First of all, I know, I know, I am Belgian. Then why am I typing in English?? Dunno, I like the language so much better than plain Dutch. Plus, most people on WOW talk English, and if I talk Dutch I reckon I'll be getting very few to no visitors. Second of all, what's going to be in here? Teenage drabbles, a journal, my hobbies, that sort of stuf...(hey don't blame me!! I was bored :P) Third of all: just enjoy yourselves will ya !!
What is WOW? Well, I reckon if you don't know it, you wouldn't be visiting this site, but anyway...:P WOW stand for the infamous online game World of Warcraft. And no, this is not a sort of advertisement campagne. This is merely an expression of aprreciation for Blizzard. So, the game. First the basics. WOW exists out of two sides: the Alliance and the Horde. Neither of them is the bad side or the good side (as I see it, that is) because each side is represented by actual persons, the online gamers. And not some pre-adjusted computer thingies. Further more each class is divided in several races. For the alliance those are: -Night Elves -Dwarves -Humans -Gnomes The horde!!: -Orcs -Trolls -Taurens -Undead Each race has his own special ability. For example: Taurens get an extra bonus with the profession Herbalism, and Humans have the ability of mace specialization. I have to admit I've played Alliance characters since I began playing WOW, but there is no reason to believe that the Horde is inferior. In fact, when it comes to working together, for example in the Battlegrounds (which I will explain later), Horde kicks...er...they're normally just better.
I don't really feel like writing an essay at the time, so I'll post everything I know about tactics, earning money, professions, fighting, abilities and so on...in parts. But I'd like to say, before you all get too excited, I don't know everything, there are people who are so much better at the game than me. Plus I play a Warlock character (yes I know, don't tell me -_-'), so i'll mainly offer help to all fellow warlocks out there, whether Horde or Alliance, I don't care, Warlocks rule!!!
