note, take a coffee for someone, or say something nice. Just the little things
make the other happy and yourself. On Facebook
there is a site that links on the article. On that site people post picture of little
present that they make of their self or just buy. They lay it down on a place
(the market, the wood, in a bicycle basket,..) with a note what says it just a
present for make the people that found it happy. And then the people that found
it can post a picture of it on the site to stimulate other people. I find this
so beautiful, that people do this just for making other people happy for a

I remember
it like it was yesterday; I woke up with the sun shining through my curtains,
the sunbeams softly touched my eyelids and the birds were singing in the forest
nearby. I didnt really had a good night so this was a nice start of a new day.
I got up, went downstairs and just sat by the window, looking to a soft breeze
moving the newly grown leafs. Suddenly, my niece showed up. She had brought a
picnic basket, a blanket and some poetry books. I immediately knew what we were
up to because we had done it before; we were going to the open fields, at the
end of my street, to sit in the sun, listen to music, read poetry and have a
nice cup of tea with some fresh fruits. The weather was amazing and while
biking towards the picnic area we sang some Beatle songs and whistled along
with the birds. When we got there, we sat down and had an amazing afternoon. We
were supposed to get home for dinner, but we managed to convince our moms to
let us stay a bit longer. When we finally got home, the stars were shining
brightly and the moon had set the world in an icy glow. We had been at the
picnic area the whole evening. We had watched the sun set over the fields and
the world slowly falling asleep. It was amazingly quiet, which made it even
more special.
It honestly was the best day of my life, I had a really great time.
Hopefully,
you experience days like this too. It makes you feel really calm and peaceful,
which are feelings we mostly forget about, thinking they are not that
important. But I assure you; they are, they really are. And once you experience
them like this or in whichever way possible, you will miss those feelings every
time you dont feel them. So take a moment to let your thoughts flow and watch
the sun go under, it is worth your free time.
I would like to keep it serene. Some people want to make a world trip, but thats of course impossible. I would invite my closest friends an my family, the people who are important for me. We are all going to a lake in my hometown. We are going talk about my life, the good and the bad times. It may be sad, some people will cry. But we would also laugh about the stupid things I did, no doubt about that. I hope the weather is nice, a calm summer night. There will be also little snacks to eat and cherry wine to drink. I want it to be very cosy, I want everybody to be comfortable. I only want to invite my nearest friends, so some of my other friends would be a bit mad because I didn't invite them. But I think it would be better I there weren't a lot of people around. It's going to be more modest. After I die I don't want a sad funeral, I want people to remember me in a good way, they don't have to mourn all the time. I want them to move on. And I'm going to make it clear to them. When we are at the lake I also music thats playing. Some people would think that I would go to a big party when I have inly one day to live. But my last day doesn't have to be big or something.

Hey guys I
am Rik and I am going to talk about my most embarrassing moment of my life. When I was younger I did gymnastics
as my hobby and one day we were practicing for the big show of the year. We had to do a summersault it was the first I
had to do it and the mentor had to help me.
It was my turn to do it and I ran to the pommel horse I had to grab my
mentor by her hand but I slipped and accidentally grabbed her boob and while I
was revolving I twisted her boob I did not know that I had done that but when I
was walking back to the line I heard her say
He grab my tit! to my other mentor.
And this was my most embarrassing story.
I think that we can all agree that creativity is something amazing! Our brain can imagine pretty much everything you could think of.
Creativity is the reason why we have houses, cars, computers,...basically anything invented by humans!
But where do creative ideas come from, and how can you get more creative ideas?
To get creative, you have to get inspired first. You can do that by looking at similar kinds of creations by other people. For example: I you want to create a Country song, you'll have to listen to alot of different Country music, but don't restrict yourself to only that genre. By listening to other styles of music, even the genres you don't really enjoy, you'll get inspired by alot of different of kinds of music. You can get a more unique song by doing something new, by mixing different genres for example.
Everybody has at least a couple of things they want to achieve or do before they die.
