So how do you like the name i have thought of to call my readers and followers? Hope you like it as much as i like it.
My love for food has made me love cooking too. I am an African lady so i mostly prepare African dishes. Some of them are fufu and soup, banku and okra stew, waakye and shito and the Ghana jollof. I make all these dishes with the Ghanaian method. Most of us Africans have the same food but we all prepare it differently.
So today is prepared the Ghana banku with grilled fish and shito. Banku is made with corn dough and cassava dough mixed together. Then you stir until its solid. Salt and water is added during preparing. The fish is grilled with pepper and spices. I enoyed it wih my parents. They were very happy and proud of me.
