Benodigdheden
voor 2 personen:
- 125 gr rijst - 100 gr spinazie uit de diepvries - 100 gr diepvrieserwten - 2 eetlepels sojasaus - 1/4 blokje bouillon - 1 teentje look - maïsolie - walnotenolie
Instructies
Bereid de rijst zoals aangegeven op de verpakking en laat goed uitlekken. Ontdooi de spinazie. Doe een scheutje maïsolie en een beetje walnotenolie in een wok en bak de rijst zonder kleuren. Doe de doperwtjes bij de spinazie en laat 3 minuten zachtjes stoven. Voeg er de look, sojasaus en 1/4 blokje bouillon aan toe. Meng dit nu goed onder de rijst.
