Im ready to explore opportunities as a free agent that havent been open to me before. Jeff Jarrett has been instrumental in my career development and I have always respected him as a performer and promoter. As soon as I heard about GFW I knew that one way or another I would play a part. Im very excited about that., said Aldis.
GFW Founder and CEO could not be happier that Magnus has decided to join the force. Nick is one of the brightest stars in professional wrestling today and I could not be more excited to have him front and center promoting GFW. His star power in the UK will help give Global Force Wrestling the brand exposure we are looking for.
Aldis also appeared on the United Kingdom revival of Gladiators, where he was known by the name Oblivion. Aldis star power transcends pro wrestling and he is someone that we have had our eye on for months, said Karen Jarrett Co-founder of Global Force Wrestling.

BILLY CORGAN SPEAKS ON THE RECENT RUMOURS OF TALENT DEPARTURES
TNA Senior Producer of Creative & Talent Development conducted a LIVE PPV Prep Periscope moments ago and talked about the rumoured talents that are leaving.
Heres an overview of what he has to say;
He says while he does not make those decisions as he does not deal with talent relations but simply creative but he has confirmed that the rumoured names to be leaving (Magnus/Storm/Aries) are not being written out of storylines and are already booked/planned to come back at the next set of tapings. He did note that there are a lot of ongoing changes in the company with a lot of the high profile stars not being locked down to exclusive/annual contracts going forward. In a perfect world he wishes they could all have long term contracts and have all the talent they want its just not how the business is at the moment. He says that they are taking steps backward to take steps forward. He affirms that there is nothing to worry about.

Jarrett Reacts to TNA Pulling Tyrus from GFW Events
Adam Martin of Wrestleview recently asked Jeff Jarrett about TNA deciding to pull Tyrus from upcoming Global Force Wrestling events. Jarrett had the following to say:
"Am I disappointed that George Murdoch can't be part of it? Absolutely, but life happens. TNA, it's very obvious that they don't have the vision and don't have the mindset that I do. That it was without question, you know, George, yep you're going to be on our non-televised events. And that's where we stand. He agreed to it. He was legally available for us and then whatever happened - I don't want to speak for George. I don't want to speak for TNA. I don't know. He told me, "I can't make it." I'll sort of leave it at that. When one door closes on a situation, that's opportunity and the door is opened for other talents to come on. In the month of July we got a couple different announcements coming up. Some former World Heavyweight Champions (will) be part of the Global Force Wrestling roster."
Kazarian denied reports that he portrayed the Suicide character during his stint with TNA during a recent interview by The News Hub. Kaz said the following:
"That's a lie. That's only the internet. Suicide was played by Samoa Joe and Angelina Love not me. Fans probably started that rumor. Where do any of these rumors start? That's a terrible terrible rumor. It would have been career suicide if I were to have done that."
