Welcome to this week's Angels and Demons. Tonight, we will witness the official contract signing between Ivelisse Velez and the winner of last week's 20 Angels Gold Rush Rumble, for their Angelic Championship match at Friend or Foe.

But let's kick off this show with the 1st Round of the Council's Championship Tournament.

We are in the office of Promoter Nick Graves. The Council enters his office. Nick thanks them for coming in. He tells them he and Sarah will not be present next week, so the Council will be in full charge of next week's show. Ashley mumbles something (she seems quite tipsy) and Traci looks too excited to say anything. So Shelly takes the word and thanks Nick for his confidence in them, and that they won't let him down next week. Ashley and Traci leave the office, but Shelly stays behind and tells Nick she really really won't let him down, while smiling at him ... Nick seems a bit uncomfortable just as Sarah comes in the office, unsuspicious ...

Next, we will see the Contender for the Angelic Champion at Friend or Foe in action.

Nikki St. John vs. Katarina
Singles match

Nikki St. John hits some weak-looking punches. Nikki St. John hits a bulldog off the ropes. There's a two count on the pin. Katarina blocks a punch. Nikki St. John takes a right hand to the temple from Katarina. Katarina hits a right hand on Nikki St. John. Katarina DDTs St. John, although it was hardly executed with pin-point precision. Beaa tags out to Audrey Lane. Dropkick from Audrey. Eric Bischoff would probably call that a 'high double drop calf kick'. But it's a dropkick to everyone else. Amber reverses an irish whip...and Audrey Lane runs into the referee. Audrey Lane with an enziguri. Pinfall attempt, but the ref is conveniently laid out. Audrey hits an arm drag on Amber. Amber blocks the suplex attempt. Tag to KC Spinelli. KC Spinelli hits a bulldog off the ropes. Running clothesline from KC Spinelli, sloppily done. Audrey kicks KC Spinelli in the gut to reverse the momentum. KC Spinelli walks into a suplex from Audrey Lane. Flying knee to the face from Audrey Lane. Tag between Audrey Lane and Amber O'Neal. Amber hits an arm drag on Spinelli. Amber O'Neal with an enziguri, although the late Owen Hart's version was far superior. KC Spinelli gets knocked to the ground by Amber. Here it comes...STO'Neal! Official Contract Signing for the Angelic Championship match at Friend or Foe

Nick Graves is in the ring with the Council. A table is set, and Nick calls out Ivelisse and Katarina in order to sign their contract for the Friend or Foe PPV Championship match.

First Ivelisse comes out. Then Katarina, but she is not alone … Nikki St. John is at her side !

Nick tells that they are out here to sign the contract for their match at Friend or Foe … Ivelisse snaps the mic from Nick and talks about what Katarina has done to Veda Scott last week in the main event. She has not seen her best friend from then and asks an explanation from Katarina.

Katarina is handed a mic from Shelly and talks about how the Taking is upon ACW, and especially on their Champion. She sais to look at Nikki St. John, who she defeated earlier tonight, and has now been taken into her army. She will do everything that Katarina tells her to do. She tells Ivelisse to reflect about that and Veda's faith, as well as Ivelisse's faith after Friend or Foe.

Ivelisse is angered about what Katarina said, and tells our Promoter and our Council that she wants to ante up and add a special stipulation for the Championship match. Whoever loses the Championship match, won't be able to challenge the other for the Title during their reign. Katarina nods and smiles accordingly. Promoter Nick Graves sais okay, if that's what you both want, then let's make the Championship match at Friend or Foe , a Concession Match ! Ivelisse signs the contract and throws it back on the table. As soon as Katarina signs too, Ivelisse jumps upon her and attacks her. But Nikki St. John helps out Katarina and drags her out of the ring. The Championship match at Friend or Foe promesses to be heavily loaded ...

Nick Graves is in the ring. He talks about how in the past weeks, he received negative reactions on him being both promoter, and matchmaker in ACW, while meantime having a relationship with actual ACW wrestler Sarah Graves. Some wrestlers have been talking about the byassed factor of this situation, and that he's actually pushing Sarah to win the title. He does not want that, and Sarah has fought for everything herself ! To make sure that the feeling in the back that everyone has a fair shot on the show, he has decided to stop the matchmaking, but still remain owner of the promotion. Therefore, a new authority needs to be put in place. To be sure that there is a fair democracy in the ACW show decision making, he has appointed a Council to regulate the shows. With proud, he asks the Council to come out to the ring, to present them to the crowd ......

Traci Brooks, Ashley Massaro and Shelly Martinez come out to a great reception.

Martinez takes the mic and sais the three of them are so happy with the opportunity our promoter Nick Graves has presented them, and will not let him down. Therefore, they will take on their jobs rightaway, and they have two points of order today.

Their first business at hand, is to introduce a new championship, in order to decorate the future champions of ACW. Our promotion is packed with future talent and they  deserve an opportunity to compete for a breakout title who will be a springboard for the Angelic Championship. The Council will hold a tournament to determine this future champion, who shall be called the Council Championship, starting next week and with the crowning at our PPV Friend or Foe on February 22 !

