I visited 4 horse stores, I drove over 120 km, I lost a whole morning and still came home without a new machine for the horses. It seems there is no other solution than to buy one over the Internet ... and that means waiting until next week .... As of tomorrow, everything is closed untill next Tuesday ..... hey ... Spain is known for their Fiestas
In the afternoon me and the neighbour brought Dino to the vet for a health check and a review of all the documents.
In the afternoon I had to make further changes to the paddock sizes and I let the horses take turns grazing. They're really starting to look like beautiful horses! And as they're losing their wintercoats, their looks are changing again.....
I went to the Conseilleria to get more information and tips related to the problems that have arisen in connection to the new law.
I then I returned to the Counsil and had a long talk.
On Sunday the dogs should have been moved to a refuge before their departure to Germany in a few weeks, but they're having some problems and they're unable to take the dogs. Moreover I had a written altercation with the organization where they are at the moment and from where they would to leave on Sunday. Dino won't be neutered on Thursday because I cannot accept the conditions under which this would happen.
I 've been ringing and mailing a lot today with the refuge and other help organizations ... it was pretty stressful
Fortunately, there is an agreement that Dino will be neutered in Germany, just like the other 2 dogs ... Thankfully a Protectora 25 km away is prepared to take in Dina and Boomer for a few weeks
All worries aside, there still was some good news at the end of the day .... so all in all it was worth the hassle.
The horses didn't care at all ... they just want their food on time .... and roam freely and graze. But this has to be done gradually, so that their intestines can get used to it.
Again a parcel went missing and by now we became desperate. .... but as in February, it turned out that the delivery of the parcel was the problem and they just left it at the post office for me to pick up...
And what .... was inside the parcel this time? Guess???
An overview
For the horses 3 blankets, including a new "Escadron" blanket for Chiki, the other one was too small, a playbal from Sanne's equestrian shop (THANKS), a lunge, betadine ointment, Gamgee, products to wash the blankets with, bandages, hot / cold packs
For Dina, Dino and Boomer Hondenbrok Lam&rijst, nog wat Metacam, en 4 nieuwe halsbanden...Euch 4 ? Lamb & Rice dog cubes, some Metacam, and 4 new leashes ... What? 4?Oh no I won't save anymore... it's enough ...
And this time there were also gifts for the lady who saved them... hihihihi
So, which one of you thinks I'm smelly?hahahahahaha It was the dogs you know .... They thought of everything: I received new Kiefferboots, products to soften my skin and 'Paprika' crisps for my tummy ... What more do you want ? Nothing
Meanwhile, my own rescued dogs were keeping an eye on the table, so nobody got near.
Thanks to 'wuwasa' for the bandages and sheeps skin. Thanks to 'Sanne's horseshop' for the lunge and the ball Thanks to Astrid for the blankets, the betadine and leashes, dogfood, metacam, the Kieffers, the Gamgee, the detergent, ... Thanks to Willy, Linda and Astrid for the paprika crisps, shower gel, bath gel and deodorant and hot / cold packs for the horses.
The green attracted them too much and so I had to prepare everything .... & tensioning the cables
When I finished I released Chiki .... Then came the children's turn and finally the 5 boys Only Black Pearl was not so interested to leave his familiar place ....but did it eventually.
Asshie Pretty Face & Cubanito Asshie Pretty Face & Cubanito Cubanito Asshie ¨Pretty Face Cubanito Asshie Altanero Black Pearl
After they all got in Cuba and Asshie were back together ... but not for long .... they are just too exited together and this would end badly ....
Ow Did I tell you that Asshie has a crush on Minny .... Well I hope that ends well but hm hm It was a long day ... busy from sunrise to sunset.... and an assault on my body ....
The paddocks are becoming too small for these healthy animals.
I therefore had to do some work to increase their space. The new shower had to be taken down (I still have 2 showers beside the house, so no lack of showers) so Chiki can get straight into the round pen .... which frees up extra space for the little ones. Asshie and Pretty Face's paddock has also increased with 50% ...
