about my ordering of a new slimming machine SPA-301 Spa Capsule with Far Infrared & Ozone

My general opinion about this spa:

SPA construction is of minor (cheep) quality 

MY opinion about transportation:

To less and poor protection, therefore very delicate and damage likely at imprudent handlings

I can only wonder about what I have seen... And what I have seen is that there was no protecting bumper what so ever between the spa, the carton and the iron cage... To my humble opinion and from what I have seen from other transportations.. normally there always is bumping material in between....

Damage caused by transportation:

1) the SPA has damage everywhere.

2) the upper shell is severely damaged.

3) the lover shell & paw have damages (cracks &  scrapes) but are not destroyed 

4) electricity is partly damaged (audio part)

Handling in Antwerpen:

Company: Cleve & Zonen – Antwerpen port

Damage might be caused during the handling by this company!

Concerning the damaged sending in a nut shell:

-       Sending was uninsured!

-       Company totally refuses to take it’s responsibility in this damage

-       Company refuses to replace the SPA not even part of it!

-       Company refuses to send repairing parts for free and tells replacement of upper shell is not possible

-       Company totally is not helping to solve damage problem even not willing to take in consideration proposals to have damage being repaired, even not for part of the costs!