The second point of order is, in order to allow every wrestler in the back and especially all the new girls that recently joined the ACW roster, a fait shot for the Angelic Title , we will be organizing a 20 Angels Gold Rush Rumble, with the first to be eliminated getting -3 GR points, the fourth to last in the ring 1 pt, the third 2 pts, the runner-up 3pts and the winner getting 6 GR points and thus advancing immediately to the Friend or Foe PPV main event to challenge the Angelic Champion ! And this will happen ... RIGHT NOW !!! The crowd goes crazy ...

Our main event tonight will be Veda Scott against Ivelisse Velez for the ACW Angelic Championship. A video is shown of last week's main event, when Ivelisse and Sarah both got counted out, which saw Veda become the contender for the Angelic Title.

Katarina is the last angel standing, winning the 20 Angels Gold Rush Rumble, and getting 6 points. She will be main eventing the Friend or Foe PPV on February 22, challenging Ivelisse for the title !

Katarina is still in the ring and has the mic. She sais that this win is only the beginning. What we've seen is only the beginning. She plans on bringing down her minions and her army to ACW and to crush Ivelisse for the Angelic title. As far as her concerns, we will never have seen a power as great as her and her army ... The Taking is not far any more ... she laughs mysteriously ... The Taking is going on ... very soon ... (this is kinda creepy ...)

Nick Graves is in his office, when Council member Shelly Martinez comes in. She wants to thank him for this opportunity of putting her in (along with Ashley and Traci) charge of the ACW shows. She comes closer and whispers in his ear … you won't regret this, I will be taking my job very serious ... before kissing him on the mouth ! Graves looks stumbled as Martinez leaves the office ...

Veda and Ivelisse are seen walking backstage towards the ring, ready for their upcoming title match. Veda is skipping with a big smile next to Ivelisse , who does not seem to aknowledge Veda's presence … our main event , who will see both "friends" fighting each other for the title, is next .

We see Veda get up in trance like state and get out of the ring. She has stopped crying and shows no emotions at all ... As she goes to the back, Katarina smiles at Ivelisse and yells "the Taking is upon !". Ivelisse, still in the ring, looks confused about Veda's reaction as the show comes to an end ...

Veda Scott is seen in the ring. She talks about last week's main event outcome where Ivelisse DQ'd Sarah Graves, which saw her lose the match and her title opportunity. Therefore she is calling out Ivelisse (who btw is supposed to be her friend) for an explanation.

Ivelisse comes out, looking as if she doesn't know what Veda means. Veda asks her why she did that, upon which Ivelisse replies somewhat awkwardly that it was clear that Veda would win the match, so there was no need any more to continue this match, and she wanted to teach Sarah a lesson in humility because of her boldness of cheating Veda out in the Second Round for the Angelic Title. Veda replies that's true, but due to the DQ she lost the match and thus her so deserved title shot. Ivelisse sais she's sorry and that was not her intention, she reacted impulsively ...

Ivelisse gets interrupted, as Sarah Graves' music hits, and she comes out. She agrees with Veda that she lost , so in fact, she should be the contender for the title. This makes Veda looks furious towards Ivelisse." Ivelisse apologizes once again to Veda, that was not supposed to be ment like this. Sarah says ok, if that's true, then let's have tonight a non title triangle match with Ivelisse to determine the contender for the championship ! Whoever of Veda or herself makes the fall, gets the title opportunity. However (to keep things even ...) if Ivelisse wins, she gets to fight the non-beaten wrestler, AND to choose the match stipulation.
Veda seems to like this idea and agrees upon the Triangle match. Ivelisse is more reluctant but eventually agrees ...

So, we have our main event tonight : A Triangle Match between Ivelisse Velez, Sarah Graves and Veda Scott to pick the contender and stipulation for next week's Title match main event !!!

Both wrestlers are in the ring, but Candice asks once again for the mic. She calls out Audrey Lane, and gives her the match once again tonight and wishes her good luck. Audrey is extatic and jumps in Candice's arms , who looks confused and sais it's okay ...

Singles match

Shanna hits an arm drag on Audrey. Audrey Lane ducks a clothesline attempt. Some chops from Audrey, all of which barely touched Shanna McMoore. Shanna reverses an irish whip...and Audrey Lane runs into the referee. Chin crusher by Audrey Lane, the execution wasn't great though. Cover, but there's no one to count for Audrey Lane. Audrey Lane gets taken down out of nowhere. Shanna hits a flying kick on Audrey. Shanna McMoore uses a running dropkick into the corner. Hooks the leg for a two count. Slingshot clothesline by Shanna, who almost messed it up by slipping on the ropes. Pin, but Audrey is out just before the three count. Audrey Lane has once again a temper tantrum, kicking the ropes and punching the turnbuckles, before she starts crying in the arms of Candice ... who looks kind of disappointed and somehow angry ...