So do I, and I would like to tell you about my crazy, and sometimes a little unrealistic life goals.
1: Save a life
Who doesn't want that? It doesn't even have to be very spectecular, or in the papers or something like that. Just the feeling that you did something good, it's an amazing feeling.
2: Climb the Moun Everest
I wan to go all the way to top. I mean, it's the highest point on earth, the view must be breathtaking.
3: Have my own, beautiful family
Maybe this one is a little cliché or cheesy, but this is my ultimate goal.
A sweet husband and a bucn of kids, I can't think of anything that could make me happier than that.
4: Perform at the 'Sportpaleis'
This one might never happen ofcourse, but I can always dream about it...
Just to stand in front of such a big audience who came there all the way to see you, or listen to you; I think that's an amazing expirience.
5: Skydive
I'm not even sure I'm brave enough for that, but it just HAS to be on my bucketlist.
6: Get a tattoo
Not an ugly one that I get on a drunk night out ofcourse. A little, meaningful tattoo; Thats what I want.
So these are a couple of things I want to do. Feel free to comment your ideas!
As human beings we all stress or get nervous about
any small thing, I think a lot of people can agree with that. But what if we
create a space where you can be totally relaxed? Think about it, if we stop
stressing about everything, we will be much happier.
I see that a lot of people get unhappy because they
have to do a lot of tasks and tests, or they have too much activities in a week
or they simply don't make enough time for themselves. What if we could minimize
the stress if we just take enough time for ourselves? Life isnt about school
or work, life is about friends and fun! You dont have to study all week, 2
hours a day is enough. Meet with some friends, go watch a movie or go and see a
musical. Do something fun after your hard work for school.
This way your life gets a lot easier and more fun!
The only thing it takes is some time for yourself.
When someone starts to eat and I hear it, that sound is making me crazy. I am so sensitive to the sound of eating people. During a performance it is extremely disturbing.
But also in the evening in the sofa. If someone takes food, I also have to take some food because then, the sound of them is not so intens like it was first. I hate it. I hate that the sound of eating people makes me so crazy.
Let me tell you something. People with curly hair hate it when you stroke their hair.
You just don't do it.
Maybe you think that we are blessed with this kind of hair. But you need to know that it's imossible to just wake up and let your hair be. If we would do that we would look like hobo's.
Think of it.. You've just tried to get your hair in a good shape for like 45 minutes and then someone who likes your curls brushes them with their fingers. Just because it's nice to touch them. No one want's to have frizzy hair. Maybe I should backbomd your hair. It would give the same result and then you would understand the struggle.
When I went to my first year of high school (five years ago) my arm was out of joint by a little accident in the vacation by falling with my roller skates. So my arm was in a red gypsum for 9 weeks. While my arm was still in the gypsum, I was walking on the playground with my friends. While we were walking, I realized I forgot my glasses in one of the classes in the second floor. I was like 'Ooh noo I need to get it!' When I was running on the stairs to go to the second floor, I my feed extended because of some sand that was laying in the ground. So I felt on the ground with my arm on one of the stairs and I was laying there like 'umm akward...' Because there were a few big people from the 6th class, walking off the stairs and they where lauching at me. It was such a embarrassing moment...
A half year ago I had this wonderful experience that I would love to share with you.
This is how it went:
The day before the congres of Biodanza started, I got a free ticket for it and I decided I would try it just to see if it was fun. I had never been on an adventure like that one. We went to the hotel and I heard that there were 1000 people from all over the world who were going to stay there too for the next four days. The feeling I got when I arrived there just gave me this amazing sense of peace and laughter. I felt alive and in the right place...
Today, a half year later, I am following the official school of Biodanza (recognised by the IBF= International Biocentric Foundation of Biodanza) to becoma a facilitator of Biodanza myself!
Another amazing thing was that I met the grandson of the founder of Biodanza on a rediculous way, without even knowing who he was I asked him to help me with getting food for the morning. Since then I am really sure that whatever Biodanza is, it is good for me. I like it, It feels good and it feels right.
