WWE.com, in conjunction with The Academy of Wrestling Arts & Sciences (AWAS), ranks the Top 25 Superstars in wrestling each week with POWER 25. The rankings are based on victories, quality of opponents, momentum and overall in-ring dominance, as well as intangibles. Be sure to check back every Saturday for the latest POWER 25. Here are the rankings for March 28.

Though The Legend Killer's actions were both vicious and devious, Orton certainly got the upper hand in the mind games that he and WWE Champion Triple H have been playing heading into WrestleMania.
The Game drops a spot this week as he was unable to overpower Orton and his "Legacy" and was forced to watch The Legend Killer attack his wife, Stephanie McMahon, before being laid out himself.
On Raw, the World Heavyweight Champion battled one of his two WrestleMania opponents. Despite his wife Vickie Guerrero's attempt to halt the action, though, Edge was laid out by Big Show.
Despite Undertaker almost chokeslamming him on SmackDown, Mr. WrestleMania sent clear messages as to what he intends to do to The Deadman at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania.
Shawn Michaels may have won the war of words this week, but HBK barely got away unscathed as he nearly suffered The Deadman's wrath during his "tribute" to The Phenom on SmackDown.
Although Cena was not in action on Raw, he did gain the last word over Big Show on SmackDown after knocking him out of the ring, but that may have only infuriated The World's Largest Athlete heading into Raw.
On Raw, The Extreme Enigma defeated Dolph Ziggler in an Extreme Rules Match. Afterward, he stated that at WrestleMania, his brother Matt would suffer the same fate.
The Master of the 619 taught Intercontinental Champion JBL that he should not be underestimated. Not only did Rey defeat William Regal on Raw, but he also gave JBL a dropkick for good measure.
After defeating R-Truth on SmackDown, Matt Hardy sent an eerie message to his brother Jeff regarding their Extreme Rules Match at WrestleMania and how extreme he plans to get when they're face-to-face.
After not being in action for several weeks, the ECW Champion teamed with Tyson Kidd on Tuesday in a loss against Evan Bourne & Tommy Dreamer causing us to drop The All-American American three spots.
After winning the United States Title last week, SmackDown's Franchise Playa' had a mixed week, which included a win on Raw, hosting MVP's lounge on ECW and a loss on SmackDown.
Although the Money in the Bank Ladder Match has only had three other winners in the past, last year's Mr. Money in the Bank is the only participant in this year's match to have won it before.
The Irishman sent a message with an impressive win on SmackDown. Despite a loss on Raw, however, Finlay attacked the other Money in the Bank Ladder Match competitors with, you guessed it, a ladder.
The "Dirt Sheet" duo had better step up their game with just a week before they put their titles on the line against Carlito & Primo in a Tag Team Title Unification Lumberjack Match at WrestleMania.
Big Show had a fantastic week, which is why he jumped five spots. Not only did he knock out World Heavyweight Champion Edge on Raw, he also won a Handicap Match on SmackDown.
After watching Rey Mysterio defeat William Regal on Raw, The Longhorn Loudmouth was dropkicked by Rey. On SmackDown, JBL gained his revenge by decimating Mysterio after he beat Chavo Guerrero.
The Big Red Monster may not have been able to pick up a victory on Raw, but he did get the last word per se during MVP's VIP Lounge and picked up a big victory in an Eight-Man Tag Team Match on SmackDown.
Randy Orton's "Legacy" accomplices helped The Legend Killer on Raw, allowing their ring leader to perform his devious actions on Stephanie McMahon as Triple H was forced to watch.
The Women's Champion sat on the sidelines this week as Santino vied for a spot in the 25-Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania against Mickie James. Therefore, we are forced to drop Melina three spots.
With a win in singles action on ECW and tag team action on SmackDown, the momentum is in their corner with just one week to go until the Tag Title Unification Lumberjack Match at WrestleMania.
Despite being on the losing team on SmackDown, Captain Charisma picked up an impressive win on Raw after a fast-paced Eight-Man Tag Team Match featuring all of the Money in the Bank participants.
The Divas Champion may have retained her title on SmackDown, but it wasn't how she would have wanted it. Her match against Michelle McCool went to a no-contest thanks to Gail Kim interjecting herself.
After several consecutive losses in recent weeks, The Moscow Mauler was out of action. Because of that, The Academy has no choice but to drop him substantially until he starts back on the winning track.
The World's Strongest Man has eyes set on the Money in the Bank briefcase. At WrestleMania, he will do anything in his power to decimate his seven opponents and become "Mr. Money in the Bank."
Just two weeks since his return, Evan Bourne has delighted the WWE Universe with two impressive victories, including a win over ECW Champion Jack Swagger & Tyson Kidd on this week's ECW.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Kofi Kingston - Unfortunately for the Jamaican Superstar, with just one week to go before the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania he falls off the P25.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Shelton Benjamin - After falling off the P25 last week due to his title loss, Benjamin was back on the winning side of things in tag team action this Friday.
Mickie James - With Santino having the opportunity to win a spot in the 25-Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania, Mickie James came up with a big win shutting down the Italian Superstar.

The Game takes over the No. 1 position on the P25 this week after two huge wins on Raw & SmackDown, including a thrashing of Cody Rhodes in a Steel Cage and pinning Vladimir Kozlov in one-on-one action.
Although The Rated-R Superstar's week started out in the right direction, it finished on a sour note following the altercation that ended SmackDown as he was planted firmly on the mat by Big Show.
After successfully teaming with Shawn Michaels on Raw against the team of Vladimir Kozlov & Intercontinental Champion JBL, The Deadman also achieved victory on SmackDown, defeating JBL one-on-one.
The Legend Killer was out of action again this week but was on hand at ringside to watch his "Legacy" cohort Cody Rhodes be decimated by Triple H and his trusty sledgehammer within a steel cage.
Heading into his match with Undertaker at WrestleMania, The Showstopper proved twice this week why he is the best, as he picked up the pin over JBL on Raw and over Kane on SmackDown.
Cena drops another two spots this week when on both Raw and SmackDown, it was his WrestleMania opponents, World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Big Show, who were left standing tall.
We haven't forgotten about The All-American American, but it seems that the All-American American has forgotten what put him atop the ECW food chain. Again this week, Swagger failed to wrestle.
At the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, Jeff Hardy will finally have his chance at revenge against his brother Matt after all he has put Jeff through in recent months - and yes, it will be an Extreme Rules Match.
After issuing the challenge to JBL to face-off against him for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania, The Master of the 619's wish was granted later in the week with the match being announced on WWE.com.
Matt Hardy may not have been on SmackDown, but the match he wanted against his brother Jeff was made even sweeter to him on Friday when it was announced to be an Extreme Rules Match.
SmackDown's Franchise Playa' has certainly turned things around after his extended losing streak a few months ago. His good fortune continued again this week as he captured the United States Title.
With the sour taste still in his mouth following the loss of the Intercontinental Title to JBL just one week prior, Punk got right back on the horse and picked up the win in a Six-Man Tag Team Match on Raw.
With no match this week, we unfortunately had to drop the World Tag Team Champions down two spots, but if they win the Tag Team Unification Match at WrestleMania they'll rocket back toward the top.
After several months of being one of the most dominant Superstars on SmackDown, if not the entire WWE roster, The Moscow Mauler's luck seems to have turned with him picking up another loss this week.
Perhaps it was the luck of the Irish, or maybe that Irishman just loves to fight, but St. Patrick's Day was made extra special for Finlay as he picked up a win over Paul Burchill on ECW.
The Women's Champion has been on a roll lately, including a win on Raw in a Six-Diva Tag Team Match, which has us thinking that she might be the odds-on favorite to be named the first "Miss WrestleMania."
Overall, it was a horrible week for JBL. Not only was he pinned on both Raw and SmackDown, but it was announced that he'll have to defend his newly won Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania.
Randy Orton's "Legacy" may have been slightly tarnished this week on Raw with DiBiase looking on helplessly as his partner Rhodes was decimated at the hands of Triple H and his sledgehammer.
The Big Red Monster can't be happy with how his week turned out after losing on both Raw and SmackDown. Maybe Kane will bottle this wrath and unleash it on April 5 in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Though his week may not have started out on the right foot, it certainly ended well. After all, it was Edge, not The World's Largest Athlete, who was left lying incapacitated at the end of SmackDown.
Even though she was not in action this week, the Divas Champion held her place on the P25 since no Superstar gave us reason to oust her. She had better be wary, though, luck doesn't last forever.
Captain Charisma drops down this week after being pinned in tag team action on ECW. If Christian's luck doesn't turn around soon, the chance of becoming "Mr. Money in the Bank" might be out the window.
After issuing a challenge to unify the WWE and World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania, Carlito & Primo stay put as we at The Academy are interested what is to come from these events.
The World's Strongest Man looked impressive on ECW in tag team action and if he keeps this up, Henry might be the one entering the Money in the Bank Ladder Match with the most momentum.
Being on the winning side of the Six-Man Tag Team Match on Raw keeps Kofi Kingston on the bottom of the P25 this week, but he needs to step it up if he doesn't want us bidding him farewell.