My neighbours Tony and Michael stopped by ... and took the manure to fatten the soil of their vegetable garden and while they were here, they helped me move some doors.
But that did not really interest the horses ....
They preferred to know why I was straining some ribbons ... They also gradually began to get to be a bit wild ... and to tease each other ... ... pfffffffffffffffffffff videos will follow
Finally a sunny day? This morning there was still a lot of wind, but during the day it became pleasant. I just spent some time with the horses, after I did the shopping for the horses and the dogs. I bought some toys for Dino and I went to pay the bill of Boomer in the clinic. This afternoon I started to work on the development of the horse paddocks .... They need more space.
Meanwhile I am taking care of Tchanca and Negro while their owner isn' t there.
They are doing fine. When Dina smiles you can see her smiling teeth as my Vita (RIP) used to do. Boomer is very curious, wags his tail and comes to snif my hand and arm.
In time it all will go well for this guy! And now we hope that also Dina will find a new family. She is such a darling girl.
Dino is doing well ... and is happy .... every day he opens up more and more open and becomes more active.
He is afraid of many things (a door, a chair, a shovel ...) and goes down immediately but is recovering very fast .... He has never shown his teeth and passed all the tests with flying colors .
The horses have been vaccinated ... and my wallet was looted, hahaha ...
And a blood sample from Chiki was taken for monitoring his blood levels ! Vaccinating & completing the papers of 9 horses, etc. .. took a little longer than expected and I missed my appointment at the medical center for my arm ...
Well... the animals continue to come first hey!
Well that's not bad ... everything will be fine, haha .. I'm feeling stronger every day
I feel better again this morning ... the torch does its job and probably the antibiotics too.
I am confident that by tomorrow or Friday I will be free of fever, haha
I went to the horses with neighbour Tony this morning, I gave them their meal and he cleaned up the paddocks.
Later that day neighbour Michael came by to have a cuddle with Black Pearl. .... Punkie preferred to do nothing ....
Thanks for all the messages and emails ...
Thanks also to those who wanted to come over and help me .... but I'd really rather not ... I prefer to get better my way and I have all the help I need... and have more help available should the need arise.
I can not rest and watch others work, so please leave me alone ... but I really appreciate the offer though
This morning ... I had just been out to the clinic to get my arm checked out and since the cityhall is located nearby, I decided to go by and see how it was going with the documents.
Great was my surprise to be told that our land remains in an area of "protection of cause" ...a protected area .... and an area where no activity may take place. The modification plans have been ready for over 9 years, but the change for our area has never been completed... For a neighbour, a large sand mining business and that the town co-owns, it changed naturally or for the construction of the industrial park it changed too.... but the ordinary little man can wait...indefinitely.
Moreover, I received a number of things presented to me that I did not like: images from 2007 and 2005 would show that I have build on at my house (which is not the case), he saw 2 adult horses on a photo, but did not believe me when I said that Negro does not belong to me, and so on. Well, without that document, I can not ask for a REGAnumber and without a REGAnumber the horses can not get their passports and can not go to B and Holland.
At home, everything went okay .... Our "Minny had broken out again... Time to try to discover why the machine works one time and then not ...
EUREKA ... what a little rest can do miracles in your brain .... I think I've found it anyway
But today I did not get to Dino ... nor to Dina and Boomer.I hope to be better soon so I can visit them.
I have to ask you to be patient with me ... I'm a really trying to complete this blog but I am currently not feeling well. I have some fever, I am feeling very weak and am swallowing antibiotics and painkillers. My arm really hurts bad and goes to sleep. The neighbours have to come and help me because my body just can not anymore
Day by day the blog will really be completed in the future ...
www.vetjg.com helpt us in a wonderful way with Boomer. Thanks Juan, José, Geno, Mariano, Nuria, Aitor, Ana and all the others ... You are doing a superjob!

Oh nice ... just pressed the wrong button and my whole post .... slip away ... well trying again then
I didn't sleep much ... the night was pretty short and I still don't feel ok with what I have to do ....... it's the day of the truth today ...
