a little history!!! Folk Dranouter is a summer folk festival in the little village of Dranouter in the Begian provinde West Flanders. It's the greatest festival of folk in Europe. In 1975 the festival started with a few groups on the playground of the local school. In 30 years, the festival has grown to 3 days and 7 podiums. In addition to traditional folk groups more and more famous pop artists are joining the stage.
Since 2005, there is now also Dranouter at sea. It's a mini festival in the summer on the beach of de Panne.