No one - Everyone maintained their positions on the P25 this week.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Evan Bourne - Much to the delight of the WWE Universe, Evan Bourne returned to action on ECW Tuesday with an impressive win over Jamie Noble.

On Raw, the World Heavyweight Champion was publicly humiliated as Vickie Guerrero and Big Show's infidelities were revealed, but he regained a smidge of self-esteem on Friday with a decisive victory over Kofi.
Technically, The Game lost his Handicap Match against Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase on Raw, but in reality, the havoc he reeked at Randy Orton's home more than made up for any defeat.
Supposedly for Triple H's well-being, Randy Orton did not go to Raw in Jacksonville, Fla. The Legend Killer's "kindness" went unthanked as The Game showed up at his house and attacked Orton anyway.
After showing the disgusting footage of Vickie Guerrero and Big Show kissing, we were hesitant to move John Cena up, but by securing a spot in WrestleMania's World Heavyweight Title Match, he warrants it.
The ECW Champion was MIA this week leaving us at The Academy thinking that despite his amazing athleticism, The All-American American may be getting too comfortable, which may cost him his title.
On Raw, The Deadman let it be known that he would not be letting Shawn Michaels end his streak. This was punctuated with an impressive win later in the week against Vladimir Kozlov on SmackDown.
Ever since winning his freedom from JBL at No Way Out, The Showstopper has shown a resurgence of confidence. That found confidence was evident when he told Undertaker that he would win on April 5.
After Shawn Michaels gave him his first loss in one-on-one competition, we expected The Moscow Mauler to bounce back. Not so fast. Undertaker handed Kozlov his second defeat on SmackDown.
Everyone has their breaking point, and on SmackDown, it looked as if Jeff Hardy had reached his. Fueled by his brother's antics, Jeff finally attacked Matt, giving him a beating that was long past due.
Despite taking a few stiff shots to the chin from his brother, everything Matt Hardy has done has paid off. Especially now that Jeff has finally agreeing to face him in one-on-one action.
After Christian & Finlay disposed of Kane in their Six-Man Tag Team Match on Raw, The Master of the 619 capitalized on the opening by getting the pin on World Tag Team Champion John Morrison.
The week didn't start out good for The World Tag Team Champions, with losses on Raw and ECW. When the gold was on the line, however, the duo pulled the "W" when it truly mattered most.
All good things must come to an end, and unfortunately for CM Punk, that means his Intercontinental Championship reign as well. The Straightedge Superstar lost his title against an underhanded JBL on Raw.
After several weeks of disappointing losses and coming up empty with every cast he made, JBL finally hooked a big one, defeating CM Punk to become the new Intercontinental Champion.
Technically, Rhodes & DiBiase picked up one of the biggest wins of their careers by defeating Triple H by forfeit. In reality, the two were left watching their mentor get attacked with nothing they could do.
On both SmackDown and Raw, The Irishman picked up two big wins with the victory Friday night giving him the much-coveted final spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania.
The Big Red Monster's loss on Monday cost him big this week as he falls down three spots. We wouldn't want to be a member of the Raw roster next week as Kane will most certainly be on a rampage.
In a Champion vs. Champion Match on Raw with all the SmackDown and Raw Divas watching, Melina came up short against Divas Champion Maryse thanks to a slight distraction from Michelle McCool.
After losing to the team of Shelton Benjamin & Chavo Guerrero on SmackDown, The Ballin' Superstar drops a spot on the P25 and seems to be losing steam as WrestleMania draws near.
Captain Charisma jumps onto the list this week with a huge win on ECW in a battle royal to qualify for this year's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. His win in six-man tag team action on Raw didn't hurt either.
Maryse may have lost in a Divas Tag Team Match on SmackDown thanks to her partner Michelle McCool, but her win over Women's Champion Melina on Raw was quite an impressive feat.
Even with the addition of John Cena into the World Heavyweight Championship Match at WrestleMania, Big Show still has a mental advantage over Edge after his secret relationship with Vickie was revealed.
Although Primo picked up a win on ECW in singles action, the WWE Tag Team Champions came up short when it mattered, losing the opportunity to double the amount of gold they would carry.
Despite heading to WrestleMania, The World's Strongest Man was nowhere to be seen this week on any of WWE's programs. Because of that, he is a hair's breath from dropping from the Power 25.
Thanks to a distraction by the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, Kofi's win on Raw over Chris Jericho in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match is enough to earn the Jamaican Superstar the No. 25 spot.

