A. Gravity Separation

example. There are mainly five cleaning methods of jaw crusher parts:
(1) Vibrative Cleaning: put parts on the cleaning basket or cleaning rack of
vibrating cleaning, and immerse them in the cleaning solution. By the cleaning
machines vibration that simulates artifical rinsing and washing movement,
together with cleaning solutions chemical effect, greasy dirt can be easily
washed off.
(2) Scrubbing: put parts in a container with diesel oil, coal oil or other
cleaning solution, wash them with cotton yarn or brush. This method is easy and
simple, but unefficient, so it is suitable for single piece small parts.
Generally, using gas is not allowd due to its lipid solubility, prone to causing
healthy problems and fire accident.
(3) Spray-wash: spray cleaning solution with some pressure and temperature
into the parts surface. This method is effcetive, but the equipment is a little
bit complicated, so it is suitable for the simple structured parts with much oil
dirt.
(4) Ultrasonic Cleaning: cleaning oil dirt by both cleaning solution and
ultrasonic oscillation.
(5) Boiling Wash: put well-compounded solution and parts into an appropriate
sized cleaning pool that is welded with steel plate. Heat it to the temperature
of 80~90 ℃, and boil it for 3~5min.
