Home of the brave Een oorlogsdokter keert terug naar huis na enkele maanden aan het
Iraakse front te hebben gezeten. Maar zijn familie, vrienden en vooral
zijn vrouw, herkennen hem niet meer. Met hem keren veel soldaten terug
van de strijd, ieder met zo zijn eigen problemen om weer terug te keren
in de 'normale' maatschappij.
House of wax Een groep tieners komt met autopech vast te staan in het stille stadje
Ambrose. Hier worden zij de prooi van een aantal moordzuchtige broers.
Ze ontdekken dat de broers de hoofdattractie van het plaatsje, het
wassenbeeldenmuseum, aan het uitbreiden zijn. Ongelukkige bezoekers van
het plaatsje worden door hen tot wassenbeelden getransformeerd.
A cinderella story Sam Montgomery (Hilary Duff) woont samen met haar stiefmoeder en
stiefzusters nadat haar vader overlijdt. Ze droomt van een studie aan
Princeton, de plaats om een prins aan de haak te slaan. Maar misschien
heeft ze haar droomprins al ontmoet: haar anonieme chatvriendje (Chad
Michael Murray), met wie ze heeft afgesproken op een Halloweenfeest.
Sam raakt echter in paniek wanneer de geheimzinnige man de coolste
kerel van de hele school blijkt te zijn. Kan hij van een meisje houden

ineens wakker in het lichaam van de ander, en krijgen ze de kans om
meer begrip te krijgen voor de ander. Tess staat echter op het punt om
te trouwen, dus moeten de twee snel op zoek naar een manier om de
verwisseling weer ongedaan te maken.

leeftijd zijn moeder. Door de woede die hij tegen zijn jonge broertje
koestert raakt hij bezeten door de duivel. De duivel verkiest hem om de
reïncarnatie te worden van de Antichrist. Na een mislukte poging zijn
broertje te verbranden, wordt Stone Alexander door zijn vader, een
rijke mediamagnaat, naar een militaire academie in Europa gestuurd. Hij
ontpopt zich als een groot wereldleider die streeft naar
wereldheerschappij.

Growing up in Buffalo, New York, Chad Michael Murray is an avid
Buffalo Bills fan. "My sport is football," enthuses the six foot, blue
eyed Murray. "I love football. I played high school football and went
to the State Championships my senior year. [For me], it was either
professional football or acting." Taking a chance on the bright lights
instead of touchdowns, Murray gave himself a chance in Hollywood. "I
told myself that if nothing happened in a year, I'd go to college and
play football," he says.
Murray's road to Los Angeles, California, is what legends are
made of. At the age of 15, a wounded mesentery ("when someone hit me in
the stomach playing football") landed him in the hospital where a nurse
encouraged him to pursue modeling. Two years later, Murray won a
scholarship from a local modeling agency to attend a convention in
Orlando, Florida. At the convention, an agent from Los Angeles
persuaded Murray to try acting. In 1999, the aspiring actor headed to
Hollywood and landed modeling gigs for Sketchers, Gucci and Tommy
Hilfiger. Later, the WB cast him as Tristan in Gilmore Girls and this
eventually led to his Dawson's Creek role as Charlie. Through it all,
Murray believed in eating healthy and playing sports--football, soccer,
basketball, volleyball--to keep in shape.
Murray has a competitive nature that propels him to play
sports. "I get to focus and compete. I find that sports really
challenge me. It's its own therapy." Working two jobs with weekends set
aside for charity events, photo shoots and other promotional work, "I
really don't get a chance to play as often as I'd like. But I try to go
the gym regularly for workouts," says Murray.
Indeed, Murray is knowledgeable about his body and what
workouts are best for him. His three hour workouts begin with a 20
minute run on the treadmill, "that tones everything up." Then he
alternates lifting weights for chest and triceps one day, biceps and
back muscles another day, shoulders and legs on the third day and abs
everyday. "I need to have my abs defined which means using more weight.
I'm like my own trainer," he admits. "I do a full circuit workout. I
had the whole thing down in high school [and] I was up to 185 pounds
then." Now at 160 pounds, Murray wants to reverse his weight loss trend
and get up to 170 pounds. "I got so busy, I stopped my three to four
times a week workout," he explains. "Now I'm working on eating better
and going to the gym for three hours at a time."
His workout has added more meals to his diet. "I'm a six meal a
day guy," he laughs. "When I'm working out, I never stop eating.
Mornings start with a bowl of cereal and milk, then a PowerBar[R]
before the gym. Post-exercise, I have another PowerBar[R] followed by a
salad and sandwich. Later, I'll have a snack like frozen yogurt or
chips and then a Subway[TM] sandwich. Right before bed, I'll have
another bowl of cereal." Antioxidants and acidophilus are the only
supplements Murray takes regularly. Throughout the day, he stays
hydrated with Gatorade[R] and two gallons of water. Favorite junk food?
"I'm really bad with Skittles[R]--and if anyone wants my vote, keep the
green apple and get rid of the lime."
With all his professionalism and reputation as Hollywood's next
"It" guy, Murray is anything but a stereotypical sex symbol. He likes
to relax, play video games and hang out at Starbucks[R] with friends.
"I still go to acting class and don't think about the labels put on
me," he says. What does he consider his best physical feature? After
much thought, he replies, "My eyes. They are the windows to my soul.
They're a way to see into someone's mind. Whatever trials or
tribulations an individual has been through is revealed through their
eyes." His least favorite feature? "I'm working on everything. I'm
trying to get to where I want to be in life."
In 10 years, Murray hopes to have his life complete. "You know,
health, happiness, a family, a nice house, a dog and a few
restaurants--basically slowing everything down and taking stress out of
life. I already have ideas for three restaurants. My favorite is a deli
with a swinging door, where you can get penny candy, a Snapple[R] from
the fridge and my signature meal--a pepperoni and bacon sandwich."

Het is op jouw eigen tempo, met andere woorden: vele keren per dag mag dus ook zeker en vast, 1 keer per week ook.
Er hangt geen echte verplichting aan de regelmaat. Enkel is het zo hoe regelmatiger je het blog bijwerkt, hoe meer je bezoekers zullen terugkomen en hoe meer bezoekers je krijgt uiteraard.
Het maken van een blog en het onderhouden is eenvoudig. Hier wordt uitgelegd hoe u dit dient te doen.