FAREWELL
The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Beth Phoenix - The Glamazon's dominance over Raw's Women's Division seems to be waning, prompting The Academy to drop her off this week's Power25.
Chris Jericho - Perhaps thanks to a distraction by WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, Jericho will not be in this year's Money in the Bank Ladder Match and has lost his spot on the P25.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Tyson Kidd - Over the last several weeks, Tyson Kidd has shown promise on ECW with several wins, including most recently against Paul Burchill.
Shelton Benjamin - The United States Champion seems to be gaining steam heading into WrestleMania and the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Although The Rated-R Superstar was floored by his wife's announcement that he will face Big Show at WrestleMania, he did retain his title on Raw by getting disqualified in his match against John Cena.
On Raw, The Legend Killer showed that the deck was stacked in his favor, and, after some convincing by WWE Champion Triple H, he decided The Game would be his own WrestleMania opponent, but on his own terms.
It is now official that The King of Kings will defend his title against Randy Orton at WrestleMania. All The Game has to do now is make it to WrestleMania and he will have his opportunity to exact revenge on Orton.
The All-American American tagged-up with World Tag Team Champions John Morrison & The Miz on ECW to defeat Christian, Tommy Dreamer & Finlay in the Six-Man Tag Team Main Event.
Things did not go John Cena's way this week. When it seemed as if he might regain the World Heavyweight Title against Edge, the Rated-R Superstar got himself disqualified leaving Cena empty-handed.
After staring down Shawn Michaels on Raw after HBK beat Vladimir Kozlov, The Deadman accepted The Showstopper's challenge, putting his WrestleMania streak on the line against Mr. WrestleMania.
With a HBK win on Raw, The Moscow Mauler not only lost the opportunity to end Undertaker's WrestleMania streak, he also saw the end of his undefeated streak in one-on-one action.
The moniker "Mr. WrestleMania" will be put to the test at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania when HBK faces Undertaker for an opportunity to end The Deadman's legendary 16-0 WrestleMania streak.
Although his original plan was to take out his aggression on his brother in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, after Matt lost his qualifier, he made sure Jeff wouldn't be in the match either.
Jeff Hardy has done everything he could to avoid confrontation with his brother, but Matt isn't making it easy. Jeff lost his Money in the Bank Qualifying Match because Matt made certain he was disqualified.
The Intercontinental Champion took a week off to rest up after successfully earning the first bid in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match by besting John Morrison and The Miz in a Triple Threat Match last week.
Even though Rey has made a name for himself by overcoming big odds, the combination of Kane and Mike Knox turned out to be too much for him in the Money in the Bank Qualifying Match on Raw.
John Morrison & The Miz gained back some much needed momentum with their win on ECW this week, which will most certainly benefit the World Tag Team Champions with their title defense next week.
The Big Red Monster had a huge week. Not only did he win on ECW, he defeated both Rey Mysterio and Mike Knox on Raw to earn entry into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
If there is one advantage that may factor most prominently in Randy Orton's attempt to win the WWE Championship from Triple H at WrestleMania, it may be having his "Legacy" cohorts by his side.
Despite not being in a match this week, the Women's Champion was left with a sour taste in her mouth on Raw. When she went to go help her friends, she was blindsided by Divas Champion Maryse.
Unfortunately for the Irishman, ever since his opportunity to win the ECW Title at No Way Out ended in a loss, his in-ring efforts have continued to come up short including another disappointment this week on ECW.
SmackDown's Ballin' Superstar continued his winning ways this week with a huge win over Matt Hardy on SmackDown, qualifying him for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania.
Following his loss to Shawn Michaels last week on Raw, JBL was nowhere to be seen this week and had to watch Vladimir Kozlov and Shawn Michaels vie against each other for the opportunity he craved.
The Glamazon drops one spot this week after losing in tag team action against Kelly Kelly & Mickie James. If Beth wants to get her gold back, she will definitely have to turn things around and get back on track.
Although the WWE Tag Team Champions were out of action this week, next week they will have the chance to not only add more gold to their resume, but to also leave John Morrison & The Miz with none.
After his victory on ECW, it is very possible that at WrestleMania Mark Henry will go from being known as The World's Strongest Man to being The World's Strongest Mr. Money in the Bank.
The Divas Champion had a good week this week as not only did she defeat Eve in one-on-one action on SmackDown, but she also got the best of Women's Champion Melina after the Divas Tag Team Match on Raw.
Although he may not have had a match this week, Chris Jericho once again continued to spread his opinion about WWE's Legends, this time at the expense of Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka.
Following last week's victory over John Cena, The World's Largest Athlete had his loyalty to General Manager Vickie Guerrero pay off when he was named No. 1 contender to Edge's title at WrestleMania.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Shelton Benjamin - With a win over Jeff Hardy in a Money the Bank Qualifying Match, the United States Champion has us wondering if he will be the next Mr. Money in the Bank.
Natalya - The Diva made her ECW on Sci Fi debut, dancing all over Alicia Fox while doing a shuffle into the hearts of The Academy.

The Ultimate Opportunist knows what he's doing both in and out of the ring to get the advantage against his opponents. On SmackDown, he used this prowess to help Big Show beat John Cena.
After what happened to his wife Stephanie McMahon, and her brother Shane, at the hands of Randy Orton, the WWE Champion is on the warpath and will not rest until he gets revenge on the Legend Killer.
It seemed as though the Legend Killer was right where The Game wanted him when he was trapped in the locker room area on Raw, but somehow Orton escaped both Triple H and his trusty sledgehammer.
Finally, the "All-American American" got the best of Christian on ECW, and it couldn't have come at a better time as Swagger was able to successfully defend his ECW Title against Captain Charisma.
After easily defeating Chavo Guerrero on Raw, John Cena lived up to his word and followed both Edge & Vickie Guerrero to SmackDown, only to be put on the losing end of a match against Big Show.
In a surprising turn of events, The Deadman lost to Vladimir Kozlov on SmackDown, keeping Kozlov undefeated in singles matches and leaving us wondering what will happen if the two face off at 'Mania.
After being handpicked as a possible opponent for Undertaker at WrestleMania by SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero, the Moscow Mauler made his point by pinning 'Taker on Friday.
Even after he attacked his own brother last week on SmackDown, Matt's wish for a match against his brother this week did not happen since Jeff Hardy refused to engage in combat against his own flesh and blood.
Despite everything that Matt has put him through in the last several weeks, Jeff would not let his brother goad him into a fight even after repeated insults and two slaps across the face.
After pulling out an upset victory over Mike Knox the previous week and being the last man Eliminated in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, The Master of the 619 took a break from in-ring action this week.
Last year, the Straightedge Superstar walked out of WrestleMania as "Mr. Money in the Bank," and on Raw, the Intercontinental Champion earned the chance to repeat last year's success.
Even though Vladimir Kozlov attacked him after his match against JBL on Raw, Mr. WrestleMania did what he needed to this week to move one step closer to facing Undertaker at WrestleMania.
With no match this week, the Irishman drops two spots on the P25 and will continue to drop down the list if he doesn't get back into his fighting spirit and enter the ring next week.
The World Tag Team Champions had a bad week. Both men lost the opportunity to face-off in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match in the Triple Threat on Raw, and then losing to Carlito & Primo on SmackDown.
Both Rhodes & DiBiase were unfortunate enough to find out what it feels like to get hit with Triple H's sledgehammer first hand, but Orton's "Legacy" survived Raw and escaped the chase of The Game.
Surround yourself with good people. It's a lesson learned by the Women's Champion. She teamed with Cryme Tyme's JTG & Shad on Raw to defeat Beth Phoenix, Santino Marella & Dolph Ziggler.
The self-procliamed "wrestling god" looked like anything but this week. Thanks to his loss to Shawn Michaels on Raw, he saw yet another WrestleMania moment slip through his fingers.
Kane's pummeling of Jamie Noble last week looked even more impressive this week in light of Mike Knox's victory over Noble. It took Knox almost twice the amount of time to win compared to Kane's 15 seconds.
Unfortunately for The Glamazon, she was on the losing end of a Six-Person Tag Team Match thanks to her beau Santino Marella, who got pinned by Women's Champion Melina's teammate, Shad, of Cryme Tyme.
SmackDown's Franchise Playa may not have had a match this week, but his presence at ringside distracted United States Champion Shelton Benjamin enough to foster a loss for the Gold Standard.
With a win over World Tag Team Champions John Morrison & The Miz, the WWE Tag Team Champions not only jump back on the list at No. 21, but they also got to leave ringside with the Bella Twins.
We do not approve of Chris Jericho's actions in recent weeks, including his despicable actions on Raw against 2009 Hall of Fame inductee, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. Not that Jericho gives a toss.
After seemingly having ECW Champion Jack Swagger right where he wanted him, Christian picked up his first loss since his return to WWE. Unfortunately it was when the ECW Title was on the line.
The Divas Champion is taking her chances with the kindness of the Academy. Despite not making an appearance on SmackDown, Maryse managed to keep her position at No. 25 by the skin of her ultra-white teeth.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Tyson Kidd - With a win for the third week in a row, Kidd has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with in the Land of the Extreme.
Mike Knox - Jamie Noble bit off more then he could chew this week as Knox decimated him in the center of the ring, grabbing our attention at the same time.
Big Show - The World's Largest Athlete impressed us this week with a decisive win over John Cena after a distraction by Edge.

