In October of 2007, the W.C. Bradley Co. announced the beginning of a process to select a new Chief Executive Officer of the W.C. Bradley Co. The goal has been to identify the individual whose experience and credentials best qualified them to lead the company to a new level of growth and value creation in the global economy. A Search Committee of the Board of Directors has worked diligently to select the leader who could best inspire the confidence of all stakeholders, and who could bring to the company the level of strategic capability needed to be successful in the future.
W.C. Bradley Co. Chairman and CEO Steve Butler states, "We are very pleased to announce today that Marc Olivié, age 54, has been chosen by the Board of Directors as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the W.C. Bradley Co.effective November 3, 2008. Marc has served as President of Sara Lee Champion Europe in Florence, Italy; President and CEO, Armstrong Building Products; President and CEO, Armstrong Flooring in Lancaster, PA; President, Global Bath and Kitchen, American Standard Companies, Inc., Piscataway, NJ; and CEO and President, Agfa-GevaertGroup, Mortsel, Belgium. Additionally, Marc worked as a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company for seven years. Currently, Marc serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MasterCard Worldwide based in Purchase, NY."
A native of Belgium, Marc graduated from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, with a M.S. degree in Business Management/Engineering. He will be moving to Columbus to begin work the week of November 3, and will be visiting in the interim to begin the process of assuming his CEO responsibilities.

Brad Turner, W.C. Bradley Co. President, will be retiring from the company after 24 years of service, but will remain an active member of the Board of Directors. Brad and I deeply appreciate everyone's support during this transition, and we are very excited about the future of the W.C. Bradley Co. under the leadership of Marc Olivié."
