Self-supporting domed covers
Domed covers for rectangular sewage basins can be provided self-supporting until 12 m length.
These elements are available in all RAL colors.
No maintenance is ever required, they are highresistant mechanically as well as chemically, and
calculated to resist at snow, wind, and workloads during normal operation and during shut-downs.
The length of the domed covers are variable, and adapted to each possible situation.
Manholes, nozzles and inspections holes are built according the customers request
.
Standard covers with a width of 1 m to 2 m are put side to side in parallel, mounted together with bolts, and made water tight with rubber gaskets.
Plane covers
Plane covers in GRP are reinforced with a grating, or by polyester beams, improving the stiffness and so the global strength of the covers.
Supporting beams can be made of GRP or Stainless Steel, depending from the possible corrosion and workloads. Avoid to use aluminium for sewage basins because of its low chemical resistance.
The plane covers are self-carrying until 3 m, suitable for loads of normal maintenance and weather conditions.
Any RAL colour can be supplied.
If required, an anti-skid surface is applied according the security regulation DIN E 5311, type R13-V10.
GRP plane covers are fixed on the supporting structure, and can be provided with hermetic gaskets.
Nozzles, manholes, inspection doors and other accessories are easy to provide in prefab of on site during mounting of the plane covers.
