In my thesis extra – muros activities for the course economy me and a fellow student have paid a visit tot Mini-Europa, this is a park concerning the European Union. Mini – Europe is a real must for teachers economy of the secondary school. The park is, as it happens, very interesting to visit with students. On the website there are several pedagogical appliances. But you also have the possibility to go on a guided tour with your students. There are also alternatives such as a conducted visit in another language, Europoly (an interactive game) and the Europe class (an interactive puffing-up).

In our thesis we have developed interesting tasks, also several to use in class. We have worked out a ICT presentation. Moreover we have also composed a powerpoint presentation and a quiz to use in class with your students before you pay a visit to mini - Europe. And there is also a processing task present to fill in during the visit to the park.

Mainly the part Business and Leisure is very utilizable within the course economy. Here they discuss how the bank of the future will be like, as as the office, kitchen, health, car and airforce of the future.

We found this a very interesting visit to do with the students of the secondary school for the course economy.