..... What if I hit him and he runs up the street and get run over f.e.? ? ..... What if his heart can not handle the anesthesia and he dies ....? ..... What .... what .... what .... the uncertainty that you do not know what is going to happen ... there is open space, miles of wide, no fence, a highway close by
I can get myself together so I would be confident, calm and relaxed ... And I've prepared myself ... I've practiced here (until the arrow was broken .... so I'm only left with 1, that hopefully can keep the pressure) and I proofread what can happen what is related to the product.. I can administer first aid, etc. ..
And if I continue to visit him every day I would probably be able to get him into my car, but we have no time left to do this.
Every day there is the danger that his health deteriorates so that he even does not make it. There is a balll of black blood hanging on his trooth. The Protectora can come back any day to catch him and kill him ...
And for me it is very stressful to be absent from home for hours every day to be with him, while I should be home for the foals and the others. Of course I would like to do it for Boomer, but it's hard for my body and now I already have heart arrhythmias (extrasystoles) every day ...
And Marta, who's still following us sent me some exercises to prepare me mentally to make a reversal. So I'm doing that.
Hi Hi

Think of us and thumbs up for us today!I'll keep you posted!
PS. Boomer not to blame ... he was cornered by 4 people and I decided to throw myself on him so that he could not escape again ...
I had an appointment at 9 am. at the gate of the neighbor. He would follow me from a distance to help me lift Boomer later on into my car after he would have fallen asleep. In the morning, my rescue dogs and Tommy Le Pasha & Gypsy H'Okee were laying in the car, something they would never do, as if they wanted to leave positive vibes for Boomer.
When I came to the spot, my heart did a transshipment ,.... Boomer was not waiting for me ....
Phew lucky, mister Boomer was still sleeping in the tall weeds and quickly came straight to see what I brought with me. I prepared everything: the bladder tube, the arrow .... I put everything ready for success
Thanks to Martha's exercises I behaved as usual and after less than 2 minutes being there, my first shot touched Boomer straight in the buttocks...a perfect hit
But as it is now usual for us, once again it had to go wrong ... The liquid did not enter his body and the arrow had not fallen of. Yeah and I had no more arrows because the other one was broken.
There we were .... the neighbour had meanwhile arrived, and stood 50 meters away ... and we could only wait until the arrow would fall off. Fortunately, it finally fell of some 10 minutes later (which can last long if you are waiting).
I got up to go & pick up the arrow and then had to see that the needle tip was crooked.
So I could not use that one again and I had no other short needle because I had shot that one to pieces yesterday while training... I had no other choice but to use a longer needle, which was actually there for other syringes to use on large animals. It was either this option or go away and do nothing.
Peter Klaver explained me the dangers with the use of longer needles, but I felt good and strong to blow the arrow on a proper and safe place... And so it happened. Now I gave Boomer bits to eat on my right side so I could ame on the right buttock and this succeeded without any problem. This time the liquid went into his body and it was therefore a matter of waiting until he would fall asleep.
But Boomer decided otherwise .... the injection gave little reaction to Boomer .... he was somewhat lethargic and what began to yawn, but he did not go to sleep. I contacted the vetkliniek and José told me it could take a while before he would fall asleep because he got an intramuscular injection .... would it have been done in the vein than he would have fallen asleep within 2 minutes. So my neighbor and I waited ... and many things happened except Boomer falling asleep. "I'm not going to sleep, no way "
Finally I told my neighbour that there was no point in waiting any longer and that I'd call him I was still able to capture Boomer. So my neighbour Tony went on.
Eventually I decided that it would be better, after consultation with my vet, for an additional injection to give to Boomer, but I could not leave him alone. He already went on the road 2 x and I had to make several cars slow down (it is just in a dangerous curve). I sent an SMS to Vero & Manolo, but they could not get help and also an SMS to Pilar, without response.