What went down at No Way Out may have been devious, but the Ultimate Opportunist couldn't live without gold -- at the expense of everyone else in the World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber Match.
The Game's championship win at No Way Out was soured by Monday's events as he arrived at Raw just moments after Randy Orton attacked both Stephanie and Shane McMahon, his wife and brother-in-law.
We're not certain if the Legend Killer is laughing after what he did to Stephanie and Shane McMahon Monday night. One thing is certain, though, Triple H is determined to have the last laugh.
No reason for The Deadman to look back at No Way Out -- he now he has bigger fish to fry with both Shawn Michaels and JBL vying for the opportunity to end his undefeated streak at WrestleMania.
Cena drops four spots this week after a disappointing showing in the World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber where he was eliminated early on by Edge after a 619, a Codebreaker and a spear.
Despite his recent losses on ECW to both Christian and Finlay, the "All-American American" won when it mattered most, successfully defending his ECW Championship against Finlay at No Way Out.
Jeff has had a turbulent few weeks since he was betrayed by his brother at Royal Rumble and this week was no different. During his match against Edge on Friday, he was once again attacked by Matt.
After losing in SmackDown's Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, the Moscow Mauler didn't have a match on SmackDown, which leaves us no choice but to drop Kozlov down two spots.
The Master of the 619 had a great week. Even though he didn't win Raw's Elimination Chamber Match at No Way Out, he was the second to last man left and followed it up with a win over Mike Knox on Raw.
As he showed on SmackDown, Matt Hardy isn't finished with his brother Jeff just yet. During SmackDown's main event, Matt came out and attacked his brother leaving him incapacitated with a Twist of Fate.
Maybe Hornswoggle has become more of a hindrance than a help to the Irishman, but we have to respect him for standing by his son. Respect aside, he did suffer a loss at No Way Out.
They did not compete as a tag team, but the Shaman of Sexy was victorious in singles action on ECW, following his partner's win over Tommy Dreamer last week with one of his own.
HBK earned his freedom against JBL at No Way Out, and now The Showstopper is back in full force. Mr. WrestleMania has a plan to live up to that name by being the first man to defeat Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Despite an impressive effort during a Six-Man Tag Team Match on Raw, the Straightedge Superstar's team ended up losing, which leaves us no choice but to drop him down a few spots.
Not only have Rhodes & DiBiase been victorious in the ring as of late, but the duo have proven to be indispensible to Randy Orton on several occasions, including his fight with Shane McMahon on Raw.
Although the self-made millionaire lost Shawn Michaels as an employee and had to pay out the rest of HBK's contract, JBL realized his WrestleMania hope -- to end Undertaker's 16-0 winning streak.
The Glamazon could not have been pleased after losing to Melina Monday night in a Women's Championship Match. She probably even made her boyfriend Santino sleep outside that night.
With Mickie James, Kelly Kelly and Candice Michelle coming to ringside to even out the numbers game that has worked against the Women's Champion in recent weeks, Melina retained her title against Beth Phoenix.
Jamie Noble may have thought that he could do better then Chavo Guerrero did against Kane at last WrestleMania, but the Big Red Monster quickly put that idea to rest by defeating Noble in quick fashion.
The Creature from the Bottomless Pit could not have been happy on ECW this week. When he went to grab his bag of nightcrawlers, Paul Burchill rolled up Boogeyman for the win.
SmackDown's Ballin' Superstar continued his impressive winning steak on Raw with a victory over both United States Champion Shelton Benjamin & Chavo Guerrero in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match.
Christian has made an impact that is shaking the very foundation of ECW with his surprise return last week and subsequent back-to-back victories over ECW Champion Jack Swagger.
In a war of words, Chris Jericho is certainly a hands-on favorite to most, but WWE Legend "Rowdy" Roddy Piper showed the Raw Superstar that he wasn't just legendary in the ring, but also on the mic.
Unfortunately for all the ladies in attendance for SmackDown, and the millions watching at home, the Punjabi Playboy was out of action again this week, costing him another drastic drop down the list.
The Divas Champion made her in-ring return on SmackDown this week in victorious fashion, which reminds us why she is holding the title and why she belongs on the Power 25.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Big Show - After losing in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match at No Way Out, The World's Largest Athlete picked the wrong time to take a week off, leaving us no choice but to bump him from the P25.
Mike Knox - Mike Knox may be vicious, but Rey Mysterio once again got the best of him on Raw, booting Knox off the list.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Umaga - The Samoan Bulldozer reminded us all why he deserves that moniker as he demolished Scotty Goldman on SmackDown.
Michelle McCool - Michelle showed just how vicious she can be with a brutal kick to Eve's head that lead to victory for her and Diva's Champion Maryse.
Tyson Kidd - For the second week in a row, Tyson Kidd has impressed us at the Academy with a convincing win on ECW.

The Champ may not have been able to lead his team to victory on Raw, but that doesn't matter as it'll be every man for themselves in the Chamber with Cena's World Heavyweight Title as the victor's prize.
Just days before facing off against five men in Satan's Structure, Edge capitalized on SmackDown's Fatal Four Way Match with a spear to Big Show that sent a message to all of his No Way Out opponents.
The Deadman had a busy week this week with matches on both Raw and SmackDown leaving us wondering if such grueling combat will heed The Deadman from winning at No Way Out.
Although Orton and his "Legacy" were able to tame The Deadman, Shane McMahon once again inserted himself into the fray and sent a Coast-to-Coast message to the Legend Killer heading into No Way Out.
The Game knows the confines of Satan's Structure better than anyone and winning three out of four of the Elimination Chamber Matches he's been in, Triple H knows the mentality needed to walk out champion.
At No Way Out, the Moscow Mauler will have his chance to prove himself and his dominance within the confines of the Elimination Chamber and has a very good chance of walking out as WWE Champion.
The ECW Champion had his second bad week in a row as, unfortunately for him, Christian surprised the Land of the Extreme by returning to WWE Tuesday and defeating Swagger his first night back.
After several weeks of healing following his brother's vicious attack at Royal Rumble that cost him his WWE Title, Jeff Hardy returned on SmackDown completely focused on regaining the gold in the Chamber.
At No Way Out, it seems as though the Irishman will have the mental advantage. Not only did he deliver Jack Swagger his first loss two weeks ago, but also helped the returning Christian defeat him this week.
With his brother returning to action this week, Matt Hardy was nowhere to be seen on SmackDown which we are thankful for that as we don't want to see more violence tear these brothers any further apart.
Holding such a prestigious title as the Intercontinental Championship is an honor, and the Straightedge Superstar shows his respect for the gold by giving it his all and fighting tooth and nail to defend it.
The World Tag Team Champions were on a roll this week with The Miz beating Tommy Dreamer on ECW and the duo winning a date with the Bella Twins by defeating Carlito & Primo on SmackDown.
We sure wouldn't want to be Mysterio heading into Satan's Structure as even though he is the Ultimate Underdog, he will be trapped in the Chamber with vicious opponents including Kane and Mike Knox.
The self-proclaimed "wrestling god" has not really lived up to that moniker as of late, but he has been showing his business saavy, and if he wins at No Way Out, it will all pay off with him owning the essence of HBK.
Women's Champion or not, Beth Phoenix is still a force to be reckoned with in the ring. The Glamazon showed that to the WWE Universe with her impressive tag team victory over Women's Champion Melina.
JBL had what seemed to be a sure-fire plan to soften HBK up before their match at No Way Out, but the fire burning within The Showstopper ended up bursting out as HBK decimated Mark Henry with a chair.
Rhodes & DiBiase showed just how "Priceless" they are to Randy Orton's "Legacy" this week by not only winning in tag team action, but also coming to do the Legend Killer's bidding against Undertaker.
Fortunately for those with weak stomachs, the Creature from the Bottomless Pit and his worm eating antics were nowhere to be seen on ECW, but we are afraid that is only a temporary hiatus.
The Punjabi Playboy was out of in-ring action and due to that fact, we at the Academy are left with no choice but to drop The Great Khali four spots, and will continue to do so until he gets back in the ring.
A torturous domain such as the Elimination Chamber should make Kane feel right at home, and if he can make all his foes suffer as much as he wants at No Way Out, he could be the Big Gold Machine.
Unfortunately for the Women's Champion, The Glamazon's new intern Rosa Mendes has been nothing but trouble, even costing Melina her tag team match this week against Beth Phoenix & Jillian.
If there is anyone that World Heavyweight Champion John Cena should be worrying about, it is Chris Jericho. He has a full head of momentum and might be the best bet to come out of the Chamber as champion.
MVP is no longer losing which is a good thing, and even though his win this week was by disqualification, it has to make SmackDown's Franchise Playa feel good to put another notch in the win column.
Although The World's Largest Athlete proved dominant on SmackDown against three of his Elimination Chamber opponents, it was Edge who gained momentum heading into No Way Out by spearing Big Show.
The vicious Mike Knox may have dropped two spots this week, but he could very well show his dominance on pay-per-view and move upward in leaps and bounds if he wins Raw's Elimination Chamber Match.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Christian - Christian made his return on ECW this week with a huge splash by defeating ECW Champion Jack Swagger and extending a championship challenge to the victor of the ECW Title Match at No Way Out.
Maria - The SmackDown Diva gained revenge this week against Michelle McCool by using a distraction from Eve to roll-up the former Divas Champion and get the pin.

