I've been searching the net for a diagram, but it was nowhere to be found and the models I did find, coulcn't satisfy me, so I decided to make a creation of my own. This is my first try. It doesn't look 100% as the Prison Break one, but it's close (and better looking, if I may say so). It still needs some improvement, but for those who want, here you see how I fold my Prison Break Swan.
