Before you can handle the sniper rifles you must do the training "Adv.Marksmanship". Bur first you must have 36/40 or higher on you basic training. Than you can begin the training "Adv.Marksmanship". With you last bullet you must hit a white stone. Look out you have only one bullet to hit him. With the M82 is it execly the same. If you have completed the training can you handle the rifles.