By taking the insolent Chris Jericho to task for the disrespect shown to assorted WWE Legends, World Heavyweight Champion John Cena has hoisted himself up to the top of the Power 25 rankings.
While proving victorious with fellow Elimination Chamber participant Triple H, The Phenom's Tombstone Piledriver to WWE Champion Edge gave him both the pin and the momentum on his way to No Way Out.
On top of ultimately losing his tag team match against Undertaker and The Game, the Rated-R Superstar also suffered a Knockout Punch from his own tag team partner, Big Show.
While Raw may have started out shaky for Orton and his "Legacy," receiving a beating from Shane McMahon, he got his revenge by way of a brutal attack on Shane and Stephanie in the locker-room area.
The King of Kings teamed with Undertaker to score a huge victory over WWE Champion Edge & Big Show on his way to No Way Out and the possibility of becoming a 13-time World Champion.
The Moscow Mauler won the SmackDown Battle Royal, capturing the final spot in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match at No Way Out, by eliminating four Superstars in a row.
Finlay scored a huge win over the undefeated ECW Champion Jack Swagger, putting the Belfast Brawler into serious consideration for an ECW Championship opportunity.
Raw's "David" wasn't able to defeat two massive "Goliaths" on Monday night, when Rey and his tag team partner Kofi Kingston fell victim to the immense power of Kane & Mike Knox.
In the midst of a "performance appraisal" for his employee Shawn Michaels, JBL goaded HBK into a match at No Way Out, in which Michaels would place his potentially lucrative name and likeness on the line.
Just holding championship gold isn't enough to keep your status on the Power 25, as evidenced by CM Punk's one-space drop due to he and Mickie James' loss to William Regal & Layla.
World Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz ridiculed Tommy Dreamer and left him laying on ECW. The "Dirt Sheet" duo also won a Six-Man Tag Team Match with The Brian Kendrick on SmackDown.
A favorite to win the SmackDown Battle Royal and with it a place in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, The Great Khali did not live up to expectations, getting tossed out of the ring by Vladimir Kozlov.
Shawn Michaels will have a chance to escape his odious contract with JBL, but in order to seize the opportunity, he had to place his name and likeness on the line in their No Way Out Match.
Though she was initially reluctant, The Glamazon should be very pleased about her new intern, Rosa Mendes. Beth ran roughshod over Candice Michelle on Raw, and then watched as Rosa finished the job.
Things are going well for their leader, but Rhodes & DiBiase hit some stumbling blocks on Raw. They received the business end of a kendo stick from Shane McMahon before losing their match against Cryme Tyme.
Where's Melina? The Women's Champion will learn very quickly that just because she's Queen of the Hill now, that's no reason to rest on her laurels, or she might find herself slipping further down the P25.
Though he originally missed out on a spot in the Elimination Chamber because of a loss to Kofi Kingston, Kane took his revenge on the Jamaican Superstar and even earned the final spot in the dangerous dome.
At a time when every match plays a role in the momentum heading into No Way Out, Big Show hit his own tag team partner, Edge, helping to cost them the match against Undertaker and Triple H.
The Academy welcomes Mike Knox to the Power 25 rankings. The behemoth bruiser found a fitting tag partner in the Big Red Monster, and the two proceeded to trample Rey Mysterio & Kofi Kingston.
MVP continued his new-found winning streak with a huge win over United States Champion Shelton Benjamin. The win certainly raises the Ballin' Superstar's chances of a championship opportunity.
Chris Jericho talks a tough game, but that isn't enough to climb these rankings. After some cheap shots at WWE Legends and a defeat by The Champ, things are looking grim for the nefarious Superstar.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Kofi Kingston - The Academy said goodbye to the Jamaican Superstar this week, but with a coveted spot in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, we may well see him back in the rankings in only a matter of weeks.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Michelle McCool - McCool's been picking up victories lately, and spoiled Eve's debut. Will a chance to reclaim the Divas Championship from Maryse be next?
Umaga - Welcome back, Umaga. Winning every match since his return to SmackDown, the Samoan Bulldozer might just bulldoze his way onto the P25.