Boomer eventually went down and slept well, so I quickly called my neighbour up, to come back and help me. But when the neighbour was just barely 400 m away anymore, the postman came into the road and stopped nearby Boomer and then a neighbour started a grassmowingmachines and woke him with all the noise.
Rest of the story will follow....
Boomer on the OPtable Some women would be jealous of such long nails
It may be obvious.... I stayed with Boomer until he fell asleep before driving to the hospital to get myself taking care of ...
We have tried everything or so we think we do ... so there is no other solution than to try to blow an injection dart to Boomer. I got the dart last night, but there was no information on how to prepare it & use it... we were unable to get pressure into the dart. For that reason I start googling and also requested help from the forumusers.
Manic gave me a link to "klaver4dieren" and then when I went googling, I found all the necessary information to make contact with this doctor. So this morning I sent him an email with a photo and an explanation of the situation and some time later I called his practice and left a message on the answeringmachine
Dr.Peter Klaver ( http://www.klaver4dieren.nl/) called me at 12u38. Because he was teaching all day and would be home late, he explained me by phone how we should use the arrow and how we could put some pressure in there ... Actually it is quite simple if you think about it now, but we did not take the rules of gravity into account. But without the help of Dr.Klaver I would never have found it out and so I thank him sincerely Immediately after our conversation, I put the theory into practice and indeed ... it works! I have used my backprotection to practice on, which now has some holes We only have 1 chance tomorrow .... and I hope it will work .... Tonight I introduced Boomer to the pipe that we will use and what the sounds will be so that he would not be afraid of it tomorrow. http://s127.photobucket.com/albums/p146/evaellenjoan/?action=view¤t=19032010210.flvhttp://s127.photobucket.com/albums/p146/evaellenjoan/?action=view ¤ t = 19032010210.flv
Dino and Dina are now there and are well cared for. They have been vaccinated and Dino will be castrated shortly.Within a few weeks it will be Dina's turn.
I went this morning with vet Mariano to see Boomer An attempt to catch Boomer with a lasso and after that the DA would give him an injection. But our Boomer is a smart kid and ate the food that was around the lasso but never put his head through .... So the attempt failed and the morning was gone again.
In the afternoon Michael had e hugsession with the Black.
At 5pm. I had an appointment at the vetclinic with the aim to prepare an arrow ready to blow at Boomer ...
And I should do that .... WHAT?... But the system was not working right and Manolo was already waiting for me where Boomer was, so I had to go. Manolo ontmoet en het pensiongeld twv. I met Manolo and gave him the 180 for the next 10 days of the dogshotel for Dino & Dina. Then I went to Boomer to feed him and to maintain our relationship.
After some time an acquaintance passed with his horses and carriage. Boomer did not make a sound or moved so he can handle horses
Then I drove to the Polyclinic in San Vicente to get an arrow from them, but they had none. Lost another hour. Eventually went to visit Dino & Dina and I took pictures of them. They are doing well . They were vaccinated and I also had a look into their papers and I have a copie of their bloodresults.
Then I drove back to VetJG and Juan gave me the machine to take home so I can find out what, how.... I also got the necessary medication in order to use on Boomer in case we manage to make it work.... Tomorrow is a holiday in Spain, and everything will be closed ... So I do not know if I want to catch Boomer tomorrow .... I'll see tomorrow. At 21u15 I was finally back home .... fortunately the other owner was there to feed the horses tonight ....
The honesty that radiates from their eyes was overwhelming!
I've did the right thing to save these 2 .... now I only have to find a place for them where they'll find justice, love and security and get what they deserve. . I have the results of the bloodtests and they received their vaccinations ..... So, as from April they can leave the country... as long as I can find a solution for them while they are here...
I thank Vanessa and Maria of Asoka! They are doing a great job there!
An attempt to convince Boomer that we need to save him and get look after ...
I was with Boomer at 9:03 and at 9:04 he already had his 4 tablets Calmosedan inside and he stayed nicely next to me and the car ... sometimes a bit of fresh sausage or steak ... mmm good.