I am very happy it came into my life!
Biodanza is dancing your feelings in a group where people accept you just the way you are. We actually love each other and that we can express in our dance and in our looks.
Hopefully you know what Biodanza is and maybe you are even attracted to do it too once, or twice, or more.
Right now you are in the school, sitted in a chair, you problally are 17 or 16 years old, you are here, studying, working, just to have a better future, even the first step that you give in the morning affects your future, but if you don't have a future? if you die today, would you be happy the way that you lived? or would you regret to don't do things that you wanted but you didn't because you were afraid about how people would think or how it would affect your future?
This topic i really like to discuss it, i think everybody should think about this because sometimes we forget that we don't have all the time of the world, we forget that we are mortals because we are focus about our future, about how our life will be if you do that and just forget the present. So don't waste your time worried, don't think to much, just live, life is beatifull if you look it in the right way you can be surprised, and if you smile to the world he will smile back.
Saturday 04/03/2017 I went to the concert of Jan Smit. The concert was in the Ethias Theater in Hasselt. It was amazing. The music started, the lights went out, and there he was! JAN SMIT!
It was a great evening. Suddenly Sven Nys came on stage and talked about the next concert of Jan Smit, at the Sportpaleis 2018.
Moments later, asked a little girl to Jan Smit if he wanted to sing for her 91 year old grandmother song lyrics 'Ik Zing Dit Lied Voor Jou Alleen'
Jan Smit jumped off the stage and went to the grandmother and sang the song. A day later it was all in the papers.
It was the best concert I've ever seen, and next year I'm going to the Sportpaleis for his performance called 'Jan & Alleman'.
What's the best movie you've ever seen? That's a question I can answer.
I have seen so many movies. I just can't say wich one is the best. That's also because there are more good movies, there isn't only one. (I have about 500 - 600 movies at home, so it's really difficult to choos a movie to watch.)
I can't tell wich movie is the best, but I can give you a list with my favorits.
1) 'The lord of the rings' and 'the Hobbit'
2) Harry Potter
3) Ted
4) Alice in Wonderland
5) Pirates of the carribean
I really like the movies of 'The lord of the rings' and 'the Hobbit'.
I also like 'Harry Potter', these movies are just wonderfull. Also 'Fantastic beast and where to find them' is very good.
Then there are movies like 'Ted', wich are very funny.
Also I like animation movies. something from disney or pixar.
'Pirates of the carribean' are also very good movies.
As you can see, I just love all kinds of movies. And I could make this list much longer.
I really coudn't choose one of this movies and there are much more to see.
Think of a day while you had taking the bus, the tram or some other public transports and you'r smiling at foreigners, but they don't smile back?
Or if you don't know the way and you ask just someone if they can help you and they ignoring you. If you are friendly and some people aren't friendly back. If you step on the bus and you say 'hello' to the bus driver and he doesn't answer or he just ignore you...
Do you know what my biggest frustation is?
People are not nice anymore. You have to know someone well to be friendly or to get a nice/ friendly answer.. I like it when people smile at me, because I can smile back. Sometimes I think we forget how much better life is when we laufh. This world is already a sad pleace, why would we make it more sad if we make it a happy place? It start by the little things, like this. I found we have to see life though rose-colored glasses. Talk to someone, sometimes it's really interesting what some people tell you. Get out your comfort zone and be nice, life is get much better.

Daar kan u zien welke functies reeds toegevoegd zijn, ze van volgorde wijzigen, aanpassen, ze verwijderen en nog een hele reeks andere mogelijkheden toevoegen.
Om berichten toe te voegen, doet u dit als volgt. Surf naar http://www.bloggen.be/ en log vervolgens in met uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Druk vervolgens op 'Toevoegen'. U kan nu de titel en het bericht ingeven.
