The band started in 2009, with the name 'Sagarmatha'. Our former singer(*) and MIKE (drums) were looking for a guitarplayer and came up with the name. At that time FRED (guitar) was available, because his last band ('tVettig Front), just split up, and the practise-room was in his squat. MATTHEW joined the band a bit later to play bass-guitar. he played drums before that in a band that didn't really started up.

After a while our singer was loosing his feeling for the band, he reacted wrong and stabbed us in the back (long story). We asked POEPOES, Freds' girlfriend, to replace him. It took some time to persuade her (being shy, insecure and never played in a band before), but after a while she tried, and we're all glad for that.

Matthew had to leave for Spain for a year, and another friend of ours, SHAB, was asked to replace him at the bass. Shab played bass in a Polish/Belgian band called 'Sign of Inequality', that split up 2 years before.

This line up felled really good, and we all decided to change the bands name into 'PROPHECY OF CROWS', to cut all strings with our former singer. This is still the present line up. And we are still passionated, full of energy and anger, allways ready to spread our sound and words around, everywhere and whenever we can.
