Warranty & Return Policy:
The items warranty term is THREE YEARS started from the purchase date. Warranty covers part replacement. Product must be presented to us within the warranty period. Physical and/or cosmetic damages like cracks, tears, broken wires, chips or any damages that occur as a result of misuse or abuse will not be covered under warranty. DOA (Defective on arrival) Return Policy is 60 days. Return will be issue new battery replacement. This policy starts from the product received date indicated by the tracking or delivery confirmation date.