Om een bericht te verwijderen, zoals dit bericht (dit bericht hoeft hier niet op te blijven staan), klikt u in plaats van op 'Toevoegen' op 'Wijzigen'. Vervolgens klikt u op de knop 'Verwijderen' die achter dit bericht staat (achter de titel 'Proficiat!'). Nog even bevestigen dat u dit bericht wenst te verwijderen en het bericht is verwijderd. U kan dit op dezelfde manier in de toekomst berichten wijzigen of verwijderen.
Er zijn nog een hele reeks extra mogelijkheden en functionaliteiten die u kan gebruiken voor uw blog. Log in op http://www.bloggen.be/ en geef uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord op. Klik vervolgens op 'Instellingen'. Daar kan u een hele reeks zaken aanpassen, extra functies toevoegen, enz.
WAT IS CONCREET DE BEDOELING??
De bedoeling is dat u op regelmatige basis een bericht toevoegt op uw blog. U kan hierin zetten wat u zelf wenst.
- Bijvoorbeeld: u heeft een blog gemaakt voor gedichten. Dan kan u bvb. elke dag een gedicht toevoegen op uw blog. U geeft de titel in van het gedicht en daaronder in het bericht het gedicht zelf. Zo kunnen uw bezoekers dagelijks terugkomen om uw laatste nieuw gedicht te lezen. Indien u meerdere gedichten wenst toe te voegen op eenzelfde dag, voegt u deze toe als afzonderlijke berichten, dus niet in één bericht.
- Bijvoorbeeld:
u wil een blog maken over de actualiteit. Dan kan u bvb. dagelijks een bericht plaatsen met uw mening over iets uit de actualiteit. Bvb. over een bepaalde ramp, ongeval, uitspraak, voorval,... U geeft bvb. in de titel het onderwerp waarover u het gaat hebben en in het bericht plaatst u uw mening over dat onderwerp. Zo kan u bvb. meedelen dat de media voor de zoveelste keer het fout heeft, of waarom ze nu dat weer in de actualiteit brengen,... Of u kan ook meer diepgaande artikels plaatsen en meer informatie over een bepaald onderwerp opzoeken en dit op uw blog plaatsen. Indien u over meerdere zaken iets wil zeggen op die dag, plaatst u deze als afzonderlijke berichten, zo is dit het meest duidelijk voor uw bezoekers.
- Bijvoorbeeld: u wil een blog maken als dagboek. Dagelijks maakt u een bericht aan met wat u er wenst in te plaatsen, zoals u anders in een dagboek zou plaatsen. Dit kan zijn over wat u vandaag hebt gedaan, wat u vandaag heeft gehoord, wat u van plan bent, enz. Maak een titel en typ het bericht. Zo kunnen bezoekers dagelijks naar uw blog komen om uw laatste nieuwe bericht te lezen en mee uw dagboek te lezen.
- Bijvoorbeeld: u wil een blog maken met plaatselijk nieuws. Met uw eigen blog kan u zo zelfs journalist zijn. U kan op uw blog het plaatselijk nieuws vertellen. Telkens u iets nieuw hebt, plaats u een bericht: u geeft een titel op en typt wat u weet over het nieuws. Dit kan zijn over een feest in de buurt, een verkeersongeval in de streek, een nieuwe baan die men gaat aanleggen, een nieuwe regeling, verkiezingen, een staking, een nieuwe winkel, enz. Afhankelijk van het nieuws plaatst u iedere keer een nieuw bericht. Indien u veel nieuws heeft, kan u zo dagelijks vele berichten plaatsen met wat u te weten bent gekomen over uw regio. Zorg ervoor dat u telkens een nieuw bericht ingeeft per onderwerp, en niet zaken samen plaatst. Indien u wat minder nieuws kan bijeen sprokkelen is uiteraard 1 bericht per dag of 2 berichten per week ook goed. Probeer op een regelmatige basis een berichtje te plaatsen, zo komen uw bezoekers telkens terug.
