    Good evening my dear readers, it was again a very busy day full of swimming. Today I have slept until nine o'clock because my contest was very late. This morning I have eaten 3 bowls of cereals, I was so hungry! At 10 o'clock I went to the swimming pool to swim 1800 meters as a preporation for my contest. After this training I ate one energy bar. My contest (1500m crawl) began at 12:30 and my competition time was 18 minutes and thirty seconds. It was not my best time but it was good enough and my trainer was happy. During this day I was stressed out because 1500 meters is very long. After my contest I ate a sandwich with vegetables and it was so delicious! Now I am going to study Horatius and it will be very boring. I will end my day with some spaghetti and I am looking foward to this meal! Goodbye everyone!

    Hello everybody, today was a very hectic day, I got up at seven o'clock and have eaten some cereals. At halve eight I went to the swimming pool, it began at eight o'clock and the next 30 minutes I have eaten two energy bars. After my swimming contest we went to our apartment in Antwerp and I have eaten a gingerbread. I started the afternoon with three baguettes with some ham and then I went to my bed for one hour. When I woke up it was already time to go to the swimming pool for my final. Two hours later I arrived at the appertment and I will eat some spinach with stewed meat. For the moment I am watching TV so see you later alligator

    Good evening everybody, it's finally weekend and it's an very important weekend for me because the next two days, there will be a swimming contest. As usual I have eaten oatmeal this morning with a glass of water. During the first break I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry, maybe I have eaten too much this morning. At twelve o'clock I have eaten mozerella with two tomatoes and a cup of royco soup, because it was very cold outside. I ended my long schoolday with a pear and it was a very hard one but I mostly like the juicy ones so that was a dissapointment. After my training my grandmother said it would be spaghetti again and I was so relieved because it is my favorite meal. For the moment I am going to watch TV and relax a little bit. Eventually I will go to my bed at nine PM, so Goodbye!

    Hello everybody, this is the second day of my healthy week and I'm doing very well. Somethimes it is hard to always eat healthy but we are almost halfway. I started my day with a nice bowl oatmeal with a glass of milk. During the first break I have eaten some cereals but it was Boris his birthday and I have eaten a little bag of crisps. I'm sorry but I couldn't refuse it and I do not feel bad at all because it will not happen again. I began my afternoon with some slices of French bread with some sugar free chocolate spread and it was very nice. Then I ended my last break with a juicy carrot and I like juicy carrots. When I came back from my heavy training, I have eaten a steak with some tomatoes and some lettuce. This weekend I have an importent swimming contest, so I'm going to sleep right now! Goodnight!

    I began my day with some oatmeal and an apple. Then I drank a glass of water. Did you know that oatmeal reduces the cholesterol. My cholesterol a little too high, so it's very good for me and it's also delicious. During school I have eaten a biscuit with seven different cereals. A few minutes after school (when it was wednessday)  I have eaten a sandwich with all kinds of vegetables in the car because I have to swim at twelve thirthy. When I came back to my house at 4 o'clock my grandmother had made spaghetti and it was so good! During the whole day I only drank water, so my day was very healthy.

    I am Sophie-Charlotte Gysen, 16 years old and I like sweets but this week it's going to be a little different. Food is the topic of my blog and it's all about healthy food. For seven days I'm going to live well and in this diary I will write everything that I have eaten. The reason for this blog is a task for English that we have to make and sometimes I will add all kinds of trivia about food. I hope you like it.