Promoter Nick Graves is in the ring. He talks about how every competitor should get an even opportunity to prove himself and to fight for the Angelic Championship. Therefore, he has come up with a new type of competition, the Gold Rush. The Gold Rush will always be in effect, except in Championship matches, Contendership matches and Championship Tournaments.

Every wrestler who picks up a victory in any kind of match, will be awarded 1point in case of pinfall, and 2points in case of submission. A count out, knock out and DQ victory will also award 1 Gold Rush point. A wrestler who causes a disqualification, will be sustracted one point. In tag matches, the maker of the fall, gets the points. The current champion can not get any points as they are the defenders.

This will make up a leaderboard, where the wrestler who reaches 3 points can request a test match against the champion. If that test match is won, they will receive a title match. However, the wrestler can wait untill she gets 6 points, in which case they can request immediately a title match (and thus bypassing the test match).

The Gold Rush points will be awarded from now on, and for the past matches starting from the second ACW show !

If Ivelisse wins, she gets to pick the stipulation for next week's Championship match and will defend it against the wrestler who did not get beat.

Pinfall attempt, but the ref is conveniently laid out. Veda Scott pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Sarah uses a running dropkick into the corner to Ivelisse. Hooks the leg for a two count. Veda Scott hits a wheel kick on Sarah. Back heel kick from Veda Scott on Sarah. There's a two count on the pin. Diving headbutt from Veda Scott, not much elevation. Pinfall attempt gets a 2.9999. Veda Scott only gets knees on a splash. Super kick by Sarah Graves. Pinfall attempt gets a 2.9999. Veda Scott kicks Sarah Graves in the gut to reverse the momentum. Sarah Graves gets whipped into the corner by Veda Scott, and flips all the way over to the outside! Ivelisse takes a snap suplex from Veda and gets thrown out of the ring. Sarah still on the outside, starts hitting Ivelisse. The two are now heavily brawling ... The referee reaches a ten count, and this one is over.

Sarah Graves addresses last show's ending

Sarah Graves is in the ring and talks about last show's ending. Instead of finishing off business herself, Ivelisse decided to let the dirty wirk be done by Veda Scott. So it seems, she has a second issue to take care of.
Therefore, Sarah calls out Veda and Ivelisse for an explanation. The two come out, Veda smiling and Ivelisse looking shocked with a grin ...

Veda tells Sarah why she attacked her after the match. Because she could have been in the finals for the Championship, if it wasn't for Sarah, because she knows she can beat her. Ivelisse emphasis that indeed Veda could win, h*ll she could even have won the title against her ! Veda is smiling big and asks Ivelisse if that would have really been so. Yeah of course, Ivelisse replies.

Sarah sais ok enough with the sucking up ... I want a match against you Veda tonight ! Veda looks to Ivelisse questionning her, and Ivelisse nods her head as agreement. Veda says ok, you get a match, but when I win (and she turns to Ivelisse) ... I get a title match ! Ivelisse looks somehow stumbled, Sarah smiles and seemingly agrees and tells to Ivelisse: what? you just told Veda she could've been the champ, she surely deserves a shot now ! Veda with a big smile hoping up and down and nodding in the affirmative, pleading Ivelisse. Ivelisse of course looks in disdain to Sarah, but eventually agrees to to Veda.

We have a main event tonight : Sarah Graves vs. Veda Scott, where if Veda wins, she gets a title match against Ivelisse !!

Promoter Nick Graves is in the ring. He asks Ivelisse Velez to come out to the ring. He congratulates her on winning the Angelic title last week during her match with Sarah Graves. Ivelisse is the first-ever ACW Angelic Champion.

However, her conduct after last week's match was not champion like. The ACW promoter therefore asks if Sarah Graves can come out to the ring. Sarah seems not happy at all about last week's aftermath, but still congratulates Ivelisse on her Championship win.

To set things straight, Nick Graves sais, as owner of this company, to avoid future problemens, a new rule is being added to Championship matches. From now on, each Championship match end with the shaking of each other's hand. If the Champion does not want to shake hands, the contender gets a new title shot. If the contendor foresakes in shaking hands, she can not challenge for the title during the current champion's reign. The same goes with beat-downs after a title match. This will be known as the Champions Conduct Code (CCC).

With that said, tonight, in the main event, we will see a rematch for the Angelic Championship between Sarah Graves and Ivelisse Velez !!! Ivelisse rants about how unfair this is and that Nick really is byassed ...

Nick introduces the new ACW promotion and wishes everyone a nice show.Nick Graves kissing Sarah for a pop.

A standard is also in the middle of the ring. Nick Graves is then revealing the ACW Angelic Championship. This will be the price for which the girls will wrestle tonight in a championship tournament. Tonight will be the 1st Round with four matches.
Next week on Angels and Demons, the four winners of tonight will battle in a 2nd Round of two matches. The 2 winners will then battle in the main event of the same night for the Finals of the tournament. The winner will then be declared as first ever Angelic Champion.