The supervisor and an employee of Asoka arrived around at 10 am and soon afterwards, Boomer decided to leave. D**m Boomer !!!!!!!!!
Boomer left and I slowly went behind him in a big curve, just to see where he would go, where he would lie down to sleep and thus not to catch him. Boomie is doing a great tour of miles, and goes down a steep hill and eventually falls almost into the arms of the employee of Asoka who comes with a cord ... Enough for Boomer to change directions ... I try to stay hidden but he smells me and continues to walk the same way in the opposite direction. Boomer going up the hill and I keep my distance .... I called Pillar and requested to leave us alone until I would have captured Boomer.
Boomer returns to the bins, but continues to walk away to a bunch. But he is far, far away from a road where I could stop the car ... I decided to park on the main track itself to be as close to him as possible.
I saw him ....down and asleep ... or so it seemed ...
As he did not react, I wanted to lift him up... but he snapped as a reflection ... and he got my hand ....
He did not know he got hold of me, he had reacted the same way if another dog or another animal had touched him ... it was a pure automatic reaction in his situation ... .
He ran a 100 meters away and then sat down to keep looking at me the whole time ... he was clearly impressed that he had bitten me ... something he did not want to have done ... Anyways I understand where it went wrong and I do not blame him for nothing. His reaction was completely normal in that situation.
He went to lie down a 100 meters away and I wanted to give him time to fall back to sleep, but he continued to watch me.
I then drove to the pharmacy to get my hand disinfected because it began to swell soon and hurted and then I went to buy gloves.... hahaha stupid me of not having wore some before...
Anyways when I came back, he still was not sleeping .... I have restored our relationship and what he has eaten. I left around 12:20.
Around 17h I received a call from Vero to tell me that Boomer was acting strangly when Manolo had driven past. That he had trouble to stand up and looked drugged. Of course I went back to see what was going on with Boomer. Yes, you could see in his eyes (sleepy eyes) that he had taken something but he was walking fine. I used the opportunity to do another session with him to improve our relationship.
On my way back I did some shopping (he loves "zwam"sausages ) for tomorrow and went home.
Finally I sent some emails, among others. to Juan Griñan, the head of the clinic in Muchamiel (www.vetjg.com )www.vetjg.com )
to discuss Boomer case. Tomorrow at 10 am I have an appointment with him in JG in an ultimate attempt to save Boomer.
And what has happened now ?... Horses change position without touching the ribbons ? AltaNero left Cuba and the Black to go to be with Asshie and Pretty Face and that without breaking something ...strange ...
I brought another weeksload of supply of straw, alfalfa, hay,...down:
These are busy days and my body has it every day more and more difficult to survive.
I have to hang in there for those dogs and after that I will lock myself up at home for some months. .
This morning I went to get one load of straw and at 11h I had an appointment at cityhall to ask for the certificate. Together with the aparejador and architect of the municipality the papers were checked and then the bureaucratic way was followed to submit the application (or visiting several offices before all steps are passed).
At home I fed the horses and I opened the box of Astrid-Marlies..... lunges, gambee, bandages, anti-fly product, licks, blankets and a rainblanket ... not forgetting that extra sturdy ribbon
With the dogs it's becoming urgent.... they have to leave Asoka ... the agreement was 3 days and now they are already 4 days there .... I am searching for solutions. Other Forummers are writing to all kind of organizations in the hope someone can help us ...
This afternoon I obviously went back to see Boomer and our relationship is getting better every day .... but he remains afraid of hands and feet.
At lunchtime he was nowhere in sight ... he was probably one of the shelters to hide from the Sun. I drove around for a while and searched but did not see him.
But at +-5.30pm. he was back at the bins.
And we spent approximately one hour together tonight ...
Photos and video say everything I think.
Yoohoo, you here again? Got something for me?
Mmm....steak is always delicious and I will like that paté tomorrow again too
When I got up I got a first surprise ....Who's standing with whom here? And what had been broken this time ? Changed places and put Asshie back with just Pretty Face.Altanero back with Cubanito and Black Pearl and these 3 back in the big paddock.
