Did you know that paella is originally originated from Valencia in Spain because in Valencia the rice that they use to make paella was first introduced and they harvested alot of that type of rice, the name paella is derived from the latin word for Pan and that is patella.
Nowadays there are a lot of ways to make paella and a lot of different variations and recipes but the standard ingredients of paella are rice, fish ,chiken, rabbit and pieces of tomato. an important part of the preparation is that the rice is cooked in the broth of the fish and crustaceans or chicken and rabbit.
