today it was beautiful weather to train with the horses today i trained most of my time with shana , playing and riding i was till dark in my stables and i had a lot of joy
today i went for a walk on the halter with paco ! during this walk , i was training the apport ! paco is learning this very good and he was excited en happy about this apport game so i had a nice warm hat on my head and i throw this hat on the ground and said to paco APPORT !!!!! and what a nice horse he is , so he goes to my hat , took it , shake with my hat and he throws it away !!! RIGHT IN A BIG PIECE OF DOGSHIT !!!!!!
i said oh my god paco! WHY ???? and he looks at me with a face like this
so we went home , and i did not put the hat again on my head hihi
today it was beautiful weather again and i had a lot of fun by the horses
normaly the horses can not go on the grass this time of the year because the fields have vacation to grow but it was such a beautiful sunny day , that i put the horses on the grass today ! and they like it very much
today it is raining and very much wind training with the horses outside is not an option , so this evening i am going to play with the horses in their stable a little apport exercises and training with umbella etc ... lights on in the stables , all windows closed , music on and having fun with my beautiful horses ! also my cat figaro loves this because then i am a long time in the stable and he loves to play with us
my dogs are lying then with my husband on the sofa watching tv , so everybody is having fun !
sun and warm weather is nice but also when it rains you can have fun
yesterday when the vet was here for shana , i let him see at cheyenne ( a connemara mix from 20 years old ) cheyenne was not feeling well and she was loosing a lot of weight the vet told me that it was probably from the cold , it was last week - 10 outside !!! so the vet gave her an injection and extra vitamines and today i know the result from the examination from her manure ( to see if there are parasites in it )
today i let cheyenne outside and she was feeling much better !!!!
yesterday the dentist was here for shana ! she had something on her teeth and the dentist took care of this problem normaly horses need to be sedated for this , because it makes a lot of noise and it is scary for a horse , but shana was so calm that sedation was not necessary i am very proud on my little girl because she was looking at me with those big eyes and look like she wants to scream HEEEEEEEEEEEELP but she stayed very calm and trusted on me and the veterinarian !
