Op 21- jarige leeftijd tijdens een optreden op het Lollapalozza Festival in Chicago in 2007. In die tijd trad ze al op onder de naam Lady Gaga en dit optreden wordt beschouwd als een van de belangrijkste optredens waardoor haar carrière in de lift kwam. De naam Lady Gaga komt van het nummer Radio Gaga van de band Queen.
En daar is de Lady Gaga zoals we haar nu allemaal kennen, blonde haren en extroverte kleding.