The Utlimate Opportunist saw the chance to capatalize on Matt Hardy betraying his brother and did just that to claim the WWE Title. Now he has a little something called the Elimination Chamber to worry about.
Two big wins this week, one over JBL at Royal Rumble and one over Shawn Michaels on Raw, and Cena is still at the top of the mountain. If he survives No Way Out, there is no stopping The Champ.
After being successful in his first title defense since becoming ECW Champion, Hornswoggle took his title and when The All-American American wanted it back, Finlay gave it to him face first.
Very few men can say that they won the Royal Rumble, but The Legend Killer is now one of them. Now it seems as though his recent issues with the McMahons might make for a turbulent Road to WrestleMania.
If there was one man that Edge could have hoped not to earn a spot in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, it's the Deadman. Unfortunately for the Rated-R Superstar, it happened and his time might be up.
Just one man away from the main event at WrestleMania, but The Game can't focus on that as he still has the chance to step into Houston as champion if he can win the title at No Way Out in the Elimination Chamber.
The heartbreak and devastation that Jeff Hardy is feeling now must be incredible. Not in his darkest days could he have imagined his brother Matt betraying him and costing him his chance to live his dream.
Not only did Matt Hardy betray his brother, but he betrayed the entire WWE Universe. How can he look himself in the mirror after purposefully attacking his brother and costing him the WWE Title and his dreams.
It was a bad week for the Moscow Mauler as not only was his dominance cut short early in the Royal Rumble Match, but he also lost his opportunity to vie for the WWE Title at No Way Out in the Elimination Chamber.
In the early goings of his match on Raw, things did not look to be going good for the Master of the 619, but he turned things around and now ill have the opportunity to become a World Champion once again.
The Punjabi Giant falls out of the top ten this week after an unimpressive showing in the Royal Rumble Match being the first eliminated and losing the No Way Out Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match on SmackDown.
Intercontinental Champion CM Punk almost had the opportunity to vie for a second title at No Way Out but the fates seem to have something else planned for the Straightedge Superstar as he lost his Qualifying Match.
It seems as though what looked to be a promising business deal between Shawn Michaels and the Longhorn Loudmouth isn't paying off as well as JBL would like with both men losing back-to-back nights.
Fatherly duties are never done and that proved to be a fact on ECW as, although he was doing the right thing in returning the ECW Title to Jack Swagger, the Irishman ended up having to defend Hornswoggle.
Although the World Tag Team Champions lost a match just one week earlier allowing Cryme Tyme to have a title match, the duo stepped up when it mattered and successfully defend their titles on Raw.
HBK still might be in the middle of a battle of integrity, but it seems as though his services aren't benefitting JBL as much as he would like after Michaels lost JBL's No Way Out Qualifying Match on Raw.
Rhodes allegiance to Randy Orton and his "Legacy" is proving to be steadfast as not only did the second-generation Superstar help Orton win the Royal Rumble Match, but he also did his best to defend him on Raw.
We would not want to be Santino Marella right now as The Glamazon does not seem happy and probably won't be happy again until she gets rematch for the Women's Title and reclaims her championship.
Melina did what some thought was unthinkable, and she overcame the dominance of Beth Phoenix to become the new Women's Champion at WrestleMania. She sure does look good with gold.
After sending Ricky Ortiz packing on ECW, a few of us in the Academy are wondering if the Creature from the Bottomless Pit might be thinking about coming to the ring with his own Boog E. Rally Towel next week.
Adding just another thing for Edge to worry about, the Big Show let it be known that he has his sights set on the WWE Title, and after qualifying for No Way Out's Elimination Chamber, it may just be a matter of time.
The Big Red Monster was devastated by his upset loss to Kofi Kingston on Raw. It's almost certain that Kane will be on a warpath following that and nobody on Raw's roster is safe.
After being fired a few weeks ago, Chris Jericho had to eat a slice of humble pie, but that might all be thrown out the window if he becomes World Heavyweight Champion in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out.
In his first Royal Rumble ever, DiBiase showed a lot of promise and with his help, The Legend Killer Randy Orton won the Rumble Match and earned a spot in the main event at WrestleMania XXV.
The Jamaican Superstar picked up perhaps the biggest win of his career as he surprised everyone by upsetting Kane to earn a spot in the World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber Match.

Mark Henry - The World's Strongest Man falls off the P25 this week after losing to Undertaker in a WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match.
Carlito & Primo - The WWE Tag Team Champions had another stagnant week this week which left us at The Academy no choice but to bid them farewell.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
MVP - After several months of disappointment, MVP seems to be on the turn around and with a few more wins, he might make it back on to the list.
Maryse - The Divas Champion should be returning to the ring sooner than later which has us more than excited.
R-Truth - The Slammy winner used his unorthodox fighting style defeat The Brian Kendrick which has us thinking he might be back on the list sooner than later.

With the road of bad luck the WWE Champion has been traveling the past few weeks, all we can do is hope that he swings a U-turn this Sunday, or he will lose both his title and the top spot on the P25.
There are very few men in the ring as dominant as Undertaker. In the Royal Rumble Match this Sunday, we're sure The Deadman will prove it once again and could very well be headlining WrestleMania.
Edge isn't called the Ultimate Opportunist for nothing. If Jeff Hardy has another mishap this Sunday with his title is on the line, the Rated-R Superstar will almost certainly capitalize.
The Game crossed Vickie Guerrero and was subsequently rewarded with several grueling matches that have taken a toll on him, both mentally and physically. Will it also exact a toll on his Rumble chances?
Defending a title against one man is hard enough, but with JBL keeping Shawn Michaels in his corner, The Champ needs to defy the seemingly insurmountable odds to retain the World Heavyweight Title.
ECW Champion Jack Swagger will have his first defense at Royal Rumble against the man he defeated for the title, Matt Hardy. If there is a better test of his championship worth, we'd like to see it.
One man that has taken the Royal Rumble very seriously is the Moscow Mauler. The intense training regimen Kozlov has undertaken in recent weeks certainly pegs him as a favorite to win the famed Rumble.
Matt Hardy's "never say die" attitude is a testament to all of the accomplishments he has achieved throughout his career Despite ECW Champion Jack Swagger's undefeated streak, we still believe in Hardy.
Perhaps JBL's business prowess has been underestimated, as his investment in Shawn Michaels has certainly paid dividends and may ultimately help him achieve his quest to capture the gold.
The Great Khali may have returned victorious this week on SmackDown, but, in recent weeks, he has been MIA and almost everyone above him has been in the thick of it as the Royal Rumble draws near.
The Legend Killer managed to earn a first place vote among the Academy this week thanks to his devious actions on Raw. The message sent to his Rumble opponents is clear: No one gets in my way.
After weeks of indecisive finishes against William Regal, the Straightedge Superstar won the prestigious Intercontinental Title in a No Disqualification Match - earning a first place vote on the P25.
The Master of the 619 may have technically won his match against Mike Knox due to disqualification, but it was Knox who got the last laugh after brutally attacking Rey and leaving him incapacitated.
Although he was the first one of Orton's "Legacy" group to be eliminated in the battle royal that started Raw, Cody Rhodes may have a big part to play in Sunday's Match if Orton, DiBiase and he can strategize well.
Finally, Michaels showed a spark of who he used to be on Raw, but it wasn't enough for him to do what we all want him to do -knock JBL's head off with some Sweet Chin Music.
Some would consider The Glamazon the very definition of dominance. It's difficult to argue otherwise in the wake of her Monday night win over Kelly Kelly and her decimation of Rumble opponent Melina.
Unfortunately for Finlay, it seemed that he had the Fatal Four Way Match on ECW all but won. Instead, John Morrison knocked Finlay out and stole the win by pinning his own tag team partner, The Miz.
The World Tag Team Champions had experienced a week full of ups and downs when the duo defeated WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo to give them a heap of momentum heading into the Rumble.
If it weren't for the numbers game, the Big Red Monster seemed to have certainly had the Six-Man Over-the-Top Rope Challenge won on Raw. He will definitely be a force to be reckoned with this Sunday.
For the last few weeks, Boogeyman has returned to torturing the psyche of his opponents on ECW. This week was no exception as the Creature from the Bottomless Pit tormented Paul Burchill.
Ever since losing the ECW Championship to Matt Hardy a few months back, the World's Strongest Man hasn't had the best of luck, but that could all turn around with a win in this Sunday's Royal Rumble.
Melina has proven herself to be an impressive competitor on several occasions, but with the wild card of Rosa Mendes in the mix, the deck seems stacked against her heading into this Sunday.
Unfortunately for the WWE Tag Team Champions, in a Tag Team Match against The Miz & John Morrison, the duo fell short against the World Tag Team Champions and dropped three spots on the P25.
The World's Largest Athlete teamed with Vladimir Kozlov on SmackDown to defeat Triple H in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match, leaving us no choice but to return Show to the P25 just days before the Rumble.
In our eyes, and we're sure those of Randy Orton as well, DiBiase's action in the Six-Man Over-the-Top Rope Challenge on Raw was certainly "priceless," especially when he sacrificed himself to eliminate Kane.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Maryse - The Divas Champion may have sat in at commentary this week, but while that's enough to keep her in our dreams, it isn't enough to keep her on the list.
Michelle - Although she was victorious in her Diva Tag Team Match on SmackDown, the victory wasn't enough to keep her from falling from No. 25.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Mike Knox - Knox may not know why he has been tormenting Rey Mysterio, but even after being disqualified this week, his brutality has grabbed our attention.
Cryme Tyme - Not only did Raw's Robbin' Hoods defeat World Tag Team Champions The Miz & John Morrison, the Blingling Bros. may have also earned themselves a future Tag Team Championship Match.

