Hi there!

~As last : a recipe for home-made chocolate-dipped strawberries

First of all, pick your favorite kind of chocolate - white, dark, or milk.

Ingredients:

Six tablespoons heavy cream

One teaspoon orange zest

200 grams chocolate

1/2 tablespoon instant coffee granules

3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liquer (optional)

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

and last but not least...

Strawberries!

Set a heat-proof bowl over simmering water

Heat the cream and orange zest

Add chocolate, (Grand Marnier), coffee and corn syrup

Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth

Keep the chocolate warm in a fondue pot