I left at 11 am. to pick up the co-owner of the ranch from the airport and then I went to Boomer.
He was lying next to the garbage, but quickly went away ... First, I continue to keep him in sight but he always went further away but so I decided to take one step backwards. I also made a detour, but when I came back he was nowhere to be seen. I've driven around by car and had a brisk walk, but the terrain is so big ... Meanwhile the sun was bright in the sky and it was quite warm. The probability was high that Boomer would lie hidden away until late in the afternoon. So 2 hours later I went home.
At 4 pm. I had some neighbours over for a short visit. After having taken care of the horses I left around 6.30 pm, and I drove back to Boomer .... and he was back next to the garbagebins ... so I started talking to him again but when I came out of the car he went away again. This time I went on some distance behind/around him and kept talking to him. After 1 km or so he stopt at a fence of a house and sat down For minutes I talked to him and tried to explain everything. Now and again he looked around and at me .... I went quietly forward, step by step ... He stayed without moving but kept giving you the feeling that he could not get himself to trust you. After some 10 minutes he had enough, got up and carried on. He looked at me like a beaten dog ... and went. I went back to the car, wrote some messages asking people to stop putting food downbecause I'm trying to save this dog. I took all the leftovers of the dry food away, clearded the ground. Instead I gave him a bucket of water and I put 2 fresh cooked chicken fillets down... so enough for tonight. But he was nowhere to be seen... So I just made a round trip by car and was pretty happy that Boomer had eaten everything when I came back a few minutes later and he searched for more,.... but he did not stay there and left. Meanwhile it was already so dark outside that I left to go home ...
Tomorrow a new day, a new effort and new ideas ...
As I reported yesterday, I contacted the famous American "Animal Communicator" Marta Williams and asked her help. So that's what I did... I wrote her, telling her what was happening with the dogs and what the problem was with Boomer.Furthermore, I sent about 5 photos. Bij het ontwaken vanochtend mocht ik al antwoord ontvangen. When I woke up this morning I already received an answer. With her permission I publish here her answer:
Hi Eva
I just explained to him what he needed to do and what you were doing. Told him to talk to his friends. He asked what would happen to him, I explained as best I could. I would recommend doing mental movies of what you want him to do ie come to you or go in a trap or whatever. Also do mental movies to show him what will happen to him. And send feelings of love from your heart and a feeling of safety and security.
Manolo's wife Veronica works as a volunteer in Asoka of which my vet had spoken.
I had to tell to Manolo that I could not take the dogs home with me because I have so many at home and was searching for a temporary shelter until we would find a definitive solution. In the absence of a solution I would have to bring them to the Protectora of Alicante.
Manolo suggested to involve his wife and I followed him with my car and with the 2 dogs.
In the street where he lives I met with Veronica and after our conversation I contacted the manager of Asoka. Although they have absolutely no place at all for the moment, they are ready to take the dogs for a moment if I help to find permanent shelter for them. And as I was already occupied doing so, there was no problem for me
Later on the manager came by and we met. The 2 dogs have been called Dino & Dina by Vero and I moved them into the other car ... and I had to go.
It was high time for me to go home to give dinner to the foals, but I could not resist going back first to see if Boomer was there. He was sitting back nicely at the garbagebins but no hair on his head was thinking about giving me his trust.
I had to leave him ... he always ran away from me when I came near him.
Of course tomorrow I'll go back and I'll try again.... Yes it hurts me that he is now alone, he is the one who needs medical assistance the most ...
If it fails tomorrow, I'll talk with my vet on monday ... I have ideas but they are only applicable in emergency cases. Tonight at least I will get in contact with Boomer mentally and I will tell him what, why and how. Also, I'm going to write to Marta Williams (www.martawilliams.com) and ask for her help
Ze zijn bereid de honden even op te vangen zodat we even tijd hebben om een andere oplossing te zoeken. They are willing to keep the dogs for just a few days so we get the time to find another solution. And it's really special that they do this, because they currently have really no room for additional dogs ...
