Hernandez has not been on hand for TNA events in recent months because he is on loan to the Mexican based AAA promotion due to a talent exchange. According to the Pro Wrestling Torch, management has lost faith in pushing him as a singles star because his ring work has not progressed at the rate they feel it should.

According to Bryan Alvarez, WWE wants Matt Hardy to address whatever issues he has at the moment. It seems as if Hardy is working a Brian Pillman-style angle on YouTube and Twitter where he is purposely trying to get himself fired. The company doesn't want Hardy going to TNA which appears to be a reason why he hasn't been fired yet. One source is noting that WWE's touring and TV schedule has been hectic lately, and thus the Hardy situation will likely be looked at more closely after the Hell in a Cell PPV.

Regarding Stings future with TNA, his current deal expires at the end of this year and the situation is similar to what it is every year. Sting usually enters the year with the idea that it will be his last and then once the end of the year is coming up, Dixie Carter pushes him to re-sign for one more year.
Its said that Sting has never been less interested than he is right now but its hard to turn down the good money and limited schedule that TNA offers him.
If Sting leaves TNA, hes expected to be invited by WWE to the Hall of Fame next year in Atlanta. One source close to Sting says that a spot with WWE wont be a factor at all in his decision to stay with TNA and hes not someone who cares about a Hall of Fame.

Former WWE Diva making a return? Posted by Roscoe De Soto on 09/27/2010 at 11:41 PM
Former WWE performer Lauren Jones noted on her Twitter account this afternoon that she is meeting with WWE's Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis (Johnny Ace); likely regarding a possible return to the organization.
"Oh yeah, I forgot 2mention 2 all the amazing WWE fans out there!" she wrote. "I am meeting with talent development & Johny Ace 2 see what MIGHT b next..!"
Though she is long removed from WWE, Jones has kept in touch with Laurinaitis over the years and thus a possible return to the organization was never out of the question.
Since parting ways with WWE in June 2005, Jones has immersed herself in numerous endeavors including the launch of a successful wedding shoe line, her own network television show, the release of a workout DVD, radio hosting, and various other media platforms. She was also featured in a scene in the summer blockbuster The Expendables as Mickey Rourke's character's girlfriend.

The Hart Dynasty WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho ended in a No Contest
INDIANAPOLIS Its been said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Whoever thought up that must have never watched Raw. There are a galaxy of Superstars who have never nurtured a good intention in their lives, and with just one week until they find themselves in Hell, they arent about to start now.
WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho ended in a No Contest (PHOTOS | WATCH | EXCLUSIVE: Medics assist Jericho) This was to be Chris Jerichos moment, the match that would render all of his recent misfortunes obsolete. If Jericho could manage to defeat WWE Champion Randy Orton, he would indeed resurrect his standing in WWE. Alas, not only would victory escape him, medics would be required to tend to his unconscious body.
Although Jericho poured every ounce of cunning and energy into the squared circle, even an attack on Orton by Sheamus and his attempted use of a steel chair against The Viper would prove useless. Orton appeared to be at the height of his powers, damaging the Irishman and dodging the metal weapon to level Jericho with an RKO.
With his Hell in a Cell opponent, Sheamus, observing at ringside, WWEs Apex Predator seemed to relish his next move. His opponent hobbled, Orton charged, swung back his leg and punted Jericho squarely in the skull. The kick transformed the ever-conceited Canadian into an oozing pile of flesh, who left the ring on a stretcher. The ruthless kick also undoubtedly left a strong impression on The Celtic Warrior with less than a week until he and The Viper square off in Hell.
WWE Tag Team Champions Drew McIntyre & Dashing Cody Rhodes def. The Hart Dynasty (PHOTOS | WATCH) The Hart Dynasty continues to undergo palpitations. The Nexus Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater def. Evan Bourne & Mark Henry; Nexus threatened to invade SmackDown (PHOTOS | WATCH) The power and quickness of Mark Henry & Evan Bourne may seem like thunder and lightning, but leave it to The Nexus to rain on their parade. Nexus members Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel teamed together to take down the duo in a tag team encounter.
Afterward, the other members of Nexus came forth to make an ominous announcement. Just two days before Hell in a Cell takes place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, the band of outlaws promised to invade the premiere of Friday Night SmackDown on its new home Syfy.
Upon hearing the plans of his Hell in a Cell opponent, Wade Barrett, John Cena vowed to show up at the SmackDown Syfy premiere as well, adding that, if he runs into the group, Hell in a Cell will start early.
Raws anonymous General Manager visited The Cutting Edge; John Cena def. Edge (PHOTOS | WATCH) It was a Cutting Edge first and, hopefully, last. Edge conducted his talk show segment with the disembodied, electronically-modified voice of the anonymous Raw GM through the omnipresent laptop computer. A frustrated Edge continually berated the GM, who apparently had heard enough and placed The Rated-R Superstar in a match against John Cena.
Although The Ultimate Opportunist was irate, he nonetheless tackled the challenge with aplomb, seemingly winning the bout. Unfortunately for him, Cenas foot had been under the rope, nullifying his victory. The Raw GM then called for the match to continue, and an exasperated Edge quickly tapped out to Cenas STF.
So enraged was Edge at the decision that he armed himself with a steel chair and, despite the GMs warnings to the contrary, proceeded to smash the laptop into a thousand angry pieces.
Sheamus vs. The Great Khali ended in a No Contest (PHOTOS | WATCH) Sheamus seemed determined to send a message to his Hell in a Cell opponent, WWE Champion Randy Orton. As a result, the Irishman challenged any Superstar from the Raw roster to face him, and, in return, he received a rather large volunteer, The Great Khali. Normally, The Punjabi Giant would make chutney of his rivals, but The Celtic Warrior was in no mood for the former World Heavyweight Champion and pummeled his opponent into submission. Randy Orton, are you listening?
Ted DiBiase received an unusual note (WATCH) Mo money, mo problems. Golden couple Ted DiBiase and Maryse continued to experience relationship turmoil after the French Canadian lost in the Divas Battle Royal. As The Fortunate Son attempted to console her, someone slipped a note under their door. The missive was addressed to DiBiase and contained the cryptic message, Next week you WILL be mine.
Natalya won Diva Battle Royal to become No. 1 contender to the Unified Divas Championship (PHOTOS | WATCH) The pink-and-black attack is back. The Hart Dynastys Natalya seized her opportunity in a Diva Battle Royal to become the No. 1 contender to the Unified Divas Championship. The beautiful powerhouse defeated Melina, Eve, Gail Kim, Alicia Fox, Maryse, Jillian, Tamina and The Bella Twins as current Unified Divas Champion Michelle McCool and her Flawless co-conspirator, Layla, observed from ringside.
The Miz & Alex Riley def. United States Champion Daniel Bryan & John Morrison; Raw GM arranged U.S. Championship Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match (PHOTOS | WATCH) The Miz may consider himself a sage and wise teacher, but the egomaniac still has a lot to learn. After spouting off about how hes better than the U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan, The Cleveland Screamer teamed with his assistant Alex Riley in a tag match against Daniel Bryan and Mizs former partner, John Morrison! Although Miz managed to squeak out a victory due to a miscalculation by the opposition, the fight continued outside the ring, prompting the anonymous Raw General Manager to chime in.
The GM arranged a match for Hell in a Cell that puts Miz at a distinct disadvantage: A U.S. Championship Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match. In short, the stipulations favor submissions specialist Daniel Bryan and the man whose athleticism translates anywhere, John Morrison.
WWE has signed model Melyssa Buhl to a developmental deal. She is 26 years old and is from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She noted online that she will be entering a contract on October 14th, presumably her WWE deal, and wouldnt be able to book shoots with photographers after that.
There have been rumors within WWE about RAW Diva Jillian Hall's future with the company. While her status with the company is in good standing, plans are being made to "retire" Jillian as an on-air performer. She would then work as a trainer to WWE's female developmental talents in Tampa, Florida. No word yet when these changes will happen with Jillian but that is the plan.
WWE Diva cleared of domestic assault charges Posted by Roscoe De Soto on 09/26/2010 at 05:53 PM
WWE performer Taryn Terrell (Tiffany) has been cleared of domestic assault charges stemming from an incident that took place with husband Drew Galloway (Drew McIntyre) at the couple's Los Angeles hotel room last month.
The couple, who married in Las Vegas in May, attended a party at the Playboy Mansion hours before her arrest.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's office told www.dailyrecord.co.uk last night: "No further legal action is anticipated in this case."

