Vraag van een studente
Hallo,
Ik ben Roxanne, 20 jaar en ik studeer dit jaar af in de richting fotografie.
Voor mijn eindwerk ben ik opzoek naar sekswerkers die mee willen werken aan
mijn project.
Met dit project wil ik de prostitutie in een positief daglicht plaatsen. Ik wil
respectvolle portretten maken, gecombineerd met tekst.
Velen hebben vooroordelen over de prostitutie die niet altijd terecht zijn, dit
vooral omdat men gewoon niet beter weet. Aan de hand van dit project worden
deze vooroordelen hopelijk positiever en kunnen we zo de taboe rond prostitutie
verkleinen.
Ik wil graag een portret maken in de ruimte waar u tewerk gaat. De ruimte rondom u wordt redelijk volledig afgebeeld, het wordt dus geen close-up portret.
Aan de hand van reacties blijkt dat maar weinigen herkenbaar in beeld willen
komen. Hoewel ik vooral opzoek ben naar herkenbaarheid, kunnen we ook met
onherkenbaarheid werken aan de hand van een speciale belichting, het wegdraaien
van het gezicht, een masker
Als wederdienst wil ik voor u ook commerciële portretten maken die u dan zelf
kan gebruiken.
De foto wordt uiteindelijk op
mijn website geplaatst en uiteindelijk getoond op een tentoonstelling in
Antwerpen, die door mijn school (KdG) wordt georganiseerd.