In a horrifying turn of events, WWE Champion Jeff Hardy was the victim of a freak accident on SmackDown when the pyrotechnics display for his entrance misfired and seemingly injured the champion.
With his spot in the Royal Rumble on the line, The Cerebral Assassin outsmarted SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero and helped MVP defeat Big Show without ever technically being at ringside.
The Champ gave it his all in his match against Shawn Michaels just as he does each and every time he steps into the ring. However, this time, The Showstopper came out on top after hitting Sweet Chin Music.
This has to be the worst week imaginable for Matt Hardy. Not only did he lose his ECW Championship to Jack Swagger, he also had to witness his brother's freak accident on SmackDown.
One of the most feared men in entertainment is seemingly more focused on winning the Royal Rumble than anyone else, which wouldn't be the first time The Deadman has won it.
Kozlov wasn't in action this week, but the Moscow Mauler has a huge match next week. He'll be attempting to do SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero's bidding in defeating Triple H.
No matter how devious the Rated-R Superstar is, when he witnessed the horrific scene that happened to WWE Champion Jeff Hardy up close, there's little doubt that he felt nothing but worry for his peer.
The All-American American jumps a huge 10 spots up the list this week after defeating Matt Hardy in a hard-fought match to become the new ECW Champion.
We don't know what the Punjabi Playboy was up to this week, but it sure wasn't done in the ring, giving us no choice but to drop him down one. You have to compete if you want to be P25 material.
Redemption is so sweet and the Master of the 619 can tell you that first-hand. After he defeated The Miz one-on-one, he also thwarted an underhanded attack by Mike Knox and was left standing tall in the ring.
With the economy the way it is now, the stock market may not be the best way to invest your money. JBL seems to have made a solid investment in Shawn Michaels, though, and it paid off on Monday.
He may drop two spots due to him not having a match this week, but Rhodes' allegiance with Randy Orton & Ted DiBiase seemed to solidify on Raw and could mean great things for this young Superstar.
It must have left a sour taste in the Irishman's mouth to see Jack Swagger win the ECW Title, but getting a tag team win on SmackDown over Swagger and Henry might have eased the pain a bit.
The devious mind of the Legend Killer seems to have figured out what he wants his "Legacy" to be, and after making Sim Snuka & Manu's plan backfire, he stood tall with Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes by his side.
As the Straightedge Superstar on Raw showed, the slightest miscue can get you disqualified. Lucky for him, on Monday, he'll have one last chance to face William Regal for the Intercontinental Title.
With his current status as JBL's employee, Monday's Raw could have very well been The Showstopper's WrestleMania, and he made the most of it by defeating John Cena in the center of the ring - 1-2-3.
Women's Champion Beth Phoenix must have been happy with the outcome of her crazed fan Rosa Mendes attacking her Royal Rumble opponent, as it gave her the opening to send Melina a message.
Nothing probably makes the World's Strongest Man angrier than seeing Jack Swagger win the ECW Title from Matt Hardy. Tagging with the new champ to lose to Hardy on Friday probably didn't help.
The fact that we are terrified of the Big Red Monster doesn't have any bearing on us moving him up on the P25 after his loss on Raw. His shoulder was clearly up and the referee made a terrible decision.
Without a match at all this week, the WWE Tag Team Champions drop one spot to No. 20. Carlito & Primo need to step into the ring more often if they want to impress the Academy and move up on the P25.
As his opponent learned this week, nothing good can come out of stepping into the ring with the creature from the Bottomless Pit. Not only did Boogeyman win, but he also wormed his opponent after the match.
The World Tag Team Champions didn't have great success this week with The Miz losing to Rey Mysterio on Raw, but since nobody else had a great week, they keep their spot at No. 22.
Unfortunately for Melina, she was attacked once again by Rosa Mendes, this time before her bout, and was unable to compete in her Tag Team Match against Women's Champion Beth Phoenix & Jillian.
The Divas Champion luckily keeps her position at No. 24 this week, but she will need to get herself back in the ring defending her title if she doesn't want to fall from her coveted spot on the P25.
Victoria makes the list this week in honor of her retirement, and we at the Academy would like to thank her for all that she has given us over the years. Thank you, Victoria, for everything. You will be missed.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Chris Jericho - The former champion took it one step too far and earned himself the worst kind of farewell from Stephanie McMahon - one that cost him his job.
Sim Snuka - It seemed as though Sim Snuka & Manu had the deck stacked in their favor, but the plan backfired and that sees Sim leaving the P25.

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
DJ Gabriel - With his win in mixed tag team action on ECW over Paul and Katie Lea Burchill, DJ Gabriel has the Academy noticing his slick moves.
Ted DiBiase - Although we might not forgive and forget Randy Orton as fast as DiBiase seems to have, his choice to align himself with the Legend Killer and Cody Rhodes over Manu and Sim Snuka could be the right step toward greatness for the Priceless Superstar.
Nobody enjoys a spring day like at the Imagi-I Nation like Matt and Jeff, especially when four wheelers, motorcycles, and jet skis are involved. Watch out for falling Matts!
For those who don't know it yet Jeff Hardy along with brother Matt Hardy.. and WWE wrestler Shannon Moore (Prince of Punk) have their own "reality show" called THE HARDY SHOW, which they have been doing now for years. After being involved in a hit and run accident on Friday, the WWE Champion was unable to make it to SmackDown, but informed the WWE Universe via satellite that he'll be back next week.
The ECW Champion overcame the odds and defeated the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry. Now Hardy has to focus his concentration on his title defense against Jack Swagger.
As surprising as it may be, The Champ and HBK were victorious as a team on Raw. It will be interesting to see what happens when Michaels, JBL's employee, and Cena go one-on-one this week.
SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero's Triple Jeopardy proved too much for The Game, but winning the Tables and Handicap Matches were enough for us to move The King of Kings up two spots on the P25.
Unfortunately, the Moscow Mauler was out of action this week, and with Triple H's impressive performance in his Triple Jeopardy Matches, we had no choice but to drop Kozlov down to No. 5.
After making it known last week that he will be an entrant in this year's Royal Rumble, The Deadman reminded United States Champion Shelton Benjamin, and us, why he is such a fearsome competitor.
Things have not been going Jericho's way since he lost the World Heavyweight gold to John Cena, and this week shined as a prime example when he teamed with Randy Orton in losing effort against The Champ and HBK.
Much to the disappointment of many ladies in the WWE Universe, the Punjabi Playboy was nowhere to be seen this week on SmackDown. Luckily for him, we're keeping him at No. 8.
When Tazz confronted the Rated-R Superstar regarding Jeff Hardy's accident, Edge showed genuine concern. Since we respect that, the Ultimate Opportunist is staying put in his spot.
So far it seems that Cody Rhodes is the only one of the second-generation Superstars gaining any respect from Randy Orton. After his tag team win on Raw, he's also the only one not to be kicked out of Legacy.
Losing to WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & John Morrison wasn't the worst part of Raw for the Master of the 619. It was the brutal beating he received at the hands of the vicious Mike Knox.
It seems as though the Longhorn Loudmouth's business association with Shawn Michaels is working out for him perfectly and could lead to JBL walking out of the Royal Rumble as champion.
Although the Irishman is one of the toughest Superstars to ever step foot in a WWE ring, he was outshined by the always impressive Jack Swagger in a loss on ECW.
Even though the Straightedge Superstar won his title match against Intercontinental Champion William Regal, it was by disqualification, which means Punk did not walk away with the gold.
The World's Strongest Man's conquest to win the ECW Championship was once again thwarted. With Swagger challenging for the Extreme gold next week, who knows when Henry will get another opportunity?
It certainly has been a hectic past few weeks for the Legend Killer, but he might have to put everything aside. Thanks to Kelly Kelly, Kane is looking to hurt him this Monday as the two go one-on-one.
The Women's Champion may have lost to Melina in tag team action on Raw, but that loss was outshined by Glamazon fan Rosa Mendes, who attacked Phoenix's Royal Rumble opponent for the second time.
In perhaps the biggest match of his young career, Swagger defeated Finlay, which was enough for him to finally convince ECW General Manager Theodore Long to give him an ECW Title Match next week.
After not being in action last week, the WWE Tag Team Champions picked up an important win on SmackDown against The Brian Kendrick & Ezekiel Jackson with their gold on the line.
Due to his recent infatuation with Kelly Kelly, the Big Red Monster plans on making Randy Orton suffer this Monday, which, if he is successful, will propel Kane in an upward direction on the P25.
The Showstopper did right by Cena, which led to a victory for the pair. But, with the two going one-on-one next week on Raw, Michaels' integrity will be tested even further.
The World Tag Team Champions' week proved bittersweet. While the duo picked up a victory over Kofi Kingston & Rey Mysterio on Raw, each lost to Triple H in their respective Triple Jeopardy matches.
Despite her post-match confrontation with Rosa Mendes, Melina left the ring victorious in the Mixed Tag Team Match pitting her and Goldust against Glamarella.
Due to her injury and another week out of action, the Divas Champion drops another spot on the P25. When she returns, Maryse will have her work cut out for her.
The Academy and Randy Orton have different standards, and that's unfortunate for this second-generation Superstar. While he breaks onto the P25 this week, he also got booted from the Legend Killer's group.

OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
Kelly Kelly - Kelly Kelly's win over Jillian was impressive. Another one like that will earn her a spot for sure.
Boogeyman - A win and a worming has us looking at the Superstar from the Bottomless Pit and maybe giving him a new home on the P25.
Goldust - Teaming with Melina on Raw proved to be the right move for Goldust. If he is victorious again in the ring next week, we can see him bringing bizarre to the P25.

The WWE Champion teamed with his brother, ECW Champion Matt Hardy to take down Edge & Big Show, showing the WWE Universe that these two champions still know how to work as a team.
Not to be outdone by his brother, the ECW Champion won a match on every brand this week, defeating Mark Henry on ECW and Manu on Raw, earning himself more votes from The Academy in the process.
Apparently, being "the best in the world today" wasn't quite good enough for Jericho to win Raw's Fatal Four Way Elimination Match for No. 1 contendership.
Even without a match, The Game had a big week: revealing the existence of nude Vickie pictures, demanding and receiving a spot in the Royal Rumble and being placed in three matches on the next SmackDown.
The Undertaker arrived in the nick of time on SmackDown, appearing in the ring with United States Champion Shelton Benjamin and mercifully putting a stop to the Gold Standard's jaw-flapping.
While the Master Manipulator did suffer a tag team defeat this week, he was also named WWE Champion Jeff Hardy's Royal Rumble opponent, more than making up for his loss.
Things on Raw started out bleak for the Ultimate Underdog, after he was once again ambushed by Mike Knox. But Mysterio rallied, scoring the winning pinfall for his team in the 10-Man Tag Match.
Finlay partnered with The Great Khali on SmackDown, defeating Hawkins & Ryder, allowing him to jump in the rankings despite the loss he & Boogeyman suffered to World Tag Team Champs Miz & Morrison on ECW.

How did JBL jump all the way up to No. 14 in one week? By winning a hard-fought Fatal Four Way Match to become the No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Title. Very impressive, sir.
Though the loss was by count-out and not entirely Punk's fault due to interference from Intercontinental Champion William Regal, the Straightedge Superstar dropped in the rankings.
Recent weeks have seen Randy Orton put Batista out of commission, but things just weren't working out for him this week as he missed out on a title opportunity by losing Raw's main event.
Though the Women's Champion didn't actually compete in a match this week, she still managed a strong showing by slapping Melina after the Diva won the opportunity to face The Glamazon at Royal Rumble.
The Big Red Monster was one of 10 participants in Raw's massive "Out With a Bang" tag match, but found himself on the losing team when his partner, Mike Knox, was pinned by Rey Mysterio.
"The All-American American" made clear his intentions to move into the upper echelons of WWE by attacking ECW Champion Matt Hardy with a vicious gutwrench powerbomb.
Though the Puerto Rican brothers didn't have a match this week, Carlito & Primo still held onto their WWE Tag Team Championships and their spot at No. 20.
The Jamaican Superstar was on the winning side of Raw's huge 10-Man Tag Match, and even executed his crowd-pleasing double leg drop alongside a Five Knuckle Shuffling John Cena.
World Tag Team Champions Miz & Morrison had a big night on ECW, hosting a special live edition of "The Dirt Sheet" and putting aside their revulsion to defeat Boogeyman & Finlay in a tag team match.
As reported on WWE.com, the Divas Champion dislocated her kneecap this past week. Since Maryse is currently unable to compete, she has started to slide down in the rankings.
Melina comes storming onto the Power 25 this week due to her impressive win in a Divas Battle Royal. She will go on to face Beth Phoenix at Royal Rumble for the Women's Title.
It was a demoralizing week for Shawn Michaels. Not only did he lose the Fatal Four Way Elimination Match, but he was forced to take a Clothesline from Hell so that his employer, JBL, could pick up the win.

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:
Batista - A brutal punt from Randy Orton and a pre-existing hamstring tear were enough to put The Animal out of action indefinitely, and remove him from the rankings.
Hurricane Helms - His stay on the POWER 25 was a brief one as he was defeated by the Moscow Mauler, but it wouldn't take much to put Helms back in the running.
OTHERS EARNING VOTES
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:
The Brian Kendrick & Ezekiel Jackson - Kendrick and his bodyguard continued to prove their immense ability on SmackDown, taking out Jesse & Festus. It may not be long before they make an appearance on the POWER 25.
Sim Snuka - Things have really been picking up for Sim since he started embracing his lineage, and, with a win over Charlie Haas, he's one step closer to joining Randy Orton's new group.

The WWE Champion hasn't taken any time to rest since winning the gold. With a Big win this week over The World's Largest Athlete, he retains all 19 first place votes.
The Game notched a win against Chavo Guerrero, but the real reason for his P25 improvement is based on his ability to get under SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero's skin.
The Deadman spent the week in his coffin. After dropping six spots last week, he'll need to get back in the ring soon if he wants to resurrect his top five ranking.
The World's Strongest Man spent the week out of the ring, but perhaps he was taking advantage and going to the gym to leave his mark when he gets back in the squared circle.
The Straightedge Superstar experienced a similar week to Mysterio, notching both a win and a loss. Unfortunately, his loss to Jericho was completely legit.
You can argue that he didn't even enter the ring to register his win against Batista, but making a guy forfeit is pretty impressive. That's good enough to jump him three spots.
Rhodes watched on as his ally Manu suffered a loss at the hands of Kofi Kingston. Cody will have to win a match or two himself if he wants to move in the right direction on the P25.
Kingston looked to recover after his massive drop last week. Unfortunately, his win was not enough to move him up as a result of the success of the Superstars surrounding him.
The Showstopper misses only one week on the P25, powering back with his big win against Kane and a potential World Heavyweight Championship opportunity.
Helms took on a tough opponent this week in United States Champion Shelton Benjamin, but he's riding a thin line right now. One more loss and he's likely off the P25.