Anderson talks about his a-hole promos & PG WWE Posted by Corbin Nordhoff on 09/27/2010 at 03:20 PM
The following are highlights of a recent interview with Mr. Anderson from the Busted Open radio show:
Mr. Anderson on WWE PG rating: "I don't know how you have guys beating each other up and half-naked women running around and make it a PG... To me it doesn't make sense. I understand they have investors and things like that to answer to, which kind of sucks in a way. I think when that company went public, that was the start of the sinking ship, that was the little hole in the side of the ship."
Mr. Anderson on his WWE release: "When I left and I started talking to different people who had been there a while who had left like Booker (T) and people like that, I remember telling Booker that story. He said, 'Ah, they got you with the old being stiff routine, huh?' This has been used for years and years and years. If you don't want somebody to be there anymore, you start complaining that they're too stiff or they're prone to injuring others and stuff like that, and eventually the person gets pushed out the door."
Mr. Anderson on his "asshole" promos: "I started saying 'nice guys finish last, thank God I'm an asshole' in OVW. I actually started saying it on independents right before I got to OVW. I said it during promos at OVW, and the boys popped for it and they liked it. It's a good test, if the guys like it, the fans are usually going to like it. They are more critical, they've seen everything, and heard everything. When I got brought up on the road, I asked Vince (McMahon) in our first sitdown meeting... I asked him if I could say that. He said no, you can't say asshole.
"We started trying to figure out ways we could work it in. Johnny Ace came up and said, (impersonating John Laurinaitis) 'Hey, uh, your name could be like Adam and your last name could be hole and you could be like thank God I'm an a-hole.' Vince looked at him like, 'Are you kidding me?' I went to Johnny, I like that idea, but I think that's an idea for someone who is going to be here for a month or two. It's pretty gimmicky and I plan on being here for a long time. Vince looked at me, 'Yeah, that's the right answer.'"
Mr. Anderson on Kurt Angle: "Kurt Angle is a guy who... You know how much he's done in this business, what he's done and where he's been, how much he's done for this business. He's in a position right now where he doesn't really have to give anything back if he doesn't want to, but that guy puts 110 percent in every single day that he comes to work. All of his matches, he wants them to be the best matches on the show."
