managers who participate at the last 16 of the Challengecup. It was a
world wide trip, but she did it with a smile Here are the thoughts from them about what they expect about their next match,and how they see their chances?

FC Soukka vs De Rode Leeuwen

" I think that we have to face the facts. De Rode Leeuwen is a famous
team with great players. They have two good keepers, great defence,
creative midfield and strong forwards. Their manager changes tactics
from game to game and seem to prefer some "weird" looking tactics which
we don't even know here at Finland. It seems like impossible to find
any weak spots from their team. It will be a tough challenge for us,
but naturally we will try our best to beat them. Our strategy is quite
simple we will defend well and score when we have a change. In a cup
game anything can happen. So all the pressure is on De Rode Leeuwen -
they are the favourites."

"Its clear that my opponent is a manager with great skills. Otherwise
he wouldn't made it to the last 16. He has a strong well balanced team.
So we have to search for a right strategic solution to surprise him. And that is the fun to be manager. looking and trying some
unusual things. So the players are looking forward to play this match
in probaly cold scandinavian weather. but who knows, the climate is
changing."

He was in a hurry, so we did the interview when he was cycling through
town. " I think it will be an exiting match, he has many very good
players, but i think either team could win this match" Then the

He was so busy, he didn't had time. So I found this message from him at
the Hotel I was staying. " It is a good opinion that review Sorry, because i don't have time to writing something Next match i hope i will win, my chance is my middlefield players Regards, Sinoatrialnode ". So I went diving in the morning and enjoyed some sun in the afternoon .
NS United vs. East Strike

Its an old friend. We did meet in friendlies between our club, and also
in our function as NT coaches we had a few great, hard, but fair
matches. So we had a long and nice talk. " First of all, let me say
that I'm really happy with my success in the Challenge Cup.
So many great teams, great players... an outstandingly fierce competition!
And we were able to reach the last 16.
About my upcoming match... All I can say is that East Strike is a team made up of killer-players and that I will probably lose!
No, seriously... This is one of the rare moments in which my team
is a complete underdog with minimal chances for a draw, not to mention
victory!
Last time I found myself in this position was last season's
Champions Cup 1/4 finals when I got humiliated 5-1! Plus, East Strike
has much better players than Teamscout that thrashed me...
So... a new approach, and a different set of tactics is needed if I'm to achieve something...
All in all, East Strike is the absolute favorite, my defeat is a
probable outcome, but I'll try to create something and hopefully go
through to the next round...

Nothing to add. he know what he want. " My objective is clear: to win
the Challenge Cup. About next match what can I say? Maybe on paper I
have the better team but all the games are tought. A good example is
the previous match I played. Conclusion: I believe I have 55% chances

This friendly manager prepared a great meal, so it was nice to eat and
talk. " Mambas was certainly not the draw i had hoped for, he has a
formidabel team! Especially Leonel Grifo and Myeong Song are fantastic
players. His weak spot is the goal. His keeper is young and
inexperienced and i hope i can take advantage of that. Naturally i will
do everything in my power to win the match, but i think it will be very
hard. Mambas could very well turn out to be the danish nemesis,
knocking out Esbjerg City FC in the last round and now playing me, but
i hope i can show him otherwise
Sadly i think my chances of winning are only around 1/10.".

This was a good trip. First i got this Brazilian manger telling his
expectations. " so I'll restrict myself just saying that it'll be a
very tough game special now that I lost my best MR injured for 9 weeks
and with his wages and age I had to fire him. As I don't have a
replacement I'll have to improvise another player on that position and
I hope doing well and let one more american team down.". And then I went to visit some family .