Meanwhile they willhave taken blood from the dogs and they will be checked on the typical southern diseases.
The manager told me that their dogs are examined and treated and vaccinated and so on... And they ask nothing in return ... except a permanent place for these animals ....
Who can help?PLEASE o PLEASE ! HELP us find a definitive place for these dogs.
Astrid ensures that all these dogs will get a new necklace when they arrive in Holland.
Also take a look at the site of Asoka and give the information to friends and family ... Let us help eachother!
Thursday I had tried to reach him during his half-hour on call, but the man is so busy and popular, I was not able to get through
So he called me back himself.
We have discussed the progress of the horses and how we are going to continue to treat them. Normally you have to stop giving the Parasitecompositum after 3 weeks of administrating it but Eric felt that in this case we could just continue with it. He trusted my ability to decide to give less boostcompositum. The situation is less easy to estimate from Holland, from a distance which is quite normal and understandable. We have also discussed the situation of Black Pearl and he is willing to take a look at the video I'm going to make about Punkie shortly ... His foot worries me ...
Everything was OK at 8a.m. but at 9 a.m. my friend was bleeding .... so even though it is Sunday ... and more expensive ...." Vet you have got to come over here, we need you "
And so Asshie (ex-Amoroso) needed some stiches.
The big boys are now finally seperated for good.... Cuba and the Black are together in a paddock ... and then Asshie, Alta Nero and Pretty Face are in another paddock. The distribution of the paddocks has changed again and all cables are adjusted so again, thanks to my neighbours Tony and Michael. What would I do without t heir help when I 'm in need. They are great ! Thanks guys !
Lalo has also looked at the Black and Punkie, Chicki and Cubanito ... Black Pearl is another big job... I should try to obtain urine from him for further investigation.
I had an appointment this afternoon at the ranch where the littlens were for a month... to give some info about Natural Horsemanship and the next Parellidays at our ranch ...
On the way I stopped at a bin and saw some terrible scenes ... One had only 1 eye left and a hole in his throat which the other dog was licking. The other dog's ears and tail were almost completely cut off and all 3 .... they were emaciated. And in my dirt bags were just some tagliatelli .... which they ate as quick as possible ... Well if you know me a bit you know I go crazy of such scenes.... and so I went to look for a large department store .... Half an hour later I was back with a bag and box with food for them ...
It's awful that I can not do anything more for them .... I can not take them with me ... I've already got 4 .... Animal rescue will kill them after 10 days ... So what do you do ?... . On days like this I am disgusted by the mentality here
I have only 1 eye and a hole in my throat My ears and tail were cut off with a knife We are discarded by humanity
And my heart bleeds .... I'm not made to survive in this world ... I loathe the humans who do these things ...
We don't understand yet what is going but every few weeks he has difficulties to urinate and then I need to clean and massage him. But today it did not solve that problem and so I had, after washing him 3 times, to give him a pain killer (after consultation with my DA) at 8 p.m.... It's going to be a funky short nightagain
mijn kinders toch....waarom kan het nu eens geen week goedgaan ? my kinders still .... why is it now, not a week go well?
The bandages were replaced and the wounds taking care off ...
He is such a brave soul ... no sulking, and without any help he lets me do what I need to do
Cleaning it all out with betadinescrub
Nieuw verbandje plaatsen en daarna lekker stoeffen met zijn nieuw groen-blauw verband Putting on a new tape and then showing his blue-green bandages off to his friends...
Taking a nap with his friend the Black in the stable
And then it was dinner time again... http://s127.photobucket.com/albums/p146/evaellenjoan/?action=view ¤ t = 04032010138.flv
Veel valt er niet te vertellen....het heeft weer veel geregend...enkel de honden vonden het leuk om daarna in de plassen te gaan zwemmen... There is not much to say .... it has rained a lot ... again... Only the dogs liked it to go swimming in the pools of water...