- Bijvoorbeeld: u wil een blog maken met een reisverslag. U kan een bericht aanmaken per dag van uw reis. Zo kan u in de titel opgeven over welke dag u het gaat hebben, en in het bericht plaatst u dan het verslag van die dag. Zo komen alle berichten onder elkaar te staan, netjes gescheiden per dag. U kan dus op éénzelfde dag meerdere berichten ingeven van uw reisverslag.
- Bijvoorbeeld:
u wil een blog maken met tips op. Dan maakt u telkens u een tip heeft een nieuw bericht aan. In de titel zet u waarover uw tip zal gaan. In het bericht geeft u dan de hele tip in. Probeer zo op regelmatige basis nieuwe tips toe te voegen, zodat bezoekers telkens terug komen naar uw blog. Probeer bvb. 1 keer per dag, of 2 keer per week een nieuwe tip zo toe te voegen. Indien u heel enthousiast bent, kan u natuurlijk ook meerdere tips op een dag ingeven. Let er dan op dat het meest duidelijk is indien u pér tip een nieuw bericht aanmaakt. Zo kan u dus bvb. wel 20 berichten aanmaken op een dag indien u 20 tips heeft voor uw bezoekers.
- Bijvoorbeeld:
u wil een blog maken dat uw activiteiten weerspiegelt. U bent bvb. actief in een bedrijf, vereniging of organisatie en maakt elke dag wel eens iets mee. Dan kan je al deze belevenissen op uw blog plaatsen. Het komt dan neer op een soort van dagboek. Dan kan u dagelijks, of eventueel meerdere keren per dag, een bericht plaatsen op uw blog om uw belevenissen te vertellen. Geef een titel op dat zeer kort uw belevenis beschrijft en typ daarna alles in wat u maar wenst in het bericht. Zo kunnen bezoekers dagelijks of meermaals per dag terugkomen naar uw blog om uw laatste belevenissen te lezen.
- Bijvoorbeeld: u wil een blog maken uw hobby. U kan dan op regelmatige basis, bvb. dagelijks, een bericht toevoegen op uw blog over uw hobby. Dit kan gaan dat u vandaag een nieuwe postzegel bij uw verzameling heeft, een nieuwe bierkaart, een grote vis heeft gevangen, enz. Vertel erover en misschien kan je er zelfs een foto bij plaatsen. Zo kunnen anderen die ook dezelfde hobby hebben dagelijks mee lezen. Als u bvb. zeer actief bent in uw hobby, kan u dagelijks uiteraard meerdere berichtjes plaatsen, met bvb. de laatste nieuwtjes. Zo trek je veel bezoekers aan.
WAT ZIJN DIE "REACTIES"?
Een bezoeker kan op een bericht van u een reactie plaatsen. Een bezoeker kan dus zelf géén bericht plaatsen op uw blog zelf, wel een reactie. Het verschil is dat de reactie niet komt op de beginpagina, maar enkel bij een bericht hoort. Het is dus zo dat een reactie enkel gaat over een reactie bij een bericht. Indien u bvb. een gedicht heeft geschreven, kan een reactie van een bezoeker zijn dat deze het heel mooi vond. Of bvb. indien u plaatselijk nieuws brengt, kan een reactie van een bezoeker zijn dat deze nog iets meer over de feiten weet (bvb. exacte uur van het ongeval, het juiste locatie van het evenement,...). Of bvb. indien uw blog een dagboek is, kan men reageren op het bericht van die dag, zo kan men meeleven met u, u een vraag stellen, enz. Deze functie kan u uitschakelen via "Instellingen" indien u dit niet graag heeft.
WAT IS DE "WAARDERING"?
Een bezoeker kan een bepaald bericht een waardering geven. Dit is om aan te geven of men dit bericht goed vindt of niet. Het kan bvb. gaan over een bericht, hoe goed men dat vond. Het kan ook gaan over een ander bericht, bvb. een tip, die men wel of niet bruikbaar vond. Deze functie kan u uitschakelen via "Instellingen" indien u dit niet graag heeft.
