LIVE THE MOMENT
Don't dwell on the past. It's come and gone and there's nothing that can be done to change it. Don't worry about the future, because there's a good chance that it's never going to come. Focus on living the moment, and making the most out of the here and now. Live every day, every moment, like it's your last. Hold no grudges and don't stay angry. Don't burn any bridges, because hurting relationships with people will only hurt you in the long run. Make as many friends as you can. Be as polite and respectful to others as you wish to receive in turn. Do not act superior to anyone. You are equal to everyone. Rememeber that.
Be the bigger person. Learn to listen to both sides of the story. Forgive. Grow up an dmove on.
Be thankful for everything you have, be it your family, school, education, job, partner, anything, because there are people out there that don't have any of the things that you take for granted. Remember how lucky you are.

Nog geen 31, en al meer dan 15 jaar zit Jeff in het professioneel worstelen.
