My apoligizes for being so inactive. I skyped whith my parents today, they told me to write in my blog every day so, here I am. I havent took any pictures yet, also something on which I need to work. Lets see, I dont know where to start. Lets give you'all a little information first: my school starts the 4th of september, I live in york, a little green county next to the shores of Virginia. This village also has a historical background, dont need to tell you all of that, check out there page on wikipedia, its really interesting. The first days I arived in the US, I had an orientation weekend in ehhmm, somewhere around Lake Michigan, which is twice the size of Belgium. I landed in Chicago, yet I hadnt got the chance to see it's beauty since we went off to the camp inmediatly. I made a lot of friends there, lets just say that next time whith tomorrowland, my home wil be a resort for 15 Brazilians, some vietnames kids & a chinees. After that, we went strait to our host famillies. I arrived the 8th of august. It's really great here, I love them already. We've even did a city trip to Memphis during the elvis week (and yes, he lives, no doubt) this had always been their plan because we visited Jacquelines mother for here birthday in Little Rock, Arkansas. Lets say that that was quite an experience, it was a great time. I even heard some gospel church songs. And oké, that was the past, now the future: tomorrow, we're going to the mal, do some relaxing, which is a sport and than, were going to the sea to swimm, I guesse, it's so hot & humid around here. And ow yeah, you might think, oh US, Western culture just like here in Europe, but no, it is really different, example: a party = sitting whith friends around a table with snacks and SODA. when we go to the fastfood chinese, we buy in food for 3 days. But I must say, I love it already, Byeee everybody.
